Our home for several weeks. Conveniently located at Fort Canning between Clark Quay and Robertson Quay, and within walking distance to Plaza Singapura and Chinatown, the units at Park Avenue Clemenceau are spacious and have full home facilities including washer/dryer, full sized oven etc. There are also multiple restaurants & bars, a Cold Storage and Starbucks in the UE Square Mall below the apartment.

Room is old and needs to be renovated. Room is dirty without proper cleaning. The washing machine is noisy. The TV has only BBC channel. But the location is fabulous. Lots of restaurants at Robinson Quay which is 5 mins walk from here. Within 10 mins walk to Clarke Quay.

Stayed here for two weeks on Stay Home Notice so we could not leave the premises. Kitchen is good and you can have a rice cooker if you want too, but the limit is chop-sticks. Such weird eating instruments are not approved here so you must use fork and spoon. The three aircon units are very strong. In fact so strong that it is hard to moderate the temperature. Great if you want 20 degree indoors. Two negative points: The wifi is not the fastest. If you watch a film online it will hang at times. The water pressure is not very high so taking a shower takes a longer time. You might choose a bath instead. For some reason the bath water is really blue. Maybe straight from the pool?

Overall, a very good experience for my family. Had to make a last min booking and was fortunate enough to find Park Avenue. The sales manager (Peiwen) attended to me promptly, addressed all my concerns and handled my request professionally. The location is perfect too, the staffs are friendly. We will definitely come back again.

WiFi is spotty in some rooms, but the staff went out of their way to find a dedicated fix for me to work from home. Place is a bit old and needs a revamp but everything works and is better value than other options. Also terrific location, right next to Robertson Quay, 7-11 downstairs as well as a Cold Storage. Really a great spot and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Eddie the manager for always finding a way to accommodate asks.

Stayed with my parents and family for almost 4 months at Park Avenue Suites Clemenceau and have been very happy with the professional service and great service provided by Ms. Mui Leng and her team Xiu Na, Hasril & Wei Qiang. Also to Manjulah, Paramjit, Madelline from the lobby reception who have been helpful on several occasions, and Ms. Peiwen and Mr. Eddy for reservation-related enquiries. Had a great room view especially during night time. Location is very strategic as there are many restaurants (Gyu-kaku, Moc Quay, lots more) & cafes (Dutch Colony Coffee, Starbucks). 7-Eleven, Cold Storage & Guardian either downstairs or next door at UE Square mall. Would definitely considering PAS Clemenceau for our next trip to Singapore.

Stayed here for 12 days from mid to end Oct when back to spore from Aus for short vacation. Furniture was bit outdated but generally very clean, comfy and functional. Great Location, very convenient to get around to anywhere with straight buses running to the city in 5 min right in front of the service residence. Also very convenient with the fort canning mrt nearby. Lots of food options with nearby Clark Quay, Robertson Quay and Central all within walking distance, Nice lap pool which the kids enjoyed dipping in on a hot day, Hotel reception staff were also very warm , friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again๐Ÿ‘

Overall, the apartment was dirty and very worn out. Seemed like there was no quality check or control. We arrived in the evening and I wiped the surfaces myself. The tissue wiping the wardrobes, drawers and cabinet handles became yellow. The shower head was worn out with water coming in all directions. We got it replaced when reported to the staff. But very disappointing that it was not checked before we moved in. The oven buttons and washing machine buttons had stains around them. I wiped the washing machine buttons and surfaces myself. But I didnโ€™t use the oven and didnโ€™t wipe it so you can still see the stains there. Overall the apartment looks very old. Sofa had stains. Considering the above, we didnโ€™t sit on the sofa the whole month as we can never tell whether it is cleaned or not. The gym smelled mouldy. It is tiny. Swimming poor is closed for renovation. Washing machine was very noisy. It was replaced after we reported it. The temperature regulator of air con in the living room was out of order so if we switched it on, it would not stop even when the room became very cold even if we set the temperature to 30 degrees. It was fixed after we reported it. One evening there was power outage and we walked up the stairs from the ground floor to our room on the 9th floor. Wifi was slow and sometimes disconnected. Poor connection in the bedroom and bathroom. I gave it two stars rather than one because the location is great surrounded by lots of good quality restaurants, with a supermarket and 7-Eleven downstairs. The staff were polite and responded to our requests. It just seemed like they were not trained or no standards were given to them.

Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights in December 22 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience again. Our last stay was in July 22. The location of the property is excellent being close to Fort Canning MRT station, with 711 and supermarket being conveniently close. Getting a Grab taxi is easy to and from location. We should also mention housekeeping under Mui Leng, manager is again superb. Appreciate the diligence of Rosy and Trung in keeping our rooms tidy and well supplied. This property may be a bit old and in need of some upgrade, but is well located, well managed and good value.

We stayed in 2 bedroom deluxe apartment, the apartment was satisfactory, but the overall property is in need of renovation and updating. The location is excellent with the MRT, buses, shops and restaurants within a very short walk. The apartment was clean and well maintained during our stay, which is credit to the Housekeeping Manager Mui Leng and her well trained and efficient staff. The property is in need of renovation as it tired and well used, we believe the renovation will commence early in 2023. Mui Leng was very helpful in rectifying most of our issues during our stay. She was also able to provide us with information regarding, food courts, shopping locations, local scenic attractions and advice on how to get use the MRT and buses to get around Singapore very inexpensively. Fabulous week away We have just returned home from a weeks stay in a one bedroom apartment. We found the accommodation perfectly situated to explore the city. The MRT station was a short walk away as was a supermarket, 7eleven and coffee shops, including a Starbucks. The apartment had everything we needed, the washer/dryer came in very handy. I would like to make a special mention of the cleanliness of the room, it was immaculately clean, the supervisor Mui Leng and her staff, in particular Rosy do a fabulous job and were extremely helpful and friendly. The booking process was made very easy by Eddie Chan and Michelle Chong, they were also very helpful and responsive to my emails. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we were to return.

Very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, well located and good air conditioning. They also have baby beds of you need them.

Although functional, the choice of couch was not the one advertised, and far from functional. For the washer /dryer combination, the clothes never came out fully dry, the clothes had to be spread out in the apartment to complete drying,. Switch to hold the toast down on the toaster did not work had to jury rig in order to achieve or have the toaster functional Several members of the front desk were very very good. Others not so much. Never really got a good briefing on how the building worked. And what to watch for in order to make our stay easier.

2022 June, traveling to Singapore is so much easier in the new normal. This hotel used to be a quarantine hotel, and has now returned back to being a regular hotel. Maybe I should say a service apartment. Once arrived, take a lift to the 5th floor for check in. The front staffs are friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, lucky me! I can tell you is spacious like one's home, clean and well appointed. Also the bedrooms offer a stunning view of Clarke quay. Wifi is free, fast and steady. Air conditioning is very good. Staying here feels like a home away from home. Next door to the hotel is UE square, there is supermarket and pharmacy for your daily needs, plus convenience store and liquor store. Clarke quay is about a 20 min walk. The nearest MRT station is Fort Canning. Normally I wouldn't say this, but one of the strengths of this hotel is the excellent housekeeping team, led expertly by Ms Mui Leng. It's no wonder, as she brought her skills from the years she worked as an in-flight service manager. Giving good service becomes a habit for her. For this reason, it's fortunate if you are a long staying guest, your many needs for maintaining your apartment will be met.

Superb. Great location with 15 min walk to Orchard Road and 15 min walk the other way to Downtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning 3 times a week but you can request room to be cleaned. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom apartment. Good standard with fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Bedrooms are good size.

(Translated by Google) There is a convenience store coffee shop on the first floor, and it is convenient. It is good because it is near to Orchard Clarke in downtown. - It is convenient because it is good to take a walk because it is near a river and has a Korean staff. The pool was also clean and the room was not too old and I liked it. However, there is no bed guard for kids. I think it would be better for Ai Dong family if there were more supplies for kids. I have stayed with them for a year. The thing I like the most is location. It is 5 minutes walk from MRT station, and is very close to Clark Quay, Dhoby Ghaut, and Somerset. The thing I hope can be improved is breakfast (as they served the same breakfast all year) and gym (which can be better maintained). Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Stayed for few months. Great location, walking distance to fort conning mrt. Breakfast is average, repeated and getting worse in variety and always not enough as time goes by. Pool is clean and not many people which is good for a quiet swim. Amenity is quite limited, I asked for sewing kit and I was given a spool of thread with a big scissor. LOL.

I really enjoyed my stay at Park Avenue Clemenceau. I stayed at this hotel with two family members in a newly renovated two bedroom apartment. The hotel is currently being renovated. Renovations in the north wing are still ongoing. Renovations in the south wing, where we were staying, finished in december 2023. The renovations did not cause any noise pollution. The room itself was very spacious, although the bedroom with two beds was a little cramped. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Our room had a view of Fort Canning park and Singapore downtown, which was very pretty. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was still closed for renovations when we arrived, but it reopened about four days into our stay. The pool doesn't get any sun in the evenings, so it can get a little chilly around that time, but it was pretty decent for cooling off after a long day of exploring the city. There is also a gym, but its a little small, with no windows. The hotel starts on the fifth floor, and is accessible via an elevator. We had some trouble finding these elevators, as there was no signage at the time (but there is now!). Location wise, the hotel is located very centrally in Singapore. Pretty much all the tourist destinations can be easily reached by MRT. The nearest MRT station is right across the road. Beneath the hotel is a 7/11 that sells MRT cards and SIM cards, as well as a larger supermarket. A Thiong Bahru Bakery is within walking distance. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Park Avenue Clemenceau. If I'm ever in Singapore again, this hotel would be my first choice for accommodations.
