Located strategically near Little India MRT station. Can easily spot the hotel signboard far from Exit A and it takes only 5 minutes walk from the Exit A to the hotel. The hotel is apparently new. I personally think it's worth the price. Near to the hotel is the tekka centre (across busy street) where you could find variety of local food.

Good clean rooms. Quiet. Few restaurants around the hotel. Good for a short stay.

There is a reason this hotel is so cheap. The bed is full of bed bugs, my legs were covered in red rashes after staying here. Aircon leaked onto bed. The room safe was locked. Bathroom was in a sad state. Key card did not work, have to use a manual key (and the clerk forgot to give me the key, requiring me to go back to get it). Location was good though, close to Little India MRT.

The location is perfect. So close to Little India train station and bus stop, both forms of transport were so easy to use to get anywhere throughout Singapore. Plenty of food options around the hotel, including 7/11s and Western style food options. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious as was the hot snacks from the cinema across the road. Rooms are very small, but are cleaned daily and fresh towels and bottled water given. There is a small fridge in the room and coffee making facilities. You can purchase snacks and 2minute noodles from reception, but they also have free coffee and biscuits there too. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage safely for the day while we did a day trip, which helped us a lot. We booked an airport transfer through City Inn and this was easy and comfortable. The driver was friendly and gave us a great insight into Singapore and its history.

Great place to stay for a couple of days, don't expect too much as there is no breakfast but coffee, however the rooms are small but very clean. The Hotel is very easy to get too and from as it is near to the metro station Little India, I would go there anytime again.

A very basic budget hotel. Location is relatively good. 1 km to Mustafa. The prices are relatively low by Singapore's standards. Staff is friendly and attentive.Very small room, approx 120 sqft including bathroom. Somewhat clean but old fixtures, basic and old linen. WiFi is quite patchy. Two stars at best.

Clean, comfy small hotel. Strategic, Close to orchard road and little india. The room is quite small. Food restaurant are close, halal. So no worries for us. No complain so far but little bit suprise when see the bathroom is only separated by glass

I stayed for 4d3n with my brother last month, and everything was great! Value for money, you can find halal restaurant with good food under the hotel (ground level), location was allright (around 5 min walk to Little India MRT station Exit A), staffs are excellent and friendly. Would certainly stay here again if travelling to Singapore on a budget. (♥‿♥)

Our experience here wasn't that great as the room had lots of ants, the air conditioner was dripping and the shower curtains looked as though it was going mouldy. The room was spacious enough though it didn't look very clean. There were no shops close by open for breakfast as all the shops seemed to open at 10 so it was a bit inconvenient

No frills place. You get what you pay for. Just nice for one, you can barely get by with two. And that's the maximum. You need to ask for amenities such as dental kits and hairdryers from the front desk. The shower is not a separate room, just a glass separator. Overall, it is ok for what it's worth it.

Rooms are small but clean. It was a bit loud sometimes and the shower didn't have warm water (which wasn't fixed after we told the staff). The location is good and close to different public transport stops. All in all it's okay if you're looking for a budget friendly accommodation.

Has gone through renovation very recently.. so the rooms were clean and neat... All Good actually unlike the reviews posted... Overall very happy especially as it's very close to little India.

The place is very quiet and suited for the traveler family. Wifi was quite slow. I was not able to open and check my e-mail due to connectivity. Some staff were not accommodating. All other else was great!

Small room, pretty much had everything. Breakfast arrangement with a nearby hotel was good. We'll connected to the rest of Singapore by bus, taxi and MRT.

Staff were very happy to allow us to move to a room with a window after paying the difference. Unfortunately the room we were moved to had a broken flickering light that could not be turned off, broken showerhead and smelly drain whenever the tap ran. Staff were otherwise helpful and kind. The 24 hour check in was very useful and we were allowed to stow our bags after checking out for our late flight. Our stay was 10 nights in duration. The location is very good and hotel was about as nice as the pictures. Your only real gripe will be the lottery of rooms as usual.
