A
functional
hotel
meeting
the
Ibis
brand
-
simple,
good
quality
and
at
a
reasonable
price.
Front
desk
is
always
crowded
and
busy
but
luckily
as
a
LeClub
Accor
member,
the
experience
was
pleasant
and
got
attended
to
quickly.
Initially
had
a
room
with
a
faulty
air
conditioner,
but
the
front
desk
team
went
out
of
their
way
to
fix,
and
when
it
took
longer
than
expected
decided
to
upgrade
my
room
instead
to
ensure
I
could
go
to
rest
quickly!
Great
customer
experience
and
recovery!
Buffet
breakfast
experience
was
mixed
-
quality
and
variety
was
above
expectations
for
an
Ibis
hotel
-
but
was
extremely
busy
thua
hard
to
get
a
table,
many
dishes
were
empty
and
not
refilled,
and
even
plates
and
cutlery
were
at
times
not
available.
The
special
LeClub
corner
offering
members
free
drinks
throughout
the
day
was
a
nice
surprise
and
free
wifi
was
fast
and
stable,
which
was
a
blessing
for
my
multiple
devices
and
working
on
the
laptop.
Sound-proofing
isn't
a
strength
for
this
hotel,
especially
with
the
timber
flooring
in
the
rooms
-
so
make
sure
you
ask
for
a
room
that
is
situated
at
either
end
of
the
floor
to
avoid
too
much
traffic.
Room
size
is
adequate
for
single
travellers,
and
at
a
stretch
for
couples.
I
wouldn't
recommend
for
any
stays
for
more
than
2
people,
and
definitely
not
with
kids...
There
is
hardly
space
in
the
room
to
put
luggage,
and
definitely
not
much
space
to
move
around
the
room
-
thus
too
many
people
or
with
kids
would
definitely
find
this
limiting.
Rooms
with
"extra
benefits"
refers
to
higher
floor,
free
mini
bar
(4
cans
of
soft
drink
and
some
chocolates),
a
chair
with
soft
cushioning,
branded
mugs
and
a
capsule
espresso
machine
(but
then
still
using
creamers
which
degrades
the
coffee
quality)...
everything
else
is
the
same
as
a
standard
room
so
questionable
if
it's
worth
an
additional
$30-40
per
night?
