First time being here. First order came out wrong. Then they made them again. I got charged extra for mushrooms. Do you see them in this photo? Also, where is all the toppings? I mean I see a couple green peppers? Also, I couldn't even taste the dressing. Almost $20 and I get a much better steak sub at Mr. Sub and can see my toppings and it tastes 10x better. This was the WORST over priced sub I've ever had. I can't believe you actually get away with this. Trust me folks, go somewhere else. I'm sure they'll just "tell the owner" and do nothing else to rectify the issue. I feel robbed of my money and let's be honest, the pictures say it all. It looks nothing even close to what you advertise in your pictures, cause I can see all the toppings on that one. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.

I just had a hot and sweet meatball sub this afternoon and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and Hitath ( I hope I spelled the name right) was very friendly. I can’t believe how good my son was.

Pricey but tasty. Seems you have to have a cell phone and WiFi to get a drink. Free WiFi was available however it was not working the day of. Thankfully had a data plan. Love the interior look. Lots of free parking available.

Probably my favourite sub chain. Full of items every-time I go, it’s well worth the price. One star off since they were out of a few things, and forgot a few toppings on mine and my boyfriends subs. They also had to charge us separately for the combos, since they didn’t hear us the first time when we were ordering that that’s what we wanted. May have been an off day though. Still was super good, and we’ll come back again.

One of the few restaurants on Fourth Ave open after 9pm on a Friday. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. We had a medium New York Steamer & med Meatball Sub, served as is, no extras. Buns were perfectly toasted & both subs were out of this world. Seating area was clean & comfortable. Happy to have stopped here!

The subs are a cut above for a chain. Some of the more expensive are just too expensive for a takeout in my opinion. I'd highly recommend the pizza-meatball sub, one of the best I've ever had. The dine-in atmosphere is a bit loud and chaotic if it's busy.

Usually pretty good, for a chain. Unfortunately, I had brown lettuce on my sub during my last two visits…huge turn off.

This was my first time ever eating at a firehouse subs, and i will never go back to subway after my experience here. The service from the staff was unlike any other fast food place i’ve ever been to. Even though ut was almost closing time and they were busy doing their tasks, the staff came over to check on how the food was and that meant a lot. They were so attentive to detail and I absolutely love the taste and fresh quality of the food. I also love that they have coca-cola freestyle and (their cookies are better than subway.) Not to mention the portions are huge on a large, i usually eat a whole subway sandwich and don’t feel satisfied but here half of the sub is like eating 1.5 foot longs, incredible portions and quality. I will be back and ordering many more times in the future.

I have always got the steak sub and my friend Jen got the club on a sub. The pictures are to show how little cheese is on both of them. Jen actually called to complained about not having any cheese, and was told they checked the cameras and they put cheese on both subs. So when Jen brought the subs back to the store and when she opened the containers they had to point out the cheese on the subs. We have purchased the steak sub probably 5 times and was wonderful with plenty of cheese. It’s the second time for the club on a sub, again wonderful. For almost $20 for a sub it should have cheese and consistent. Truly disappointed
