One of the of finest hotel in Singapore. Excellent location. Located in the shopping district- Orchard Road. Though within the busy shopping District, the hotel was situated in a quiet area. The guests could the peace and quiet after shopping the whole day. The hotel rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make the stay enjoyable. There were numerous bars and restaurants serving different variety of food. The room rate would be on the high side but worth every pennies of it! Strongly recommended!

Booked for 5 days with my family (2 kids) for a holiday. I was absolutely blown away by the excellence in service the hotel staff gave. The staff really had attention to detail. There were kid's tooth paste and kid's bath gel in the room ready as we entered. I was thinking I needed to fork at the dining room, and the staff brought it to me before I even asked. Breakfast was great and had a wide selection of food. Organic eggs were used in the egg menu and prepared fresh to our liking. It was yum! Overall, I had such a relaxed and fun time with my family in our holiday.

Stayed in the Four Seasons with my husband and kid and must say that the service was amazing. All the staff members were very very courteous…..I have stayed in many five star hotels before but customer service at four seasons is different. Its truly five star level. Right after we checked in to our room they brought kids amenity kit which was wonderful. Also breakfast buffet was awesome and staff members at buffet are very nice. I would love to stay again.Loved it!!!

Easily one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Singapore! The Four Seasons Ballroom is epic in every way, with atmospheric lighting, high ceilings, and spectacular architecture that stands out in a very grand manner! Very comfortable for all wedding guests to mingle in the area just outside. The area for solemnizations is also beautifully appointed with mirrors at the far end that give it a very unique look! We have found Four Seasons to photograph well in all aspects, and our wedding couples have always been impressed with the level of service there. Highly recommended!

First thing to mention is service. You don't get this level of service in a lot of the polular hotels in Singapore. Even if this is the only reason to visit Four seasons - do it! Rooms are spacious and clean to high standard. Because when you leave the room the curtains close, the rooms remain cool. Food at One ninety uis high quality and really tasty. Including breakfast and room service. Price is really reasonable.

Had the best staycation ever. Wish we had booked for more nights. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Tham at the front desk for check in. Pleasantly impressed by the housekeeping in tidying our room in between when we were out. All serving staff at One-ninety restaurant were awesome, they not only served with excellency, they were attentive to the needs of patrons. Continue to keep up with the good services 👍🏻thank you for the lovely cards in our room too.

Honestly my best hotel experience yet! I only stayed two nights, but I definitely wish it had been for longer. From the moment I came in, I was greeted really warmly by the staff and the check-in process was very smooth. The room was very spacious and it was always excellently cleaned (the person who cleaned my room always did an excellent job and was always consistent in his service!). Also, my vaccine wasn’t recognized in Singapore for the first morning, but breakfast was included in my reservation so I was given great room service options that was brought up and nicely set up! Breakfast the next day in the buffet was also delicious. Overall, this was an excellent experience, lots of attention to detail and great, exceptional staff! Will definitely stay there again :)

Took the airport transfer service, love the pick up service. Driver was very attentive and introduced us to good places to go while on the way to the hotel. Front office staff and concierge were very helpful, had a smooth and fast check in service. Was surprised with an upgrade and totally loved the room and the view. The room was clean, breakfast choices were great. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Thank you for my wonderful stay at Four Seasons. While the building itself shows its age, the staff here really make a genuine effort to provide friendly, welcoming and fantastic service. The room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping team do a great job keeping the room clean. No request is too difficult & it’s easy to ask for help via their app, using technology to provide efficient & easy service. The staff at the executive club were incredible. I genuinely appreciated getting to know some of you and thank you for delivering such amazing customer service. If you get a chance to experience the executive club, it is well worth the extra money. This is truly an amazing hotel to stay in and I would not hesitate to stay here again with my family.

I attended a wedding ceremony of one of my close ones and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. It was fine at the start until halfway through the ceremony, I found THREE wine bottle caps inside my drink. I told the waiter about it and they apologized and took the drink away. I was disgusted when I saw the wine caps because it meant that the glass was meant to be washed but the waiter mistook it for a clean glass and served drinks on it. This shows the lack of segregation between clean and dirty glasses during events.

One of the best family-friendly hotels we have stayed at. It was the ideal hotel to stay in Singapore for a couple of nights. Excellent access to transport links and in a nice quiet area of town. The extra touches to welcome our 3 old were very nice. They welcomed her with a Teddy, the room had been set up with a child step (to reach the taps), child toiletries and toothbrush. Even a mini gown and slippers! Every morning they gave her child's cutlery, cup and plate. Generous sized rooms, very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, and excellent gym facilities. Overall, it is an excellent hotel that lives up to its name. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

5 star accommodation and service. My family of 4 had such a wonderful stay. We stayed for 6 days and large corner unit with big bright windows and wonderful city views. Their service is impeccable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They reached out the moment I made the reservation to help with accommodations and arranged our airport transfer. I was able to conveniently message them directly for reservations for their restaurant and massage. The hotel location is perfect and near prominent shopping malls to shop and eat. The rooms and facilities are very well kept. We would love to stay again!

Every aspect of Four Seasons Singapore and our 7 day stay here has been exceptional. Yes it is a luxury hotel and the surrounds are lovely, the food excellent and service impeccable. But what stands out to me is that the service has been truly genuine and warm at every point of contact. It has been a pleasure. Thank you.

The hotel is pleasant and cozy. The only downside is that it doesn't offer direct access to Orchard Street. Instead, you have to walk through Voco hotel to get there.

Excellent location, close to Orchard shopping street and the subway. Friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and well kept (thank you Lisa for taking care of our room). The only two issues We had were the lack of good soundproofing of our suite, We could hear occasional sounds from our neighbors, try to take a room with no connecting door, for the price you pay, you to expect doors to be soundproof. Breakfast can be very noisy and crowded, not what you except from the four Seasons, it's more like in the Holiday Inn hotels so either go to eat very early or pay extra to get a club level room with breakfast on the 3rd floor away from the crowds.

Beautiful and sophisticated hotel with really friendly staff. Always smiling. You feel very comfortable here. The breakfast is also very good. Has a lot of choices. The hotel is near by the Orchard Road and also close by metro to other places like Chinatown or Gardens by the bay. I can recommend this hotel

Fantastic stay at the Four Seasons. Great location within walking distance of many attractions off Orchard Rd. All hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast has a huge variety of foods. Massive gym available also.

One of the best hotels I have every been too the whole family felt like Kings and Queens the standard they bring to the hotel world was nothing but fabulous. The front desk manager Jess was also amazing sorting out our issue we had at the hotel and organised taxi to our next location hotel. Thank you once again for making our experience special. Services, location, and amenities are perfect! The food is one of the best I've had in any hotel. It really is a Four Seasons! However, there are three things that should be better. Firstly, the room wasn't ready. I know the check-in is at 3 pm, but after a night flight, we arrived at 10 am. The first room was ready at 12 pm and the second one was at 3:15 pm! I understand that 3pm is when we should get the rooms. But why wasn't the second room ready before 1 pm? Considering they were both next to each other. The first impression wasn't the best because of it. The hotel even messaged me the day before and told me they would do their best to get the rooms ready earlier... it worked for 1 out of 2, unfortunately. Secondly, there's a lot of people! It's a big hotel, so be ready to wait a bit before getting a table for breakfast. It's less "luxurious" when there are too many guests for the breakfast room. Although the service was great and super friendly. The third one needs attention! The sound isolation is REALLY BAD in the room!!! I woke up quite a few times during the night because of the noise in the hallway. Not because people are loud, but the doors let all the noise through. Even in the hallway, you can hear when people speak or take their shower! For such a prestigious hotel, I was really disappointed in the soundproofing of the room, mostly the doors! At the end of the day, the stay was amazing! Staff is truly excellent and cares a lot about guests. Just take into account that it's a large hotel with a lot of people, and bad soundproofing.

5 star hotel experience. Attention to detail is awesome especially as we travelled with a baby - appreciated the little touches like providing a nappy bin in the room. The staff are also wonderful. Would 100% stay again. NB stayed at MBS and there was no comparison. This was a far classier hotel.

Stay at the Four Season was enjoyable and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and provided good service. Apart from other facilities they have an excellent indoor gym. Being located the the Orchard Rd the metro station and other shopping places accessibility was very convenient. Enjoyed my stay

Classic Four Seasons style, with a focus on service. Attentive staff, wonderful rooms. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Very busy and not enough servers.

Came for an event here. Good food especially the croissants very buttery for tea break. Nice teas. The minus point maybe is just that it’s not super convenient to commute by public transport - long walk from MRT.

Attend a lunch wedding reception at the ballroom. It’s a pretty cosy space, with a warm, grand ambience. Food and beverages service was really prompt. Quality average to above average - the Ee Fu noodles is a good call out though. Overall a very decent experience. Furnitures and lightings are rather traditional around the hotel due to its legacy and cultural roots behind. It’s simple to navigate as well; washrooms can be located and accessed easily. Nobu is housed here, but there aren’t many other restaurants within. Carpark is rather decent in terms of lot spaces and size. Orchard MRT is just 5-7 mins walk away so rather accessible too.

Stayed here three nights in an Orchard View room. The thing that made this Four Seasons shine is the service and attention to detail. From pick up at the airport to the moment I left. Everything was taken care of. There are other properties in Singapore that have sexier facads, however, the rooms, service, location, and commitment to an amazing experience is unmatched. Highly reccomend!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was truly enjoyable. Despite the hotel's age, it is evident that they have taken excellent care of the property. The service we received was exceptional, with the added convenience of an early check-in. The staff was not only lovely but also incredibly accommodating. A great experience overall.

This is my second time here and the beds are out of this world, I got the best sleep in this hotel and the best part is that the rooms are bigger than most hotels in Singapore. Honestly what keeps bringing me back is the breakfast and the amazing chef rosaly, he made me and my freinds feel at home, the service he provided is what makes every guest feel special and his dishes are something else. Please send him to the four seasons in our city !!! With staff like this I don’t ever see the quality of this hotel going down.

Stayed at Four Seasons hotel and I cannot recommend them enough. We stayed with 2 kids and staff made our stay incredible. Everything was catered for, very good attention to detail, even little toothpastes were brought for the kids, we didn’t have to ask for anything even once it was all just there. Well done team.

Went for a wedding lunch in Crescent Ballroom. A guest lost her ruby ring but the care and follow up is way below expectation. Food is good.

Excellent hotel for a staycation. The service staff were attentive and the food was excellent. Strengths: 1/ pool staff were super helpful and accommodating 2/ breakfast spread was excellent 3/ spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms 4/ choice of two pools. The pool on floor 20 has excellent pool furniture 5/ great location in the heart of Orchard Minor improvement areas: 1/ some rooms need to be deodorized due to a lingering damp smell. We were able to change rooms which helped. 2/ Drinks prices were above the odds for Singapore. We would have bought more poolside drinks if they were more in line with good quality restaurant prices. $16++ for a bottle of Heineken or $20 for a glass of wine is a bit much. Milkshakes were also $~20. 3/ meal service for breakfast was excellent however egg-based dishes (omelettes etc.) we're slow to come. Otherwise an amazing and relaxing two day get away. Highly recommended.

Service levels were top notch from the moment our car doors were opened and we were whisked away to check in. They even brought down our wedding coordinator from years ago to greet us, and gave us a double room upgrade. We’ve got a kid this time round and the little stickers, crayons, balloons and baby-sized bathrobes were the little things that made the staycation all so pleasant. There was no need to queue for anything, no stress, and the exclusivity is what one would expect of a Four Seasons. Thank you for yet another memory.

Room was big & spacious with bathtub + shower. Bell boys & Reception staff are all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The best thing ever happened ... upon check-into my room, 2 hand towels with my pups' names sewn on them. The best gift I ever had from a hotel !

Might be the best service I've had in a hotel in Singapore. Everyone is nice and super helpful. The rooftop pool is great - poolside drinks and food service. Great gym and lap pool. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed. Nice touches all around. Food at the breakfast is great, as is the restaurant One Ninety. Everyone should staycation here!

We enjoyed two days’ staycation here and want to share our good experience. The room and service is out of our expectation, especially the service. The service team gave us a hand written welcome card. The second day when they notice our charging cable is not tied, they helped us tie the cable. They even gave us a mouse pad as I used their book for mouse pad. Recommended.

It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay with my family and fur kid. The hotel staff was well verse with their guest profile. Love their little gesture and wishes to the birthday girl whenever they have the opportunity to serve her at the restaurant or check in/out counter. Special thanks to the great service provided by Hana and Ying from the one ninety . The imperfection for my stay was the food quality . The dinner set served to the room was blend and lack of flavour. The breakfast sausage was rubbery and hard. Overall they are professional and excellent in guest handling.

I can only describe the service here as above and beyond. My wife and stayed here for her birthday. After a great stay I accidentally left my headphones in my room. I called the hotel and asked them to keep it for me. I got someone to collect it and they packed it so nicely that it was better than the original packaging! (Take notes, Apple!) I am blown away by the service and it's not just from the management. Everyone from the wait staff to housekeeping made us feel welcome. Bravo!

Dined at One-Ninety restaurant. Attentive service throughout throughout the lunch. The Lamb Rack was excellent, served with 2 sauces. Only peeve was when we asked for mint sauce, the service staff checked presumably with the chef/kitchen and said they didn't have any (?!!). At the end of our meal, a nice gesture was the offer of complimentary dessert from the buffet spread. Overall a good dining experience.

We booked our very first staycation 4D3N at the Four Seasons Hotel. The reason why I picked Four Seasons because it was pet friendly. When we (family of 4 plus our pet dog) arrived on our first day on 3rd November, we were warmly greeted by the front desk service staffs. Four Seasons upgraded our suite and connecting rooms so that we can have an even unforgettable staycation with them. They also made a small towel for my dog with his name embroidered. The gym was very well equipped and the swimming pool size at the 3rd floor was not too big but not overcrowded at all. So you feel really safe especially during covid. All in all, Four Seasons made our staycation a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

Had our wedding banquet here, really impressed with the excellent service throughout our banquet and stay! Special thanks to our wedding coordinator Eddric and banquet manager Lisa for making sure everything went smoothly! The staff's attention to details and professionalism made us feel really reassured and comfortable. The staff also made a lot of effort to look for our misplaced items and sent them to our room. Room service dining was always prompt. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely be back again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a nice welcome gift in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was wonderful, great food and variety for our whole family. The room was spacious enough for us and our teenage son (on rollaway bed). Pool and gym was clean, neat and quiet. Overall a great stay and highly recommended. I’ve stayed at the Orchard Hilton and Marriott previously and the Four Seasons is by far the best one.

It was a week's stay at this hotel. All the staff were very attentive, kind and respectful. The hotel has 2 pools which are normally open from 7am to 7pm. The breakfast was a wonderful mix of continental, English full breakfast, Japanese and Chinese small dishes and plenty of fruits. I must mention Simon, who worked at the one-ninety restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner scenes. He gave impeccable service and attention to his guests. What a lovely man! The hotel seems to be a favourite spot for weddings as we saw about 5 over the weekend we stayed. I will be choosing to stay here again next time. Thankyou all/ Christine and Robert

Had a lovely stay. As soon as we arrived concierges were welcoming and helpful. Beautiful room with a lovely bath. On our return in the evening, the housekeeping made up our room and left some fresh water, it was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was really nice. The ambience and people extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely come back.

From check in to check out the service was excellent. We were given a very early check in after a long flight and this helped a lot when you are travelling with children and elderly. Special thanks to Mr Mah from the front office). The breakfast was great, the director Giovanni even offer complimentary room service when our son was ill. Through out our stay the services we experienced has remained personal and considerate. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping and eating out. Overall this is by far the best 5 Star Hotel with value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Singapore.

My family of 6 celebrates my birthday with the Four Seasons buffet lunch after relaxation of up to 10. Good quality of antipasti, cold cut, seafood and selection of main course. We enjoy the experience.

Second time here. First time was pretty good. Services were tip top. And food for breakfast was amazing. However, this time round, the food was good only. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Service is still good. The air ventilation isn't excellent too. I kept sneezing and felt very suffocated even in their air-conditioned rooms. Didn't feel really well rested there due to that.

Great location, staff super helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They couldn't do enough for our baby, they provided a cot and a baby bath! We asked for a high chair too and they catered to this. Would definitely come back... In fact we did!!!🤣

Attended a private dinner function at the ball room. Excellent service for the ,8 course dinner. The food was served individually so there was no sharing of utensils or dishes. At the end of dinner each guest received a tiny box with two chocolate pieces inside. Sweet memory!

Just ended my 4 days staycation at four seasons and we love it so much. The room is really luxurious and the service is superb. From daily fruits replenished to Alkaline water provided at the pool without us even requesting, were beyond our expectations. The location is great too. We will look forward to heading back soon!

I had a meeting with my fiancee here on 190 Restaurant. The service was very good. I had black coffee and salmon Eggs Benedict. My gratitude is directed to service-woman with french twist working in morning. Her professionalism is highly regarded and speedy (as opposed to other serviceman who took our cutleries while waiting for our fiancee thinking we just sat and didn't order)

My daughter is 8 years old she enjoys a nice hotel and says; we had a great time there.It was clean and tidy.The pool was clean and fun to swim in. Food was nice there. The staff are friendly. The room was luxurious.

We recently held our wedding lunch at the hotel and our banquet manager Mun Yee was very attentive to our needs. Guests had no trouble requesting for service either. Bridal suite was luxurious and service provided by the staff were impeccable. Reception desk was friendly and special shout out to Elaine who remembered us and our needs.

We had a beautiful stay in the four seasons hotel. The staff, especially Cara, Gigi and Aaron were exceptional and very made our stay very special.
