The location of this hotel is brilliant - between Chinatown and Clarke Quay. The shopping centres and food halls close by are fantastic and there is everything you could possibly need. HOWEVER - the hotel itself is dated and some rooms are unclean with mildly showers and sinks. The first room we were given after a 14hr flight was horrendous- I just couldn’t deal with staying in that room for 5 nights. bathroom was dirty the carpets looked like they hadn’t been hovered in a week and dust everywhere. So I asked if they would move us and it wasn’t an issue at all and we were moved to another room which was clean and presented well. The rooms are spacious - there were five of us - two adults and three children. The boys had their own bed and my young daughter shared with me and my husband - and that was not an issue. The staff abs helpful and friendly. If you do book this hotel request a room on a higher floor and a more modern room. I don’t think it is 4star standard at all though - more 3 star. The pool area is not as good as it looks. There are probably better hotels for the same price but if it’s location this is good.

Good location, right next to Chinatown. Friendly staff most of the time. We had 2 rooms and one had an amazing view the other not so much. Had all the amenities you need, kettle, fridge, pool, gym, laundry. Furama doesn't disappoint. Although, I still think Riverfront is better.

If there would be option of zero stars, then I would really appreciate that for this hotel. First of all the rooms are not at all as per the pictures given in the Google and it really stinks a lot when we enter the hotel itself through, the rooms, the lobby every single corner of this hotel stinks a lot. And the main thing here is that then don’t clean the room daily. They Give the room cleaning service after the three days, which I don’t think any of the hotel around the world gives such a service to their guest. Also if we call for the room service they dont even answer the phone. Staff is very rude here. Nobody here cares for their guest. The people here says it is a four star but for me I would suggest this hotel is of no star!! Specially for the Indian guest I would suggest that do not recommend this hotel ever as they do not provide any kind of vegetarian food here. Not at all happy with the stay… rooms are not worthy enough as per the money. Worst management, worst hotel🖕🏻

All good except for the gross musty smell. The location is very good and the price is acceptable. Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, none of the ones provided by the hotel can be used, they are very poor, worse than laundry detergent. Understandably understaffed, cleaning service is provided only once in three days. But no one wants to stay here for more than a day. But when they saw the cleaning staff and asked to change the towels and clean the trash can, their response was that they did not receive a cleaning notice. No service would be provided, so for the first time we took out the trash ourselves in the hotel. Fortunately, I have the habit of using my own quilt, and I really dare not use the quilt of the hotel. But the bed is surprisingly good, hard, not as soft as a dog bed. Usually, I'm a lazy tourist. But after being deceived by the ratings of Google Maps, I feel that I have the responsibility to write it out, so that others can be mentally prepared. The photo is too far from the real thing, and the photo can't smell the smell. Very smelly and very musty.

Great location as it’s pretty central. There are multiple hawker food stalls in the area. It’s also by the train station and a great mini mall right across the street. Chinatown is also near by within walking distance. You have your basic toiletries. The shampoo and body wash are combined rather than a separate bottle of shampoo and body wash. The water shower was great and the pressure was also great. The drain was confusing at first for the sink. The trick was to push down the drain. The unit itself was spacious. The air conditioning was not a problem. No issues with sounds from our neighbours or the hallway. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you for the experience.

We paid a ridiculous amount for and old, stinky, moldy room! As soon as you walk into the hallways of the hotel there is an old, musky smell which triggered my little sister's asthma causing her a trip to the hospital. The bathrooms smelt like cigar smoke which is funny because smoking isn't aloud! Streaming services did not work, we called staff into our room and they did not solve this terrible, disgusting issue. There were bugs IN the bed so we had to sleep on the floor, AND, the phone didn't work so we couldn't contact staff again. We went downstairs to ask for a refund and the manager agreed. The next morning we go downstairs only to be refused of the refund as we were leaving that morning. The manager wasn't working on weekends and staff refused to contact him! How horrific, horrendous and appalling! Do not stay here unless you want a atrocious time. The hotel is so bad they aren't even allowing me to upload a photo of the deadly bug bites.

This is one of the best hotels my girlfriend and I have been to on a staycation out of the many others we have been to. Some positive points worth noting: 1. We requested for a high floor, with bathtub and we were given with one. 2. Air conditioning was properly functioning. 3. Bed sheets, toilet, bathtub, fridge and general surface area were clean and pristine unlike the other comments. 4. Service was commendable and prompt. We requested for extra toiletries and were delivered right away. We will definitely be back! Not sure about the bad reviews because we had an incredibly pleasant experience here.

We did not enjoy the stay at your hotel from 24 Jan to 28 Jan 2023 at all. What a shame. 1) Check-in on 24 Jan 2023 delayed by 3 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 2PM+, were told room not ready and should be ready within next 45 minutes to 60 minutes. We informed front desk, we will come back later, they said okay, they will expedite and release the next available rooms for us. We came back 2 hrs later at 4PM+ and the rooms were still not ready. At the end we had to wait another 1 hour. 2) The fridges on both room 801 and 802 are not functioning at all (not cold). 3) The sink at room 801 were not working, easily get stuck and flooded. 4) No cleaning service, even rubbish in the rooms were not emptied. Overall experience, your hotel is lousy and not up to the standard, not even worth of the money, and you bring down Singapore standard. We were very disappointed and regret choosing and staying at your hotel.

Self check-in didn't issue room card, had to get staff to resolve. No comb or razers to use. Toilet was tilted to one side, toilet paper was low quality. Self service drinking water for guest to collect in the hallway. Room cleaning is every 3 days but I didn't get towels changed. TV system worked for first day but broke and wasn’t fixed. Hotel needs refurbishment and a good cleaning of exterior. Doesn't deserve 4 star rating. The price is justified when it was new and paid attention to detail but definitely not worth it as it is now. However, is in a decent location just on the boundary of Chinatown. Go across the street to people's complex for cheap meals. Currency exchange at Right Angel or Golden Dragon was the most reasonable. Tip: don't use the money changers without rate boards, you can get easily cheated.

Best location near to the china town metro in the main city center. The rooms were clean with a nice view of the Singapore flyer. About food not sure because we just tried breakfast one day which was okay. Overall a good stay of 5 days.

Not sure about the rooms. But went for the Cafe there for buffet. Used to love that place. Staffs are friendly and polite. But recent visit was not a good one. As I noticed the food is not as nice as before. The toilet got choke most of the time but blame the user for sure. Other than the food ain't reaches my expectation. The staffs are Tiffany cafe is very friendly and polite. The dessert variety is enough to satisfy some sweet craving.

I’d like to give zero star if I can. Too old and I can always hear the noise caused by the lift in my room. The service is also poor and let me wait all the time. —— well the manager provided me a new room for sleep that night and changed a much better one the next day. So I change it to five stars —— today I ask for water and they go to water reservoir. Decrease to 4 stars. 30min later water is coming. Back to 5 stars. —— Today I cannot open the door with my key card…something broken

Great place to stay in the middle of town, very busy hotel, staff brought our bags up to our room. One staff member wouldn't leave unless you tipped him, stayed 5 nights and they only service the room every three days, so constantly asking for fresh towels and water, which was not a problem, the air-conditioning was set to high and the room was warm, asked at reception twice to get it cooler but didn't happen so we brought a little fan, food was great at the buffet breakfast,

Hotel was in a decent location within the city. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food. Staff tried hard to make the stay nice. But I would not stay here again. The smell inside was horrible. Our room window faced inside the building, looking over the reception area so our room had no natural light. The pool area wasn't very inviting (plain, unclean, nil views).

The hotel gives its an old place vibes but for the price, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I liked the view from the rooms. Staff at the reception counter were friendly and helpful. Likewise, the staff at the Tiffany Cafe. The shower hose in the bathroom could be longer (perhaps 1.5-2 metres). It is a pity that the mini fridge temperature could not be adjusted and it didn’t have a freezer. I like that it’s centrally located. Good for a short-stay.

We booked an executive room for a very good price 3 months before trip. We enjoyed our stay despite of the little details (smoke smell some days, complicated laundry) that were insignificant because of the value for money. Our stay is a 5-star especially thanks to Ivy that gave us every tip on the city. We felt special thanks to her geniune attentions. Overall very good food for breakfast, nice tapas happy hour, nice swimming pool and helpful staff. We recommend for people staying 3/4 days in Singapore, discovering the city because it is extremely well located and connected.

Great value, rooms were basic (i should note we were in the lowest priced rooms) but spacious and quite clean overall. I was on the southeast side and had a great view of the Singapore flyer. There are no power outlets next to the beds. There is a small fridge in the room to keep drinks and snacks cold and in room safe. They have filtered drinking water available from the dispenser on each floor which was excellent as we could fill our refill our bottles without causing waste. The television was quite new and was able to connect my Samsung tablet and stream content for the kids to watch. Housekeeping is only done every few days which was fine for me. If you run out of anything between housekeeping visits there are room supplies available from the concierge. The bathroom was a little run down with some grout missing and obvious tile repairs but very acceptable for the price. Fantastic Location, short walk to Clarke Quay and Chinatown. The MRT is only a few minutes walk and the entire journey can be done undercover using the footbridge connecting to Chinatown Point. Lots of food options nearby, I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel but the food looked fabulous. There are also many locations to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Feels old and tired. Staff lovely. Room comfy - beds very nice. Decor very aged. Bathroom ok but silicon mouldy. Pool water looks okay from above but is actually very cloudy. Gym very small and quite limited. Don't think I will stay here next time.

Having not stayed here for 4 years I was very pleasantly surprised at the revamped new check-in area and 1st floor foyer. Super fast check-in by Riva and exceptional service by Raylim in the Club lounge. Great view from room overlooking big wheel and functional cool air-conditioned small gym that I used twice. Didn't try the pool but it looked sparkling and clean. Looking forward to coming back soon.

How do I start?!? So many positive things about this place! -The location of the hotel itself was so central to everything you would want to do while in Singapore -it is located right next to two MRT stations and loads of bus stops which is really nice and made getting around so easy. - the staff were extremely friendly (even when we did check in at 2am in the morning) and always made sure to provide us and help resolve any problems. -the pool area was amazing and very clean with lots of poolside seating, it also had outdoor showers too. - our room (not even a superior room) was honestly really great and it had such a homely feel to it and the beds were SUPER comfy. - room service staff were always extremely friendly and did a great job with cleaning. -elevators were efficient and I had no problems at all with them. - they had a filtered water station on floor six (on your way to the pool) and it was always fresh. - Lastly, if you think about staying here they have a “IJOOZ” vending machine nearby and if you like oranges you have to give it a try! FRESHLY squeezed oranges for $2 Singaporean dollars. I will definitely be coming back to Singapore and I think I’ve found the place I will be staying at Furama again, it’s a bang for your buck hotel and very budget friendly for young travellers (like myself) and anyone not wanting to spend ridiculous amounts of money per night.

A good 4 star hotel at a convenient location, a good view (according to which room you choose), good room service since they clean/service it almost everyday. They also provide a free water dispenser which is a plus point. The only thing which I was dissatisfied was with the wifi as it would disconnect randomly due to poor internet connection in my room.

We reserved for a 7 days family trip and decide to live in this well-known hotel. However it was a terrible experience, we only deserved the room location at 4F which has a block view through out our window and we can see nothing from this already-dark room, becasue their's an ongoing construction outside. Furthermore, water is also leaking from the top of the aisle, and we could hear the "dip" sound continuously. In contrary, the hotel doesn't even offer bottle water and we need to walk through a long distance to get water from the dispenser... The only two things we could praise for this hotel are the convenience of the location that it's truly close to multiple attractions and transportation & the service from the cleaners is impressed.

We just left Furama city centre after a 4 night stay in a family suite. The room itself is large in size but lacks some basic things to make it more practical for family’s. There were no plates or bowls available, we purchased cereal and some food to prepare as given it had a kitchenette we thought these items would be common sense so we’re unable to eat any self prepared food. The room can easily accommodate 5 people but the bedding isn’t set up to accommodate 5 but easily could be. The bathroom is massive and lovely to have a bath! The room was tired in regards to the carpet and wear and tear to the walls, I think our room in particular pay have had previous flooding damage as it smelt quite musty. The views were stunning and the location absolutely top notch. I found the baggage handling service very helpful but the check in process very impersonal. I understand for regular travellers the ability to “self “ check in can be a great feature but takes away the opportunity for staff to explain that the rooms aren’t serviced daily. We ran out of toilet paper and there is no where in the room that explains that you can self service these things yourself down stairs I had to go back on the website and search and find this out which I don’t think many people would think to do so a simple “ guide” card to your stay at furama in the rooms would be a cheap, simple yet effective way of helping that customer service to that bit further. We love Singapore and will definitely be back but do feel sorry for elderly people travelling now as everything has gone so digital it can feel over whelming.

The hallways need to be refurbished as they are clearly dated. I would not recommend getting room service as the food was not good, however, the buffet downstairs is good. Service is decent but calling from the room was difficult and it was easier to go downstairs to talk directly with the front desk than call (no one would answer the phone.) Lastly, our room had no shower curtain for the bathroom. We notified the front desk who said the only way we could get one was by switching to a new room. This is definitely overall a two star experience. It’s in a good location and close to transportation. Getting a taxi was really easy.

Stayed for 4 nights in August. The room was a bit dated and aircon didn't work properly. But the staff were amazing!! From check in to the executive lounge and the buffet dinner at Tiffany's,Ray and Ivy couldn't be more helpful. The hotel does have a washing machine near the pool which was handy. The free drinks between 6 and 8pm were great. Wine, beer, gin just to name a few. The buffet dinner was really yummy and am definitely going back. 👍

For its cost and location, it is very good. I'd say it just needs a deep clean and a bit of an update. The good: Great location The rooms are nice. The bad: Check-in and check-out was very long and slow. My window was covered in green moss and my toilet wasn't properly cleaned when I got there. My room also felt damper than outside.

Great location to everything and happy hour service by Ivy. She made sure all guests and myself were well looked after and made it a very memorable experience. However very strange housekeeping process- we were asked to place all dirty bath towels and cups/mugs outside room door on floor in corridor for pick-up. There is no daily freshening up of room. Isn’t that the point of staying in hotel?

This place is overrated and overpriced. When we arrived to check-in, the staff working front desk weren't helpful or welcoming, they work very slow, we waited 15 mins in line while the staff are just chatting with each other. The rooms are very dirty, carpets seem like they have spills from years ago that hasn't been properly cleaned. The room in general was dirty. They give only 1 shower cap, 1 sanitary pad bag and basically 1 of everything for a family of 4. There's no rugs in the washroom, the amount of times I almost slipped in the washroom. We did not get room cleaning service which is the very basic in all hotels, If no cleaning service is going to be provided, let us know ahead. They gave us 3 towels for 4 people and we had to use a hand towel as a body towel. The scale (inside our room) to check our baggage doesn't work. This hotel is more of a 3 star hotel, nothing close to a 4 star hotel. For the price we paid, totally not worth it. Save your time and look somewhere else.

Don't stay here. Terrible service and basic needs not met. Our room was missing a shower curtain. No big deal, right? We told the front desk and they said the only solution they could offer was to downgrade us to a worse room that had a shower curtain, lol. The room smelled bad when we arrived and honestly all the hallways and common spaces smell bad, too. The room service is ATROCIOUS. Don't bother ordering anything off the menu. You'll have to look elsewhere for all your meals. How the reviews are overall positive for this place, I have no idea. Would definitely not stay here again. There's so many nice hotels in Singapore and this is 100% not one of them.

Make sure this is where you want to stay before you book. Accidentally booked this property and within an hour attempted to cancel, no response from the hotel. After reaching out to the hotel for over a week by email and phone (no one ever answers the phones), I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They refused to cancel a reservation that is three months out. Terrible customer service. Although I should’ve made sure I was booking the correct property, mistakes happen. No reason to not be able to cancel a reservation that is months out.

Checked in today as part of the SHN process.. Room size is OK but there is no access to outside air. Cleanliness of floors and surfaces was 5/10 but the air filtration condition was nothing short of horrendous. It appeared that the filters had not been cleaned or serviced for years and significant amounts of mold and dust were present. This presents a clear health risk so take note if you book or are allocated a room here.

We recently stayed here. The location is great, close to the shops, eateries and MRT. The rooms have a musty smell and very cold air-con. The hallways are very musty. The self check in is a little confusing with no information (we had to ask reception throuought our stay) we only found the laundry service provided the day of checkout. The bathrooms are quite worn from soap scum. The view is lovely. Overall the building is just worn and dated. Ivy and Ray were welcoming in the club lounge and we enjoyed a cold drink and snack after walking in the heat everyday. The buffet breakfast was lovely we w few change ups everyday. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was in an excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful - we got a fruit platter upon arrival. However - our TV did not work, serviceman fixed it temporarily however it was broken by the next day, no streaming services worked either. Our room was also serviced between 7- 8pm, which was an inconvenient time. The carpet is well overdue for an upgrade, with the corners often cutting our feet.

Let me tell you one thing that online travel agents do not want you to know about. When reserving stays use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on resorts! Way better than using expedia, priceline, hotwire. No doubt about that!!! I served my quarantine order here. It is an old hotel but the room is very spacious and comfortable. I need to breeze through the review of the hotel and get to the real stars of this hotel. Now, the rooms were nice, relatively well maintained and the facilities in general were nice. The place is central to a lot of attractions around the city and Chinatown MRT station is directly across the road. Now, if you ever have the desire to stay here, pay the little extra and treat yourself to the Executive Lounge and be sure Ivvy and/or Adiah are around. Whenever we were in The Lounge, we were attended to like we were the only people there. If we were having a couple of free flowing drinks (included in the price of the Lounge) we were offered refills almost immediately and the snacks available were amazing.

Great location. Right next to china town and easy access to MRT. Room could be better. TV acts strangely and only 3 channels. Water pressure is too low and water is almost always boiling hot. They make up the room only every 3 nights so have to specifically ask for new towels or linens yourself. Breakfast is very good.

Room i got is at the corner. Dusty on every corner from the cabinet to side table . Corridor quite run down and dark. This is not 4 star hotel. Its definitely just 2 star. SG clean certified? Cant even clean room properly. Used towel left in toilet. The only main good point is the location. This hotel indeed need a serious renovation and proper cleaning.

Compact rooms as you would expect but great location in Singapore. Walking distance to shopping centres, river promenade, MRT etc. We greatly enjoyed the buffet meals in the hotel. Great variety and quality.

The service at reception was non existent. There was no service to our rooms. Had to ask for clean towels etc. The location was excellent and the service we received in the club lounge from Ray Adilal was a highlight of our stay. Ray was very attentive, friendly and looked after us. A big thankyou.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, 4-star is a bit generous, realistically this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation however I found everything was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Buffet breakfast was good and well worth the cost. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk from Chinatown MRT station and Clarke Quay. Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews, if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Singapore I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just got back from Singapore trip and both me and my husband stayed at Furama City Centre. Overall, a great experience. The location is very near all the famous tourist attractions. Will book again!

Location is good. There are few hawker centres in the area, a nice park on the opposite side, metro nearby and a mall next to it. Rooms are what you expect with everything you might need. Service is great and they also are borrowing you some umbrellas if you need them. Breakfast is good (not the best but sufficient). Coffee is not good but I am a coffee geek so it is kind of hard to satisfy need for good coffee. Pool is great (and open until 22:00)

Don't be foolish to book this place as the photos on there website look amazing and did probably look like that when it first opened 2000. However the room we got was so outdated and looked dirty. Bad smell in the room and the paint work was just a mess. Carpet was dirty and the room had a damp small. The moment I entered the room I went straight back down and asked for another room. They refused and after a good 10mins of me refusing to stay here they where going to offer me a full refund. Still not received after 7 days but was told will take 2 weeks. Will update once i received! I strongly recommend reading views from holiday makers then locals. This place needs a complete overhaul, I would suggest look around for deals as you can get some real nice places for the same price.

Went back there to meet a friend at 4pm. Don't know if the buffet lunch/dinner is still as good. Last time, it was pretty good, Japanese and international spread. Place seems a little quiet than before.

Great location between Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT on the North East line. Easily accessible by both. Good rates which weren't jacked up due to Pink Dot that Saturday on 24 June 2023. Basic room went for $200 and this double adjoining rooms my friends got went for just a bit more than that per room. Overall value for money considering location. Aircon was a bit finicky initially but got used to us and became cooler into the night. There's only one sweet spot in the shower for warm water! Every other position is just hot water! Very weird. Livable but does mean wasting water and time trying to locate that spot. Comes with 2 pillows per person (spare in the cupboard). Basic amenities such a toothbrush/toothpaste, 2-in-1 shampoo and soap, hand soap arr provided. Cotton pads and shoe shine as well. Comes with standing shower and a separate bath tub! Amazing! Would have been 5 stars for the room if not for a "security incident" at 9am when housekeeping tried to enter the room to locate a missing item from a previous guest. No doubt they tried knocking a few times, but shouldn't have tried entering anyway cause my friend was crawling towards the door just as it began to swing open. He got a rude shock of his life but thankfully was at least clothed from waist down. But still shouldn't have happened. What if he was unclothed or worse, in bed with someone? -service recovery was attempted and both guests in both adjoining rooms were given complimentary lunch upon check-out. Great view of Hong Lim Park for Pink Dot if you choose the ones with the park view. Sorry no photos of the rooms as there were guests in every photo and we value each others privacy.

We (family members) stayed for four nights in an executive suite. The room is spacious, however the presentation is closer to a flat than an executive suite. The bed and sofa were good. The hotel has 3 day house keeping policy. They will only clean the room and replace clean towels on every 3 days. We requested for cleaning on day 2, and they refused. We requested on day 3. So during the stay we were required to take care of the trash (put it outside) and replace toilet amenities if needed (basic amenities are available at front desk) ourselves. Drinking water dispensers are available on each floor. The toilet was not well maintained. Water was leaking and the hot water was unpredictable. During our stay, we were unable to reach their operator/front desk over the phone. They just wouldn't pick up the phone. We had to physically visit the front desk when we needed to contact them. Hotel location is convenient for us, as we mainly spend time in Chinatown.

My husband and I would like to commend Mai & Ivy on their polite, welcoming ways in the Club Lounge during our recent visit. Thank you both. Very enjoyable stay.

Not suitable for people who are vegetarian, as the hotel doesn't serve lot of veg options. And there are no vegetarian restaurant at a walkable distance. We took the executive room on the 20th floor, there was no view from the room. There was always same bad smell when we entered the room. They don't provide water bottles in the room as they are of plastic, you have to get water from water filter in the floor lobby, but they serve juices in breakfast in plastic cups, I don't know why. Overall didn't had a good experience

Great location, very accessible. Rooms are dated. The light in the toilet was blown. The bedside table plug point was broken and on our last day there we found a mouldy avocado under the bed. Staff was also not professional, while processing our check in, they allowed three other clients to cut in making us wait longer than required.

I have been visiting this hotel for the past 20 years because it is close to where I want to be in Singapore and I am sorry to write that this is going to be the last time unless I find out that it went through some major maintenance. Over all this time I haven't noticed any serious renovation and this shows by now. Frayed doors and woodwork, mold in the sink, ants and sloppy repairs with a personnel that tries to make do with whatever they have at hand. (Also, point of note, rooms are currently being cleaned every three days...) There are three star hotels that offer far greater accommodation level.

Good location but poor service and poor hygiene. 30/08/2023 22:30 First of all I love the location, the location is pretty good and very convenient. Besides the location, the service and the room is very so so. We got 3 people, 2 adults and 1 kid, the room only got 2 bath towels, my wife tried call to the help desk and request one more bath towel, the staff did not say yes to us immediately and response there are bath towels in the room, her tone like she don’t want to give us the extra bath towels. The hygiene was very poor and really needed to get improved. There are many little toilet flies in the bathroom, so many water mark on the wall and obviously seepage. The toilet bowl was not installed properly, I can feel it shaking when I sits on it. One of the day I tried to call the help desk again, I called more than 20 times but no one answer the call, I walked down to the front desk, the front desk lady walked out and chit chat with another staff. To be honest we are quite disappointed about the service and hygiene. Hope Furama team can take my feedback to improve the team and the hotel. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at Furama City Centre Hotel. Everything was good, bed was large (King Size), room and toilet was clean. Thank you for the wedding anniversary cake too. Breakfast was good and inclusive in our stay for 2 nights. For the price, it's really worth it and cannot expect too much.

It’s all about a dirty room that I had , there was like red spots on my bed covering. Also, the plumbing horrible there was leaking everywhere . No water inside the room The staff wasn’t helpful and their English was even acceptable. Location is perfect but the property was not the same as the other places in this area. I advice everyone not to go there find you much better options. Have a nice stay not the one I had .

Great location but the hotel is significantly outdated and poorly maintained. Stayed here for 5 nights. My first room was dirty had not been cleaned properly, not to mention the bathroom stunk of urine. The furniture and walls were stained and dirty and it’s evident the hotel isn’t maintained well. After complaining, I was moved to another room. Although the room was much better and with a great view, the bed sheets had several yellow stains on them and the linen was very tattered, including a towel that had a brown stain on it. Again, the furniture and walls are old and run-down. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it as a suitable hotel.

Went for a dinner reception at the Ballroom. My first attendance at a big dinner reception for about 400 persons post COVID-19 re opening. Both quality of food and service were very good. I was happy with the event. A good place to consider for a banquet.

Good location is the only saving grace of this place. My clothes got stolen when housekeeping came and they usually come when you are not around. On breakfast there was a tiny cockroach on out table on day 1. Overall a bad experience, I would recommend finding some other place in the same location.

Executive experience was made all the better because of Ivy. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about recommending places to visit. The rooms are at the stage where they feel a little dated. Breakfast is great each morning. Close to public transport and easy to get to from the airport.

Met Ivy and Ray at the executive club lounge their friendliness and service was awesome they managed to do a great job under pressure with the volume of people they had to cater for. The hotel staff were all very friendly and a nice touch of the fresh fruit platter was a nice surprise
