Unique place Self check in Very convinient for back packers Fridge Microwave oven Kettle Induction Rain shower head Samsung unit 2door wardrobe Shower n toilet Flat screen tv All d abv mentioned avail in the room itself. Kind of like a group point with seatings, tables, electrolux oven, microwave oven induction oven n etc So feels like home!!! 1st time here and im very sure we will be here more often henceforth!!!

no drinking water, and the room is not sound proof, we can hear the sounds from outside very clear. not suitable for a family (with children/infant) to stay here as there's no 24h staff and the room is small

No water when i checked in, no reception also, self service which made me doubt the safety and location not easily accesible. Walls were thin, toilet had unpleasant smell and kitchen was dirty. $90+ for a room like that? Not worth

Hi. We had a good stay at k suites. Few things they could improve are the fire false alarm was going off and on in the middle of night . The rooms are left.open by few occupants and they keep beeping all the time. The door for using the garbage bin needs some service . It makes lot of noise while opening and closing.

Affordable price but the location is far from bus stop or mrt. But i like the room because self service and like studio apartment. 👌👌

Good apartment for price. Cheaper than the others. Very good for short stay. Can cook light meals

This is a studio apartment in a sort of office building. It's very quirky and only a 15 minute walk into China town. Check in was easy just call the number given to you as you book online and they'll tell you which apartment you're in. Facilities in the room were also great! Only downside is the door into the apartment needs a little more soundproofing as corridor noise is very evident. Still had a great sleep and thought I got great value for money.

Sound proof is near zero with it’s Super thin wall and door. If u are a light sleeper or will easily get scare by sudden opening and closing of doors from ur neighbours do not stay there. Found leftover food and drinks inside the fridge from previous tenant and the microwave is beyond usable condition (mouldy and smelly like something died inside the microwave and no one bother to clean or check)

It's really so lousy and dissapointed.. Late night so noisy.. People screaming around, laugh, door slammed. Morning people screaming. This place I won't come back anymore.

DO NOT book this place, it's not as pictured or promised. It's more like a shady studio apartment. It's really small, the place is very dusty and the service is the worst that I have encountered. The staff who came to check on late check out was very unprofessional and was shouting at me. They were extremely rude. We were promised a late checkout, and told at the last minute (literally two hours before our check out time) that we had to pay extra 20 dollars, or had no late checkout. This was not agreed upon or even made aware to us when we booked the place. The bed was also dirty & unkempt. Do not book this place if you want to have a good stay. It was really bad experience. There is no room clean up or any type of room service for that matter. We were not provided with extra toilet rolls or tissue.
