My
stay
in
this
hotel
with
my
family
was
generally
unpleasant.
This
hotel
is
a
catch
because
it
is
affordable
and
it
has
a
nice
location.
There
are
also
toiletries
provided.
However,
rooms
are
dim.
(My
family
occupied
Rooms
2-4,
2-12,
and
4-72)
Not
all
rooms
have
refrigerator,
not
all
have
smart
tv.
The
worst
part
of
our
stay
is
that
we
lost
an
item
in
the
room
to
a
room
service
chambermaid,
and
when
we
asked
for
help
from
an
old
lady
staff,
we
were
treated
rudely,
made
to
feel
that
the
blame
is
just
on
us.
Very
disappointing.
Here
is
the
take
of
my
partner
whose
item
was
lost
in
the
hotel
(posted
in
Agoda):
"To
management:
I
demand
that
you
investigate,
hold
accountable,
and
fire
your
staff.
1.
Cleaning
lady
(the
one
on
duty
last
July
14
in
the
afternoon)
was
very
CARELESS.
A
very
valuable
item
(a
small
sim
card)
was
lost
in
our
room.
I
placed
my
item
in
a
glass
cup.
Cleaning
lady
was
very
careless
when
she
threw
the
sim
card.
Not
only
is
the
cleaning
lady
careless,
she
was
also
very
sloppy.
Despite
the
"cleaning,"
several
items
of
trash
were
left
undisposed.
How
come
the
small
sim
was
disposed,
but
several
items
of
garbage
were
left
untouched
by
room
service?
2.
The
old
chinese
lady
(maybe
around
60s
or
early
70s
in
age;
on
duty
last
July
14
at
around
7:00
p.m.)
at
the
front
desk
was
very
rude.
She
even
had
the
audacity
to
raise
her
voice
at
me.
She
had
no
name
tag
and
she
even
refused
to
give
me
her
name
(talk
about
hospitality).
3.
This
lady
had
ZERO
proper
experience
in
properly
dealing
with
guests.
We
ended
up
arguing
and
until
the
very
end
she
refused
to
acknowledge
what
happened.
4.
Old
chinese
lady
was
very
dismissive
and
until
the
very
end
gaslighted
me.
She
was
very
defensive.
5.
Old
lady
REFUSED
my
request
to
put
my
complaint
in
writing.
She
was
very
unapologetic.
To
the
next
traveler/guest:
BEWARE.
Please
read
the
other
reviews.
The
comment
"RUDE"
has
already
appeared
in
more
than
10
different
reviews
already.
This
is
also
true
in
google
reviews
as
well."
-----
The
rude
old
lady
put
the
blame
on
us
for
"not
keeping
our
item
on
a
secure
place."
But
in
response
to
this,
my
partner
is
a
tourism
worker
and
when
he
encounters
similar
cases
with
guests
in
his
workplace,
he
and
his
co-workers
do
not
blame
the
guests
but
do
their
best
to
help
and
comfort
the
guests,
regardless
of
the
size
and
placement
of
an
item.
In
other
words,
the
old
lady
is
not
in
anyway
hospitable
to
be
in
a
hospitality
institution.
I
hope
the
hotel
management
will
be
mindful
of
the
negative
reviews
about
their
hotel
and
address
the
complaints
of
many
guests
who
got
disappointed
from
their
stay.
Moreover,
dear
guests,
please
bring
a
Singapore
outlet-compatible
adaptor
and
at
least
one
electrical
extension
for
your
charging
needs.
