I never stay there but from the call experience, it was very rude. I don't know how loud the receiving end is and the person tells me "you are bursting my ear. What do you want" right of the bat. I have never thought for the start of the experience would be so bad. Anyway I got my answer. Was wondering if the hotel has any bathtub.

I honestly don't like small space, and this hotel is really small. I admit that the facilities inside the hotel's room are perfect and complete, but how can that be the toilet itself was connected with the bedroom without any wall to cover it? It's not good at all for the airing. It's only one window that could be opened and it's the small ones, I am disappointed. But, I can say that the staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out experience was not that bad.

Nice hotel not far from Bugis street, it was very modern looking with small but comfortable rooms, not a bad size for Singapore. Hotel staff were nice and helpful, the bed was lovely and comfortable which made a nice change to all the hard beds I slept on in Cambodia, room had a kettle and coffee and any toiletries you need you can just pick up at reception. Only negatives would be that the room didn't have a window and toilet was in the shower.

Hotel rooms are very small .but suitable if you are just want to sleep over . And rooms better suit for single person. I won't suggest this rooms for family. There is no separate toilet.closet is in the bedroom corner with one small.curtain.

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very small but had everything we needed for our trip that you would expect from a larger hotel. Also a good price for the hotel. The internet was a bit slow and for the first few nights our room was only replenished with complementary items for one person rather than 2. Other than the room there are no other facilities and no vegan breakfast option.

The hotel is pretty good. Room in which I stayed is good for single person. Hotel staff are very helpful. Ms Tan who is managing the hotel is very kind. She helped me to get my daily meal request and also took care that my meals are not repeated.

Good location. Good check in service but all other times the staffs aren't very friendly. Okay only breakfast. Nice bed. Very very very small room and you can easily hear people talking outside. Just want to note that I didn't feel very safe with this hotel. Once I arrived back to the hotel at 2am. I didn't need to scan my card to go into the hotel and there wasn't any staff attending (this doesn't worry me the most). The fact that i could see all the papers that look like the ones i wrote my check in details on (guest information and personal details) are placed only put at the reception within reach.

They have open toilet concept, you are literally sleeping beside the toilet bowl, so please ask for separate toilet or take the biggest room if you are not comfortable with their concept. Other than that, it is a good place to stay, in the middle of the town, many foods available and easy to get around.
