You know when you've scoped well when a local eatery joint accepts your order when you speak in Thai and kind enough to whip you up a classic Thai Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว off-menu! Whilst in the UK, I was at first hesitant when stumbling across a Thai joint given the geographic. However, this totally exceeded my expectations! Especially considering it's off menu. A pretty yummy grub down, good flavor Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry and Tofu Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว. Not the most authentic without stir fried egg and no flat wide rice noodles but not that I was kinda anticipating anyways and it was great chow after all! Good menu with plenty of options for veggies, I'd definetely return to this place and is by far the best available grub in the area. We did get the Tom Ka Hed (Coconut Mushroom Soup) which was very sorry for itself and lacking any effort. Support local businesses!

The young male serving us was so polite, attentive and friendly, it was probably the highlight of our experience! Service was fast and efficient, everything clean and tidy. The food was very slightly disappointing, it seemed a bit toned down for the western palette. It was ok overall, served hot and the portion size was generous, prices also very reasonable. The atmosphere was lacking though, it was too bright and airy.

I visited with my girlfriends a group of 5. We had a table in the front room. A few other couples in the same room. Small room for large conversation so could hear all conversations. Starters were delicious. Delivered on two plates. My main was incredible. The vegetarian dishes that my two friends had said the vegetables were harder than usual. We did not have dessert. Parking is next door to the building and free parking after 6pm. In the centre of Wymondham. Steps into the main building unsure about wheelchair.

Lovely early birthday evening meal that was the perfect end to a Spa day at Park Farm Hotel. Friendly staff and great tasting dishes.

The company was excellent, and I really had a lovely meal. There was only one couple who was eating and our party, so the atmosphere was just us, lol. Having said that, we had an excellent time.

The food at Sathudee is just incredible. It is consistently good, which I find you don't get that often. I know a few people have mentioned that it is expensive, however what I will say is that you pay for the quality of the food, in which we are happy paying for knowing that everytime the food will be amazing.

We rang through for a takeaway and collected within 10 minutes. Very polite and prompt service. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and value for money. The vegetable tempura in particular was delicious! This was our first time and we will be coming back time and time again.

Another wonderful meal from the SathuDee Thai Restaurant - usually we have a takeaway for big family occasions, but last night had a meal with my wife in the restaurant, lovely ambiance, staff were brilliant and the food as delicious as always - can you rate this restaurant highly enough

We use the take away offered by Sathu Dee. It is amazing! It's the best take away food in the area without a doubt. Everything is so tasty, piping hot and packaged perfectly for transporting home. Thank you so much.

We came in off the street and managed to get squeezed in. Staff were warm and friendly, responding very well to our coeliac dietary requirements. The team had great recommendations for food which was delicious. Never had a bad meal here. Looking forward to going again soon.

Our first visit but won't be our last. Wonderful authentic Thai food and of course matching beer, my new favourite short is Mekong whisky. Ordered shared starter platter followed by Salt & Pepper prawns and pineapple rice. Staff were great, attentive and friendly. See you again soon.

I've been here a number of times because you can rely on SathuDee for quality authentic Thai food. The restaurant is often busy because it's popular with the locals so it is worth booking if you can. Staff are friendly and helpful and accommodating to dietary requirements like vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Highly recommend.

What a lovely restaurant! Great service from kind and attentive staff, delicious food. Calm and friendly atmosphere. We are really delighted to have found such a treasure.

First and last meal here. At the very beginning of the meal they managed to spill a whole pint of dark beer over my girlfriend that is all over her top and jeans. No offer or towels were brought for her their only concern was cleaning the spill from the floor. Obviously thought a little discount would be offered as she had to sit through the whole meal soaking wet and then had to return home rather than going on to see friends, but no. Irritated by their demeanor and general attitude I disputed the bill and it's lack of discount to be accused of spilling the beer myself just to add insult to injury. Appalling treatment, they should hold their heads in shame.

Food is exceptional, however; service we received not so great. Arrived at the restaurant and they hadn't written our reservation down, and wasn't expecting us - despite calling earlier in the day! Granted they accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. Drinks and starters were brought to the table promptly.. But taking away plates , very slow - this happened on every course. Mains - food super excellent , cannot say a bad thing. However service slow, our food was brought out in dribs and drabs probably about 5 minutes before we had everything on the table! Then at the end of our meal asked for the bill and the left overs (decent portions) to be boxed up , so we could take home... This took about 15 minutes and the plates , food were still sitting in front of us! The bill was brought over and then the plates were put of the bar ledge and left for about 15 minutes and they hadn't even boxed it up, so we left the money in the bill and just walked out and left it. They werent even short staffed, if service was more on the ball and attentive it would of been 5 stars! The food saved them!!!!

If you like authentic Thai cuisine, this is the place in Wymondham to go. Excellent food, really friendly service and reasonable prices. The mixed start for two is superb. Highly recommended.
