Staff was very nice, but the hotel didn't feel like Hilton standards. I know Singapore is expensive, and even though the hotel is quite well located as MRT station is only few minutes away, if I wasn't Diamond, I wouldn't pay that much for the experience we had in this Hilton Garden Inn : There was a dead cockroach under the bed upon arrival, that was removed by quickly after asking, and we found another one the following day behind one pillar, that the cleaning service removed only the 3rd day even if I removed all the curtains so it can be easily seen. Breakfast was just OK, but again all the staff very kind!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely corner room with large windows so we could see over the street. The hotel seems quite new. Bed is very comfortable and staff are friendly especially the lovely hardworking housekeeper. We enjoyed breakfast which has a good variety of food. Check in was busy as the hotel was fully booked. We liked the location as it is a short walk to the MRT station and there are many restaurants and shops close by.

Very acceptable hotel located in the heart of Little India. Rooms are clean, and comfortable with most general comforts covered. Do not expect over the top amenities, however, for the price I am very happy with the value received. Distinguishing negative aspect was the shower design. The shower has a modern look with a half door which leaves a very wide area for water splashing that always resulted in a very wet bathroom floor after each and every shower. The area between the glass and wall also leaked water so there was always a puddle of water greeting you as you exited the shower. Other than that, the bed and furniture was comfortable, and the city view was pretty good. Breakfast is located in a spacious clean area with ready made eggs or omelettes, and a nice spread of other international breakfast foods. All in all price for what you receive is a steal especially for a country like Singapore. This is likely due to the fact that this hotel is located in Little India. However, in my opinion as hotels can be quite expensive in Singapore this is a nice way to get a good price for a room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good with a decent spread. Pool is a little small, but not crowded. A 7-Eleven on the ground floor is a plus. Location is great - close to the city and less than 5 minutes walk to Little India MRT station which has two lines running through it. Lots of good Indian restaurants within a stone's throw away.

I feel the room is little small but I think it's normal in Singapore as I stayed in another hotel recently and had the same experience. But unlike the other hotel, the room size here never bothered me because everything in the room is perfectly arranged, have enough cupboards, tables, chair, etc and still, I don't feel the room is congested. Plus the room has an excellent view of the city. I am here for 2 weeks stay and I have excellent service from the staff so far. Their breakfast also enjoyable as it has a good variety of items

Very affordable hotel with all the amenities you could need! Super friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately rooms have annoying quirks like motion sensor for lights so if you want to watch Netflix on your device or you get up, the lights will turn on even after turning them off. THIS IS A PRISON. PRISON VIBES. TORTURE HOTEL SORRY. The vanity light is really bright so if someone moves in their sleep it will probably wake you up as the bathroom wall is made of frosted glass so it lights up the rest of the room. And the aircon doesn't turn off ever, you always have to adjust the room temperature. Strangely branded as a Hilton. Not the Hilton experience at all. The motion sensor lights are SO inhumane. Also strange that for a hotel, where you'd expect tourists go to, not locals, that they do not accept Travel Money Cards (visa). Why is this place so inaccessible for tourists? It's a hotel!

The Room itself and especially the Room service were really nice, very nice pool with a great view as well, but be careful if you’re booking a room for three !!! Most of the bigger sized rooms aren’t located in the main building, but in a different one across the street, which is right next to a very, VERY noisy Temple. Absolutely zero disrespect to anyone’s culture or customs, but waking up to loud banging, bells and music at 7 in the morning every single day on top of the jet lag, wasn’t how I had imagined my stay there. Absolutely never again.

Staying at this hotel was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The breakfast served was delicious with a great selection of fresh options to choose from. However, what stood out the most was the amazing staff who were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my entire stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Very helpful & cooperative staff. Neat & clean rooms/ hotel. Avoid the temple facing rooms if you are not an early bird, impossible to sleep after 5:30 AM with the musical equipment going off all at once for the daily prayers.

Great hotel! Can’t fault it, staff were so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area is well kept and peaceful, with some amazing views. The breakfast was 10/10 and right by the pool. Easy access to MRT 8 min walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Would really love to stay again.

Very Small Rooms. I bumped into my suitcase everything I used the bathroom or went out. Location is very good, in Little India. 600-700 mtrs from Mustafa Centre. MRT within walking distance.

This was my first time staying at a Garden Inn property - and my bias was "this will be quite a budget hotel". Checkin process was smooth, and I was surprised to get an upgrade as a Diamond member (thought Garden Inn and Hampton don't do upgrades). I was very pleasantly surprised that the room and amenities were nice! I had a great view of Little India. The location is quite good, though it can be a bit overwhelming to stay in the area (as there's things happening 24/7 and it's very busy on the weekend). The service was basic but better than expected. Only negative is the washing machine facilities (at first I was super happy that the hotel would even have self servide laundry) but at $10 a pop for washer and dryer, the pricing is crazy. Luckily there's laundries nearby that are much cheaper. All in all, a good experience, and I'm happy that both the cost efficient options of Hampton and Garden Inn by Hilton are both excellent quality for the price.

I'm very disappointed as a Hilton fan rooms cost poformance wasn't right. I had paid for a 3 night and 4 days Deluxe room with Breakfast but the hotel said I wasn't on the breakfast list LIKE HOW COME?!Location is fine near malls and station. Food was great delicious as usual for ever Hilton hotels. This is the worst Hilton Garden inn would never stay again still I would stay at other Hilton hotels and I expect better experience if I go again.

The hotel location is conveniently on the walking distance to the hustle bustle Little India area. Near to the bus stop and MRT station. Very near to a lot dining options surrounding the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Very convenient to use the digital key through the app as well. Staff was very efficient particularly Timothy who’s been very helpful throughout the stay. Will comeback for sure in the future :)

Really nice hotel to stay in and I love that it is so quiet. Got upgraded to higher floor and thank you for bringing back the breakfast buffet! Such a treat for my first foreign travel after the pandemic.

The rooms are really clean and comfortable.The staff is really nice and helpful. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The facilities are good. The food is delicious thanks for the chefs. The location of the hotel is perfect you can find cheap local restaurants near and the 24 hours shopping mall is only for a walk distance. 5*!

Unassumingly located right in the middle of little India, this place is easy to miss among the ritzier hotels in Singapore. The little India MRT is about 1 km away walking from here which makes it really convinient if you want to visit the touristy South Singapore destinations on blue and purple lines. This location is better suited for Indians because of the dominant population in the area as the name suggests anyway and the availability of Indian food if you wish to have it during your stay. But be aware it gets unexpectedly chaotic and mildy annoying on Sundays in Little India. The rooms are small but the amenities and services are adequate. The breakfast spread is nice too. To sum it up - it's a Hilton at an honest to goodness price, like an island of serenity smack dab in the center of Little India's chaos. Will come and stay here again if I'm vacationing in Singapore ever again.

Stayed here for 1 week for my QO. Room is really clean and comfortable with basic items provided. Frontdesk contantly called me from the time i checked in till the last day to ensure if I was fine and needed anything replenished in the room. Laundry service was also great with the clothes returned within a few hours. Food and snacks were also good. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for the wonderful stay!

Close to all things to do in Singapore. Only 20 to 30 minutes from Changi International Airport. 2 to 3 minutes walk from the MRT underground train. Surrounded by a town called Little India - a real hidden gem for shopping and food- a small version of actual India. Very unique.

Great hotel. Would stay again. There are 2 buildings. One is close to the temple and would be noisy. We stayed in the tower away from the temple. It was nice barring noise from construction. Service was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was nice with good A/C. Like some European hotels, they only put half a glass barrier for the shower. It splashes water on to the bathroom floor. It's a weird concept (probably cost saving, but they like to call it 'modern'. Ha! It's located in an area called "Little India". V busy area, with lots of North and South Indian food options. Approx 5 mins walk to downtown MRT train line (commuter).

Amazing hotel. Top 3 breakfast for me. The restaurant general is very, very good. Sentral location. There are shopping centers. Restaurant 10 meters from entrance to hotel. The view and the swimming pool are just amazing. Supriseingly, the price is not too bad Singapore considered. If you want a good base to stay for exploring, this is it. I like it when it is easy to bring food into a hotel and have half a day just relaxing in the room. Syperfast internet. But I recommend buying esim with free data. Just search Google and choose the one you like 👍

Nice location! Enjoyed breakfast and swimming pool. Had a nice time here. Soundproofing is a bit bad, could hear the neighbours. Printing is for free and convenient :)

Excellent service, really great team and Chandran made sure our arrival and chrck in was smooth, and that we felt welcome! The breakfast is decent, food is fresh and there's a good variety. The rooms are like other Hilton Gardens, small, adequate, and comfortable. We have a good view as well. Again, the staff have been excellent and have made out stay comfortable.

Excellent service and rooms were well designed - cushioned seating area next to nice glass windows, really good black out curtains. Most of all, even though we were on a redemption stay the staff treated us very well. We had an issue with our room and they changed it quickly and even comped a nice breakfast buffet. Location was good. Recommended!

I stayed at Garden Inn Singapore for 6 nights 31st jan -5th feb2023. The staff was the most helpful particularly Darren who gave me a rough iteneneray of what sites are worth visiting. He told me how to use the MRT which was the best thing to move around on your own. Had a good variety of breakfast. I was lucky to witness the Pongal parade during my stay since the hotel is in Little India. The location is great if you want Indian food.

Not close to the MTR. The room has central air conditioning that cannot be turned off and you cannot open the windows so you basically live in a fridge. Unfriendly incompetent reception desk. No help with the luggage from the taxi 🚕. After the complaining, the Director said you cannot expect more as this is a lower range Hilton 300$

I spent 5 night in this hotel. It was good at the exception of my room location. In fact there is two buildings separated by a bridge on the 4th floor. If you are not in the good building you have to play with the elevators to find your way. And it can take time… Then the second building is just above the Indian temple which is good but be aware the drum and the musique of ceremonies start at 6:30am and you can hear it pretty well in your room actually. So if you need to rest a little…forget about it. Concerning the room itself, good at the exception of the A/C system which has its own way of working and the chair which was completely destroyed. Once that said, employees are kind, the breakfast is good with lot of fresh food with the view on the pool. Last, as the hotel is in the middle of little India, it is nice to walk around and be surrounded by Indian culture.

You won’t find better service anywhere - we were made to feel valued and welcomed from the moment we arrived (at 8am and requesting an early check in). The team shuffled and made it happen at a nominal additional charge, and then later helped us with street food recommendations, taxi bookings and luggage storage. Excellent value and a great experience from every member of the smiling team.

Upscale version of a Hilton garden inn. Housekeeping services been fantastic. Check in experience was fantastic. The property is clean and well maintained, and the location right next to Little India provides ample opportunities for interesting and varied dining and shopping. And, being Singapore, it's not really very far from anywhere by car or bus. I will be returning to Singapore in 6 or 8 weeks, and I will definitely be staying here.

Rooms were good value, clean and well looked after. However, my room backed on to a temple and there was drumming and music every morning at 6am and then on and off throughout the day and evening. If you have a room on floor 5 or lower only accept the odd numbered rooms

Had a great stay here. The hotel had all we needed while we were there. The bed was very comfortable and I often find it hard to sleep one the first night but slept soundly evey night We found all the staff to be very friendly and polite. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it catered well for all needs and set us up for the day ahead.

Excellent location, staff and service. Room was a little small for 4 big Aussies but, hey, it's Singapore and we got a good rate. Would definitely stay there again.

I love Hilton as a brand and their hotels are always lovely. I want to say a HUGE thank you to the front desk clerks for being accommodating and letting me have a very early check in (my 19 hour flight landed at 6am and I got to the hotel around 7:30, desperate for a shower & nap). My only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is how the AC turned off when I left my room. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Singapore, but when I returned back to my room it was always off and it took a while to cool back down. Other than that, the cleanliness was great and the breakfast was amazing! Hilton’s are always fabulous and as someone who has primarily stayed at them within the US and Europe I can confirm the quality in Asia is just as great.

Serving my 14 days QO here and I am more than happy with the room and service. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially love how the reception make the extra effort to make call once you check in and also after a few days of stay to check if there is anything you require. Food is also great till now and I love how they would always provide a small snack along with every meal. Really brightens up my day during the stay. Laundry service is also free with limit of 4 item per day. I am absolutely happy and glad that I got Hilton Garden Inn to serve my QO.

We spent three nights here and I must say everything was excellent. The location of the hotel was close to all the sight seeings and the choices of foods were tremendous. As for the room, the cleanliness is magnificent with a comfortable stay. The staffs were very accommodative despite being busy all day and special thank you to Mr Chandran for the assistance throughout our stay. Hilton never goes wrong.

My 4th time in Singapore and the 1st time in this Hilton and I was happy in all belongings. Lovely and friendly staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant. Loved the city view from the room (corner room in particular is really nice because of some extra light). Special thanks to Rank for good communication ahead of the stay and taking care of the check-in. Really good service. Thanks and I‘ll definitely come back next time when I‘m in Singapore!

New looking rooms, with everything you can enjoy. The hotel also has washers/dryers available in case you need to do laundry. A bit harder to get around from this location, bur many nice indian restaurants nearby.

Excellent service! A problem with the booking and redemption of books was immediately corrected by the manager. Excellent customer service and excellent public relations. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We had a huge room with large windows so we could see across the street and beyond... excellent location with a short walk to the MRT station with many restaurants and shops close by.

This is an excellent hotel, with great facilities. There is a gym and a business center. We had no issues with our stay. The staff tries hard to provide an efficient service. Housekeeping in particular was amazing, breakfast was okay. Overall, it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is horrid, which is a shame because the hotel is well serviced. It is located in a traditional and crowded area in Singapore. Walking to train stations from the hotel can be very unpleasant. My friend felt ill after walking in one of the neighborhoods due to unpleasant smells. If you end up booking this hotel, I highly recommend booking taxis to commute from/to the hotel.
