It is one of the best hotels in the west, walking distance to bus stations and metro, big shopping mall next to it. Also walking distance to Sentosa. The hotel room is small but practical, clean toilet, the bathroom has a layer so water won't flood. Hospitality at its best, hair dryer, slippers and towels all available. Even a mini fridge with complimentary bottled water. Nothing to complain about, although I've tried the breakfast, but I'd say if you are not in a hurry and willing to walk to the nearest mall, you may probably want to keep your money and skip it, there isn't much choice although they tried their best efforts. One of the best hotel and I'm able to recommend. Pro: Location Modern looking Clean toilet Tranquil with forest view Smart TV and other equipment Cons: Breakfast not so impressive

Great location. Hotel felt like a hostel. This is not a family friendly hotel. I did not know there is a rooftop bar and they play ridiculously loud music till 1am every night. It was a miserable 4 nights. Staff is rude. Upon checking in, they don’t tell you where the elevator is, where breakfast is… or the pool and they didn’t mention a rooftop bar. Someone in the elevator told us because we didn’t know where the music was coming from. I would never recommend this hotel. Aside from a loud rooftop bar with bad music, the rooms are tiny, the shower and toilet are even smaller. The windows to look out were so dirty and moldy green from rain and not being cleaned in who knows how long. This is not a 4 star hotel, yet pricey for what you get. Glad we upgraded and paid more for a family room because I couldn’t imagine a smaller room. There’s hardly any space between the wall and bed to walk in front… wish I never stayed here. Glad that I also didn’t add on breakfast as they have three options of food to pick from and the serving bins sit on the check in counter for you to serve yourself and sit down in chairs they have set up outside.

Only real positive note is the room. Very nice room with big window, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. On the negative sign, the noise control in the room/corridor could be improved, the bar upstairs is overpriced with poor service and the storage of luggage system is disastrous. They say they can hold your luggage, the system is, you leave the luggage outside, unattended and hope it’s there when you come back. That being said, since it’s singapore, you don’t risk much.

Hotel in a great location. Nice pool area. Staff is medium friendly. Generally rooms are good quality but small. My bathroom ( toilet area) was hardly 1 sqm. No smoking anywhere, I have to actually leave the hotel premises. Expensive breakfast. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed. It's industrial. Might go again because of very good location. Very smoker unfriendly hotel. No dedicated smoking area. Reception forgot to tell us about the basics of the hotel, like location of pool or rooftop bar. No sauna.

only good thing was the location. firstly, there was a separator between the toilet and the shower and it was clear that it was unkept as there were dust and spiderwebs on top of the separator. we thought that “okay maybe it’s because it’s hard to clean off”. but the dirt came off right after rinsing it. secondly, no towels were provided for the room we were in. what were we supposed to dry off with? the sheets? thirdly, trash bag’s quality was horrendous, we filled the trash up, not knowing it was torn. it caused a spillage of old liquids all over the floor. also, a microwave would be appreciated. bought a whole lot of food just to find out that there weren’t microwaves available. there is one on the 7th floor which is only available for those staying more than 7 days which is nonsense in my opinion. the least you could do is open up the microwave for all the guests in the hotel. overall it’s a decent budget hotel if you don’t mind these small issues. personally, i wouldn’t come back here.

The rooms aren't bad. Definitely could've been designed much better. The sink is right by the door and there is a gap between the toilet and shower so water will leak towards the toilet side. Probably could've left out the office area so that there is more room for luggage. Laundry is also ridiculously priced. $10 a cycle? The view from our room was also a graveyard. The price is reasonable though if you don't want to be paying an arm and a leg at other spots. At least there was a pool.

Good location as opposite Vivo city and easy to get around either by train or taxi. The room was small (which I was expecting) but clean, bed was really comfy but like many other people have said, the one sliding door for the toilet or the shower isn't the best design! No privacy and there's also a massive gap in the door even when it's shut. The breakfast is awful, not much choice and the stuff that is there is either hard or sloppy. Also inconvenient - the coffee and tea is provided like 1 normal coffee and 1 decaf coffee, 1 green tea and 1 normal tea. So if there's 2 of you staying there and you both want the same thing, means a trip down to reception to request more and no given time frame as to when it might arrive!

I honestly thought this was a super decent hotel for the price. We topped up a little for a premier queen room and it was worth the upgrade since we had an extra window (more natural light) and slightly more space to move around. The staff at the check-in desk (Victor) was very polite and helpful. We couldn’t check-in early since there were no rooms available yet, but you can leave your baggage with them to explore for the day and they will call you when your room is ready. Location is great - just across the road from Vivocity so there are plenty of amenities and food options nearby. We chose to walk into Sentosa on 2 days via the bridge and took the monorail in on 1 of our days - super convenient for us since it was a Sentosa staycation for us. 🙌🏻 The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space to place your belongings. One large window had a view of the Keppel Harbour, Dyson HQ and a mosque + muslim cemetery. Whereas the other room was filled with lush greenery from the forest behind. TV is in good working condition, powered by Chromecast so we could binge watch Youtube and other streaming apps. Some cons: - Bed was quite high (I struggled even though I’m 168cm) and firmer than what I’m used to. - The shower and toilet area share a single-panel sliding door. So if you shut the sliding door on the shower area, the toilet is left open. (And vice versa - so when someone is taking a poop, the smell goes everywhere 🤣.) Other cons (beyond their control): There is renovation going on so there is currently no hotel lobby, and the reception has been temporarily relocated to the back of the building. You’ll need to climb up a slight hill to reach the reception so if you have mobility problems I will suggest you look elsewhere. Otherwise I think once renovation is concluded, these problems will disappear.

Was a little bit disappointed with the room choices at Travelodge. We were initially given a room without windows and requested a room with one. However, the new room had algae growing outside windows, which was quite unpleasant to look at. Amenities wise, the hotel is quite bare! There is no gym and there's nothing much exciting about the pool as well. Breakfast was also 3/10 as the options were limited and the eggs did not taste good.

Renovation in place hence I had to walk to the other entrance instead of the main entrance. Hotel receptionist Chinese lady was very arrogant and rude, not respectful and talks cocky tone to us. Room window was full of mold (green all over) at the bottom of the glass and the toilet door will not prevent any water leaking outside. Water leaked all over to my slipper area and even outside my hotel room door. That’s how bad the flooring placement is. Toilet cubicle and shower is separated. Swimming pool accessible until 7pm only. Comfy bed and pillows though.

Reasonable price and good location but narrow bed and cozy room. I would like to recommend this hotel for one person for business visit to Singapore. Room is clean and cozy. Staff is kind and can speak English. Great hotel for me. It is my first visit in Singapore for business trip. Very thanks for your service.

First booking: 27 February to 5 March (mastercard stay 3 pay 2) Second booking: 5 March to 9 March (normal rates) Reason for extension: extended due to personal reasons not pertaining to quality of stay Entire Experience (in detail): We're locals on a long staycation. We stayed in the Deluxe Plus Queen on the top floor for the first booking, at least for a good 3 nights before disaster struck. When we checked in, we rolled the blinds halfway as the sun was glaring right at us but to our horror, there was a huge squashed lizard at a particular section of the blind (its the blind near the desk area). There were ants everywhere and it just got worse as the days pass. On the third night, a centipede appeared in the shower area before I was about to bathe (see attached pic). I panicked and called the reception and thank god there was someone at 1am. An intern came to help but apparently he said there was more than one centipede thus he kindly moved us to another Deluxe Plus Queen room. This room however, was not as pretty as the one we booked and was located on the second floor facing the road which means our curtains have to be drawn almost 24/7 to avoid passersby from looking in. There was no privacy at all for the price we paid. The last floor's Deluxe Plus Queen had the best views (sunsets, sentosa, vivo etc). The second booking was the Deluxe Queen Room and this room was facing the pool. Shower space is small but you get what you pay for. The sliding toilet door does not fully close, leading to water splashing out. Facilities and Amenities Pros: - Great location for sure. Located right in front of vivocity and harbourfront MRT, 10 minutes away from sentosa and about 15 minutes walk to keppel island (a walk at night is great). Cons: - There was no gym in my period of stay. - Breakfast was a 6/10; there were eggs, 2 types of toast (white and wholegrain), cocktail sausages, fried rice and noodles of some sort. - The rooftop bar was way too underwhelming for what it portrayed in Google. There was this shady toilet located on the same level as the bar (poor lighting etc). - Not the best service as compared to the reception staff for the bar. - Laundry is very expensive so go for nearby laundromats Overall Ambience: - very quiet and relaxing - multiple indoor and outdoor workspace available for expats etc. - good ventilation for the outdoor seating as cooler fans are provided - power points provided for both workspaces and very pretty at night Overall, customer service is very good and welcoming as they provided ample information for questions or requests. However, this hotel is truly a 3-star hotel and one should not hope that it exceeds expectations.

The place is very convenient, near MRT station, hawker centre and shopping mall. The service staff are friendly and helpful. The room is conducive and very clean. In terms of other facilities, pity that the gym is not available. The hotel states that there is a work "station" but I could not find despite directional sign shown. When I finally saw the door to the "station", I could not enter, not sure if prior booking is needed as I thought upon check in, I could also use the station. In overall, the experience was good and I will book again, hopefully there is discount for regular check-in though not frequent.

One of the unsafes hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Someone in my absence gets into my room today and my suitacase is opened and password changed. Something highly unacceptable and I never recommend anyone to book this hotel. Thankfully nothing is missing but this act is so scary. Management needs to look into this and provide better security and safety of tourists.

Stayed for a 3D2N solo trip. The single studio room is spatially designed to be economically as possible, so expect to feel a bit 'boxed in'. The bathroom/toilet is also somewhat unique, as they are technically 'partitioned' from the bed area as opposed to having its own separate room. Nevertheless: + Overall ambience & comfort are very satisfactory + Great amenities available. + Highly convenient to access nearest MRT (Harbourfront, 10 min walk) ! Price might be on the higher side for solo travellers seeking long-term stays, but it fits the bill for a <5D getaway in Singapore. ⭐ 8.5/10

-- Room service only every 3 days!!! -- grudging service provision + wheelchair accessible We chose Traveloge because it advertised wheelchair access. The room doors are in fact wide enough that a wheelchair can get into the room, but only straight to the bed. Toilet and shower are not wheelchair accessible. Breakfast is available at a fair price, but is rather basic. Fair enough, but you get what you pay for. Aircon is good, swimming pool is fine reports mybdaughter. -- Hot water in the shower is cold. --- Travelodge has a new green policy to only offer room service every 3 days. Ok. No issue, however ... This is a modern hotel with two light switches to indicate "make up roon" and "do not disturb". The actual control light for this function is a very dim indicator and outside the door. These switches are conveniently placed underneath the actual light switches to be mistaken as such. So you come in and switch all the lights on (and the do not disturb as well). We had booked this hotel for 3 nights and had no room service at all because of this. When we asked the reception about the lack of room service, we were told that we had switched on the "do not disturb sign" and so they could not enter the room. So, it is our own fault. The duty manager called me later in the room and was lecturing me about their green policies and their rules and procedures. I am really not interested in their policies or excuses. I paid good money for a service I did not get! The duty manager told me that he gracefully selected our room for an extra-ordinary service. Unfortunately, on the day of the call, the room service was no longer available and would be performed on the following day. "So sorry , sir" Funny, that is the day we will check out. So the extra room service will be making up the room for the next guest. I have a bandaged open wound on my foot, which can sometimes leak during the night. I found myself in a hotel which did not change my literally bloody sheets and towels for 3 days. I told the duty manager that I was going to give his hotel a suitable review. He powerfully expressed his lack of interest in my negative review. P.S. Literally while I am typting this review, they managed to scare up a housekeeper who cleaned the room. But I had to argue my case first. This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in a long time.

Rooms are small and good for leisure travellers but not really suitable for business travellers. The noise from outside, banging of doors, loud chat can be heard loudly inside the rooms. Some rooms can hear loud water sounds that run through the pipes. And one night, I can hear strange things like "pssssstttt" and it was so scary. Some receptionists were not welcoming. And one time I talked to one of their female receptionist and she was frowning and she is like having a bad day. Also talked to a receptionist in a call and seems like some needs training in handling calls and to be courteous, more service oriented and listening to the needs of their customers.

I stayed here for three nights in one of the super single rooms and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is really well located in close proximity to VivoCity where you have easy transportation to other areas via MRT and also across to Sentosa via the monorail. The room was modern and clean with a very comfy bed but extremely small, one of the smallest I have ever experienced. The size is published on the website so I can’t complain but something to be aware of! Also the sound insulation from the reception/bar was not great. The breakfast was quite good and the staff were pleasant enough. For the rate I paid, I was happy but I would probably look elsewhere next time.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. I don't even want to give one star but this is the minimum I can give to comment. I stayed 4D3N for a business trip. The hotel was booked by the company. When I checked in it's around 10:00 pm, I was super tired and desperately needed a rest. The front desk insisted that my company did not pay for any hotel fee though I reconfirmed with front desk twice. I could only use my credit card to make a payment transaction for 4D3N hotel fee then I could get into hotel room. Afterwards I checked with my colleague and confirmed the company fully paid the hotel fee during booking. Then I went to hotel front desk to check. The front desk said: Oh sorry, then what do you want? What do I want? Of course I need the refund, and need to know when it would be done. I confirmed with the hotel front desk 3 times before I checked out that I would get the refund by 17 Apr 2023. But I never hear from the hotel by end of 17 Apr 2023 considering my region has no time zone difference with Singapore. I called HSBC for support and my company also helped to follow up with this case. Finally on 18 Apr 2023 I got the email reply from the hotel saying: "Please be informed that we have processed the refund and it will take 2-3 weeks for the refund to take effect." 2-3 weeks?! I can't imagine the payment reversal for credit card would take that long...Anyway nothing else I can do other than waiting...

I bookeď a room on 13th DEC 2021 to celebrate my wife's birthday. However, we were given a room where the bed is unusually high. Both of us who are 55 & 60 years of age had a hard time getting up & down from the bed.How does a 4-star hotel not take into consideration? Really disapointed.

Stayed for two nights on double twin room. The bed was not steady n in small size. it moves even though you are just sitting on top. On first night hard too sleep due to thin walls next to me, can hear people talking clearly on two sides. Also, the bed got bugs, felt the itchiness on legs n arms. Complained the bug situation to the reception the next morning n the lady asked for a proof of bugs mark! Then she offered to change the sheets. On second night the itchiness minimized but can still hear people talking on two sides. The House keeping lady said the room 'only' cleaned on the third night of your stay, unless there are instructions from above. Would rethink if staying here again. Fast check in n out though.

I had a good relaxing stay with my family at the quadruple room (2 Queen bed). Room looks the same as picture on the website and was clean. Our room was at the corner (room 919) and windows on side (mostly kept closed) overlook the mosque, while the other side faced VivoCity . The kids had a great time looking at the cars, Monorail and lights from VivoCity. Some additional good points: 1. Lots of food option at VivoCity (5mins walk from front of hotel) and ordering thru grab/foodpanda 2. Staff were friendly and helpful 3. Nice seat next to the long window. 4. Small pool for the kids to play 5. Good value/location for money Some not so good: 1. Carpark under reno. Nearest parking is at VivoCity (take lift lobby N) 2. Reception area under reno, so has to walk another 5minutes to enter from the back of hotel. 3. Bed is high (maybe a step stool will be helpful)

Great hotel. Rooms were great, modern, and clean. The location of the hotel is great. It is walking distance to the Vivo City mall and public transport. I found the staff not to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a waste of time. The hotel should have the option to exclude the breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing.

Great location, walking distance from Vivo City as well Harbourfront Center. Check-in was super efficient and fast. Service was good. The only complaint is that it was loud. Doors closing hard, cleaners starting at 7am. Will stay again. Hopefully, it will be less noisy next time.

Good place, paid a lot for day use, but was worth it. Breakfast buffet was good. Just a suggestion, if you want us to clear our own tables, have a clearance station outside, as the door is too hard to open when clearing. Also i dnt mind clearing!

This is the worst hotel ever! It is unfortunate that my first review in Google has to be a bad review. This hotel has ZERO food options after 10pm, there is no place to eat supper around the area and the hotel cannot even fulfill simple promises like housekeeping. The instruction to clean the room daily was registered in the system and NO ONE took the responsibility to check if the staff fulfilled their housekeeping duties. Came back to the hotel room at 10pm expecting a clean room but to my dismay nothing was done. Cannot even rest well with loud street noise and and upkept room. The operator was arrogant and did not even bother to APOLOGIZE, just mention they will supply fresh towels, its really below customer expectations. Could have offered to change a room but nothing was done. It is a disappointment to see Singapore, a first world city, to have such a hotel that charge first world price, yet offer a third world experience. Shame on the hotel management part. If not for google requiring 1 star to fulfil review requirements, i would have given ZERO stars.

Room is pretty clean. Strategic place just opposite vivocity shopping mall. 300meters to the nearest bus stop/ MRT. Need to improvise on service. There's no housekeeping and it's called "clean up" instead. Need to request clean up one day in advance. Stayed for 5 nights and this wasn't explained to us. Ended up cleaning up the room ourselves. With the price tag you guys can definitely do better. Soundproofing isn't that well. Too much room per floor.

Central hotel, easy to reach and nice staff! However, the rooms are not only very small, the bigger problem is that the toilet area in the room is only separated by a sliding door. The sliding door also does not sit flush on the wall, leaving a little over 5cm of space on each side.

  • 1/5 James S. 1 year ago on Google
Very disappointed with the hotel, will never come here again! I never write reviews for this hotel, but this time I will. Didn't like the hotel at all. The points: 1) Numbers. The rooms are VERY small and cramped. Highly. We were given a room of 15 square meters for a family of 3 with one double bed! Very closely. When we chose a room, we looked at the photos and everything looks beautiful on them and the room does not look small. In general, marketers have tried. The room is a complete disappointment. The toilet in the room has one door with a shower, that is, if someone in the toilet closed the door, then the one who washes in the shower does not have a door! Since the room is tiny, you can hear everything that is done in the toilet, you feel like not in a hotel room, but in a small hospital room. It becomes very depressing because of this. Well, how is this even possible in Singapore in a 4-star hotel?? Views from most of the rooms by the way overlook the industrial area and the cemetery. Never a romantic 2) Service. What can be said about the service? He is not! Well, really. If you want to order something to your room, they will not bring it to you, as this is not provided for by the hotel concept. Water is not changed daily - you need to save bottles and fill them with tap water to drink. 3) Cleaning. For me it was a shock that the cleaning of the room must be ordered 1 day in advance! How did it happen? How is this even possible? That is, there is no daily regular cleaning of the room, you need to order cleaning by calling in advance. This is extremely inconvenient and in no way associated with a 4 star hotel in Singapore! 4) Nutrition. We bought a room with breakfast. Came here for breakfast once and realized it was a waste. Breakfast tasteless and poor. The coffee doesn't taste good either. More than 6 days did not go to breakfast at the hotel. We went to the shopping center across the road, there are many delicious restaurants. Of the pros 1) Location. There is a shopping center nearby and walking distance to Sentosa Island. Total On the first day of check-in, we were very disappointed with the choice of the hotel. They realized that they paid in vain, the money can not be returned. Singapore is an expensive city, we came on business, so we tried not to stay at the hotel, but were mostly in the city. Will we visit this hotel again? - No never! Will I recommend this hotel to my friends? - No never! I lived in different hotels, even with two stars. But this hotel is much worse despite its unreasonable four stars.

Stayed for 4 nights. Good breakfast. Good location, across the street from Vivocity. Bus stop down the road. Rooms were clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks and snacks available to buy. Loved the swimming pool and roof top restaurant and bar after a long day of sightseeing. Great views from bar. Will stay there again.

The sound insulation of the rooms is really poor. Every night I could hear loud banging/slamming of the doors, sounds coming from next door, rolling of the luggages, conversations made across the hallway - all these made it really hard for me to sleep at night. Having said that, I really appreciated that the staff tried their best to change my room to a quieter room where there is less traffic. The reception staff were patient, professional, and offered to let me check the room before i changed. The location of the hotel was also really great and near to MRT and vivo city.

The only Pros I can think of is the convenient location, as it was close to my workplace. Cons: - The room isn't cleaned daily or even every other day, even if it is an Eco friendly hotel, having a dirty room disrupts the comfort of the guest - The aircon fluctuates alot, I often woke up sweating despite not changing the thermostat, this would happen once or twice in 2 3 days - The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom only has one door between the shower and toilet, this often leads to smell coming in the room either way

I had the most relaxing time at this hotel. The spa services were heavenly, the pool area was tranquil, and the restaurants served delectable dishes. It was a perfect retreat, and I left feeling rejuvenated.

Superb location. Rooms are decently sized and of Good value. Walking distance to Vivo and Harbour front mrt. Despite that, it's standalone location means quiet and peaceful day and night. 10/10 would recommend!

Room is big enough for two people, location is very good. However, the sound insulation to traffic noise is bad, I can hear the traffic noise the whole night. The door design of shower area is bad, very difficult to open from inside,or leakage to outside easily. Also there is no clother hanger in shower area, very unconvenient. If noise sensitive person, not recommend to stay. Otherwise it should be fine.

A third class staff and hotel both. No customer courtesy. Housekeeping was pathetic. Swirling hairs on the floor welcomed me. Housekeeping was on request. If you forgot, pls be ready for survive in dirty room. Corners and edges were filled with dust. I stayed in many hotels but this has turned pathetic.

The room was not that bad. I got two beds. room quite small but enough for two people. Nice swimming pool and there is vivo city right in front of you! Good food there if your starving. MRT nearby which is nice. Lady's who are working here had frowns. But that's ok. over all, I will stay here again.

Functional enough hotel, rooms are adequate (bed is actually quite comfy!), but the biggest plus has to be the proximity to Harbourfront - 5 mins walk makes it hard to beat.

The design of the toilet and bathroom in the room I was staying in was faulty. In my room there is one sliding door for the toilet and bathroom. When I used the toilet in the morning and then used the bathroom closing the door, I had to keep the toilet open. By the time I finished my shower, the room was filled with the smell from the toilet. Luckily I was staying alone.

The hotel was not bad but they were renovating and the noise level is unpleasantly high in the morning. No carpark for the staycation and it was just so unpleasant because I had to park elsewhere and walk over. Incurred extra charges too. Unpleasant

comfy rooms, helpful staff. really close to vivocity, and we got a great package deal from them. construction was ongoing during our stay, but the noise didn't bother us much.

Topped up a little more for the premier room (with 2 windows) but was disappointed to see that the view is facing a cemetery. We pulled down the blinds throughout our entire stay. If I were to stay here again, I will pay for the cheapest room, and rather have the room facing the highway... Service from the reception is good though. We asked for disposable chopsticks and also needed their help on the TV/chromecast connection. Hotel staff came up within 5mins to solve the issue. Toilet design not really good. There is only 1 door, we can either close the toilet or shower room. Smell spread to the room/bed easily within an hour after we check in.

overall a pleasant staycation here. despite some difficulties during check-in, staff did their best in ensuring our comfort while waiting for our family quadruple room to be cleaned and ready. they are extensively attentive towards our needs and followed up with our comfort even after we checked in to the room. room has great views and it is really calming to enjoy the views with good food and coffee. location super convenient for vivo, harbourfront, sentosa, seah im hawker and mount faber. we enjoyed the stay thoroughly and especially big thank you to the staff who did their best in serving us!

Room is small, alot of flies in my room especially toilet, bed is uncomfortable also because of the renovation have to climb up hill to go to the lobby. Toilet door cant close fully so theres a gap.

  • 4/5 MK Y. 2 years ago on Google
Booked 2 rooms in Jan 2022. The hotel is located conveniently opposite the Vivo city and a bit of distance from Harbourfront. So shopping here is not a problem. Seah Im food centre is a short distance away too if you crave for hawker food. Be aware that the hotel is still under renovation as of Jan 2022, so there is no parking spaces here, you need to source for alternative parking nearby. There is a slope leading to the temporary lobby at level 3. Going out and back hotel always require you to climb the slope. So you note that when you plan to bring elderly people there. Rooms are small for deluxe and family rooms. The views are nothing spectacular unless yours are facing the Sentosa. The toilet and shower are separate, and are also small.

Easy to check in and out. They have express check out where you can just drop your room keys at a drop box. Location is good except that there’s no direct link way to MRT station nor the nearest Vivocity mall. The nearest hawker place is 600m away. Quite peaceful as the hotel is just besides a Chinese cemetery and a mosque. The customer service could be improved. I called to request late checkout but then right away got rejected. We booked 2 rooms but only requesting for at least 1 room late checkout but got declined. The hotel receptionist would ask the same question again and again more than twice. Not sure if they are actively listening or just really poor customer service. Not a vial of body lotion available inside the rooms. Not going to recommend to anyone looking to do staycation as it is not entirely convenient experience.

I had a nice 3days 2nights staycay despite some of the negative reviews I’ve read. Rooms were small but clean and simple. I was tended by a male receptionist on my first two days and he was very pleasant. Upon checkout I was attended by a lady who greeted me warmly with a smile :) a nice little getaway from home to spend my SGvoucher. I booked deluxe twin room. For myself and my mum. View: I got the swimming pool view. There’s the Muslim cemetery view and the city view (u get the traffic view if u are at a lower floor). I would have preferred the cemetery view as compared to the swimming pool view… I’m not superstitious or anything and the cemetery view has a lush greenery backdrop so why not :) Toilet: separate bathroom and toilet. Has a bidet. No bathtub. One down side for me is that the toilet doesn’t have a lock. 4 star because it’s not a luxury hotel and there’s room for improvement. But overall great stay for the price and I would go there again.

Facilities are easy to damage, poor sound insulation effect. Constant renovations and fire alarm testing don't make for a good rest.

  • 3/5 JiaYing G. 2 years ago on Google
All facilities available are said to be under renovation? Came but don't seem to be. Have carpark available but said that they didn't have? Nearest carpark will be at the Seah Im food centre/vivocity. Baby cot came without mattress? Quite hard to sleep on it without mattress i should say. A plus point only for having an upgrade of our room without additional charge

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Was not informed that due to renovation, there is no car park. The nearest CP was at seah im. Booked quadruple room and was facing cemetery. Requested for room change and was informed that all quad rooms face the cemetery. After an hour, TV broke down. They finally changed my room but I was forced to downgrade as there were no more quad rooms. The toilet was in a horrible condition with a sewage /urine smell. The bath seat was going to drop out, the nails were coming out. Horrible......

The front desk service on this day 18th Aug 2021 3pm was so poor that we decided not to check in at all. The receptionist mood was like just being dumped by her boyfriend, unfriendly, not helpful, not welcoming and not interested ! The security guards outside provided better service than her.. it’s a shame !

Nothing special about the hotel. Some places still under renovation.... only thing good is nearby to town, Sentosa, Vivocity and Seah Im hawker with many delicacies and shops.

There was construction and renovation works going on when I went but noise levels was relatively low. Pool was under renovation but overall a good experience. Room was spacious and view was overlooking vivo city. Very convenient location to public transport (MRT and buses)

Room too small and connected to toilet. Toilet sink next to bed. No doors. Airconditioning wasn't working. Laundry rip off. Cleaning of rooms is limited for interest of environment....... Couldn't sleep from noise from freeway. Staff minimum service.

It's a great hotel, good for both short - and long-term stay! I stayed for almost two weeks it was very comfortable! Nice common places where one can work or study, they provide great complementary breakfast, and the vivocity shopping complex is within a few minutes' walking distance!

Location of the hotel is the only good part about this stay. Rooms are clean but very small. Hotel staff not very cooperative. We were a couple n they gave us twin bed. We booked for king size bed. The pool is very small unlike shown in pictures with no view. MRT station is very closeby. So convenient to travel from here They have a small restaurant as well.

If you plan to go to Sentosa island and looking for affordable accommodation, try this hotel. Located across Vivo city mall. Rooms are available for family (2 adult and 2 kids). Room size not so big, but for sleeping only, it’s more than enough. Swimming pool is also available at the hotel. Laundry & dryer self service also available.

Worst hotel ever. The view of this hotel is facing a Muslim cemetery. You can stay here if you don’t mind staying with a ghost. Asked to change a room without that view but was charged $20. Bad customer service. Everything is chargeable even for delivery up to room. I wonder is this a 4 star hotel or 2 star. Worse than hotels that I have stayed in third world countries. If I could, I will rate it 0 star

The hotel is in a very good location, right across huge shopping mall and grocery, close to harbor front and Marang trail where you can access cable cars. The rooms have comfortable beds, shower is separated from the toilet and both are small without locks. The 2 shower and toilet sliding doors do not stay put well, not a problem if you’re staying with someone really close. No hooks in the shower, however there is a bar on the front of the toilet door, so if you want to hang a towel it will be in front of the toilet door, which will be out of reach, unless you slide open the toilet door. Breakfast very simple has little variety, and no congee.

Nice location just in front of vivo city. The room is quite small considering the faucet is outside the bathroom. Feels weird that there is only one door for both the shower and toilet, so if you close the toilet area, the shower area is open without any door/cover. Overall it was okay.

Great location, 300m walk to MRT (EXIT D) and big mall Vivocity. Very small room, compact but has basic thing you need. Clean, but the beds are high, fine with me but parents having difficulties.

Been here for 2 nights only; Biggest advantage is its prime location - vivo city is almost literally a stone throw away. Although the shortest path is unsheltered, so totally will get drenched if it rains. The room itself is super small and weird; 20m2, there's huge unused space behind the bed, and there's only one sliding door for either the toilet or the bath. Oh, and the wall between the toilet and bath is not up to the ceiling and closed off by the door to the room, so absolutely cannot take a dump here I think the room will be all smelly🥲 Room service is fast, so no qualms there. There's also a baby cot which you can borrow. Overall we made do w/ the advantages but really thankful for being here only for a super short trip w/ the weird bath/toilet setup.

My room had a raised bed so we could enjoy the view. Clean, well equipped with plenty of power points. Chris at the Front Desk was cheerful and gracious, so even my long-day-don't-ask, grumpy self was forced to cheer up. Won't hesitate to stay here again!

If you are a business traveler this place is not for you. Nothing wrong but badly located to enjoy if you are not willing to use public transportation. Lobby and rooms are tiny compared to most business grade hotels while price is similar. And you spend your money on taxis to get around.

Cemetary Hill full view out the window. Just in time for the halloween mood. Room was small but clean, not sure why the bed was not the normal height but was comfy. Front desk was friendly, Breakfast waitress was an absolute Rubbish Karen. Asked if I can get an espresso, answer was NO, and walked off. What modern chain hotel doesn't even have americano?!?

Our stay with travelodge hotel is great! Room is just nice and very minimalistic looking which i really like. Downside was.. our room was facing the cemetery :( and there are no available carpark for our vehicle.. anddd only one sliding door for the bathroom.. which has partition and no privacy if someone wants to go to the toilet while someone is using the shower. Vehicle wise, have to park at the nearest open space carpark which is at Seah Imm. Proba about 8mins walk. Big thanks to Akash for sending some birthday treats to our room and wishing my husband. Also big thanks to Isliana Ismail for arranging it for us. Thats very sweet of you guys! And it totally made our stay alot better. The chocolate truffles are delicious. Not to mention, the Starbucks gift card! Many many thanks. Appreciate it lotss!! Will definitely come back, and probably we will book the sentosa room view the next time hehe.

Nice room but hard mattress and very noisy at night unsure if it was outside aircon unit or elevator. Check in person was lovely but rude service when getting a coffee in the morning. Location was excellent as across from Vivo shopping mall.

For our first half of our SG trip, this was an excellent 3 night stay at this hotel. We booked the quadruple family room which is a good size with 2 queen beds and large corner windows. Our kids loved the view of VivoCity and the monorail to Sentosa. There was a partial view of the cemetery behind one of the beds which didn't bother us especially given it was an inexpensive place to stay. The location is perfect for those who plan to go to Sentosa, VivoCity and even Chinatown since it is only two train stations away from HarbourFront on the purple line. The negatives - the unusually high bed (even though a stool is provided) but we knew this from other people's reviews but we still decided to book it anyway; and the lack of dining space. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I really liked the room. Location was absolutely great for both MRT and bus and the Vivo city shopping mall. It could little noisy but it was fine with me. I stayed 6 days in Singapore, and 2 nights herer. I think it was a good choice for 1~2 nights stay.
