    The young lady named Hope that helped me is amazing. Whole staff is great! but hope is always so friendly and kind, never fails to make my day!!! :)

    The drive thru lineup is consistently long and slow. Since the Lake Street location has closed this location has way too much traffic now. Do better Starbucks 👎

    The service has deteriorated since this summer. My last three experiences was incredibly disappointing. Yesterday morning as well around 10 am. I ordered two venti dark roast with cream. The guy came in after me ordered 4 fancy drinks got served first and I waited 20 minutes for two coffees. No coasters I burnt my hands to my car. I had to almost yell at the red headed cashier that I was first in line in priority sequence with two simple drinks. Each time I go to get two coffees it takes forever to get served even with four people behind the cash. It’s unfortunate I am never going back to this place. Hire new people.

    Bad attitude from from one male staff in there today. Must be stressed. Five people max but four of us in there and no one in the washroom despite his rant. Corrected him then left. Won't be back. Miserable sod. Ensure you staff are all covering your full mouth and noses with masks as one other liked to keep his off his nose before and make excuses. Don't hit your head on the way out.

    Large location with nice renovations and interior decor. Friendly staff and ample seating area. Washrooms are very clean. Drive-thru available as well.

    New, clean, spacious location. After chatting with baristas and managers at this and the Fairview location, I'm starting to get the sense that there is someone in a leadership role (district manager?) that must be a bit of a taskmaster. Just a sense I have been getting reading between the lines from some staff comments and interactions.

    Come to this location all of the time. Today they took my order, one they did not have what I wanted (super common item) after they gave me the wrong size, forgot another item. No desire to apologize, nothing. All drive thru has to do is listen and push buttons, it is not hard, pay attention! Not to mention NONE of the drinks were stirred

    Music is way too loud. ☹️ Would be nice to have a conversation without having to raise your voice. Forget about reading or studying. A lot of Starbucks are turning up the volume we’ve noticed over the years. Staff seem to really enjoy it though. Maybe trying to discourage hanging out? Customer turnover makes the bucks I guess. Had to leave. So disappointing.

    There were only 5 good tables by the window there,, and their staff occupied 3 of them the whole morning while other customers having hard time finding a good table to sit down enjoy their coffee. It's quite terrible and careless to the customers. I hope they will make some changes in the future. For now I won't be back there for a while.

    The manager and the employee set up a meeting in the middle of the Starbucks and had a very loud and personal conversation that no one needed to hear. Frankly, this was rude as I, and other customers, were seated here trying to do work at our respective tables. I had headphones on with music but I was still able to hear their conversation. They were very loud, almost arguing. For a place that cares about the customer experience, this decision was ignorant. The drink I ordered also took 10 minutes which was a little annoying but completely fair.

    The “always out of breath” brunette female manager made the experience of getting a nice drink really spoiled. She has a bad attitude. She seems to take the easy way out of situations not realizing it affects her quality of work. Horrible customer service.. you can tell who enjoys their job and who plans on quitting in the next couple of months.

    Was very disappointed with this experience . The baristas working were very rude and gave attitude when asked questions . The quality of the drinks were horrible and weren’t made probably. Won’t go back anytime soon.

    Went through the drive thru for a drink recently. There was an issue with the debit machine and the barista let us have our drinks for free. The barista kinda gave us a rushed and unhappy vibe, not the end of the world, maybe she was having a bad day. I’ve worked for Starbucks before however and attitude is a big part of the service provided. 😬 Drinks were great!

    Terrible drinks and service. They’ve never properly made our drinks and never have anything in stock. Spent 50$ on drinks for me and my sisters and they all tasted like water down coffee… we ordered chocolate chip fraps no coffee…. Disgusted. Will never be going back to this location!!

    Ordered two days in a row on mobile app! Picked up order within 5 mins. Store is fairly new and super clean. However, employees working there did not look happy. Not a hello or thanks. Its as if they did not want to be there. Its too bad! Maybe their management is just as bad as their revamped loyalty program! 🤣

    Worst location in St Catharines, just go to the Lake one. Always out of white mocha and other items when our family goes. If I'm going to spend $7 on a coffee I want exactly what I came in for

    This is for a gentleman that was working the drive-thru window today just before 10am. I ordered breakfast for someone else and my dog's first pupichino. When he handing me the drink, a cold java something, I was distracted by my dog having his first pupichino and BEING DISTRACTED, I grabbed the drink by the lid and squeezed it to grip it. I SQUEEZED the plastic lid of a heavy drink and it fell into my lap and seat. He seemed very sorry but IT WAS MY FAULT. As I waited for it to be remade, thank you, I was cleaning out the drivers side and he came out to see if I was ok. So sweet. Point of this is to let him know that sometimes customers do stupid things. It was not his fault, I was distracted and stupid. The whole team was great this morning. From being asked how I was when I ordered to having everything brought out to me as I cleaned my Jeep. Again, please let him know that he was great and sometimes customers are just stupid. He seemed to feel so bad and all actions that caused the the drink to spilll in my lap were done by me.

    The staff here are just an absolute delight. I visited in the early morning (like 6 am) with my mum and toddler. The staff were kind to him and didn't flinch when we spilled some hot chocolate. I really appreciated their warmth and humor.

    This is the worst location in my experience. My boyfriend and I literally call it "the bad Starbucks". We try to avoid this location as much as possible but it's so close to our house sometimes we go for convenience. Every time we do go there's a mistake with our order, and we order VERY simple drinks. I even ordered a cold brew last time I went and it was water... no flavour. The staff are young and are very nice, but they have no idea what they're doing. I think management needs to work a little harder to train their employees.

    This Starbucks is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The food and drink is a tad on the pricy side. Most people who come are students who work here with a nice cup of coffee. This has a very nice working environment. I would recommend this place to why student or person who wants a good coffee / Latte.

    I’ve had great experiences at this Starbucks. The baristas are very talented and always super friendly and helpful with drink suggestions and the service is very fast. Every drink is always delicious. The store manager is excellent! He is very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me purchase Venti tumblrs that I had been wanting for a long time. I highly recommended this location, it’s my favourite Starbucks !

    The woman working the cash at 3pm yesterday with no uniform thinks she's the covid police. I witnessed her making the guests in front of me feel uncomfortable that they didn't have their vaccine papers on them to provide to her. I won't be getting coffee at this location again.

    My office and I order from this starbucks almost daily on the Food delivery app. Lately everytime it’s come there has been something wrong. For instance I’ve asked for no egg numerous time on a sandwich and they keep putting egg (not that big of a deal). However, this past time I’ve ordered my co worker got a PSL with skim milk and the milk was rotten and curdled. It seems they haven’t been double checking their orders.

    Terrible service. I custom my drink. The worker didn’t care about my drink. Just put anything they want. The drink is terrible. Workers are very rude. It was on December 8. At 11:30.

    Horrible customer service took them 20 minutes to make two drinks and grab 2 cake pops. Also made my drink completely wrong and with health issues that was kind of important. Never going back lol.
