Wonderful workers and excellent customer service! The food here was fresh and great as well! Keep up the great work!

Way too expensive and the taste was not good at all. Also it lacked cheese. I had the classic roast beef with fries and a root beer which cost more than $16. Unless she ripped me off, I don't know but way way way too expensive! And every bite I took, I'm thinking, where's the cheese where is the cheese and finally there was a teeny little bit in the center. I even asked her for extra cheese, obviously I didn't get any. Back in the day we used to go to Arby's quite often and it was delicious. Why we stopped going I don't recall but obviously something stopped us because it's been at least two decades since we've been there. Probably more like three decades. Anyways, I do not recommend Arby's at all, at least this location. I will not be returning...ever!

Ringing the bell every time! In approx 15 years this Arby's has only given me incorrect order once and they made it up to me my mailing a coupon. 😃 The remodeling inside a few years ago made it look modern, clean, spacious, and neat.

Clean and modern dining area with booths, sanitizer on every table, Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce in the pumps for unlimited enjoyment, self serve pops with free refills with tons of selection. Clean washrooms. Baby change table (that’s a big deal for me). And a TV with CP24 to watch while eating a fresh and delicious beef n cheddar with Curly fries.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in quite a few years. However, decided to go there and grab some food with the family and all I can say is WOW! The girls there were so nice and friendly! I was really quite impressed as I haven’t encountered people this kind no matter what fast food place I’m at. The food was amazing and great portion!

Asked for fresh fries and they decided to recook stale fries instead of cooking new fries so they can cut costs... thinking no one would notice... it's super obvious they are too crispy. Fresh fries from Arbys are soft.

Brisket Sandwich & curly fries were delicious. Coming back for other steak sandwiches loaded curly fries next time. Totally meat lover's paradise!

I used to work here. The owners are very nice people and the manager is a wonderful person. The kitchen is very clean. I highly recommend eating here. The food is great and always fresh and delicious.

Really disappointed in our order today. The Jr. Ham and Swiss burgers had hardly any ham on them. This is my son’s favourite menu item and he noticed the skimpy portion right away. Also, our curly fries were mostly overcooked hard pieces instead of nice spirals of potato. I’m seriously thinking I may not go back.

Was passing by this location and decided to stop for dinner and my experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Due to a little mishap while ordering, the manager offered a discount on the entire order and gave me a couple extra chicken fingers. I wish I lived closer to this location because I would go there frequently. Great food and great customer service is hard to find nowadays!

With the new renovations it has that old American Restaurant feeling again beautifully done in a very clean atmosphere . You even get your tray delivery to your booth super friendly staff . Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Bring your cable charger you can also charge your phone at the table. Food is made a hot to order also worth the wait....very good.

I have always loved Arby's 😋 I grew up going to this one. I haven't been here in years and the new renovations are nice. The staff members were nice too. We accidentally spilt a drink and they were super nice about it and clean it up fright away. The food is good, same as I remember it. I bought the classic beef and cheese and it was just as good as I remember it. It brought back alot of memories from when I was little lol ....I WILL be back. 😋

Great services. Drive thru person was friendly and understood the order. I didn't have to repeat myself which Is a bonus. Food was good like always.

That was some of the best fast food I've ever had in the cleanest place I've ever seen. I forgot how good Arby's was and whoever runs this place had it spotless. It had that nostalgia from a time where people cared about their restaurants. Staff were quick and it doesn't smell like grease in there. I can't believe we're letting Arby's keep shrinking until there won't be any left, we NEED TO BE BETTER PEOPLE. There was definitely a smear campaign done by McDonald's at some point, they have nothing on this place. I can't believe how full I got with not a lot of money. The curly fries with horsy sauce and Arby's sauce?! OMFG. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Stopped in here tonight with my partner and we were absolutely stunned at how clean the entire place was. The staff were organized and worked efficiently. We even saw young man employee stop and pickup a single small fry that was dropped on the lobby floor. It was nice to see a franchise actually care and be so clean throughout. From the great service we saw tonight it's clear that this place has a great management team. Mcdonalds could learn a few lessons from you guys. We are now big supporters of Arby's....see you again soon.

We visited on Sept. 12,2023 at 5:11 pm . Ordered 1 Gyro Greek Meal with Curly Fries and one Gyro Greek with a drink. The Gyros were excellent but the curly fries were disgusting. They were overcooked and most of them were little pieces. The person that served this should have seen it. Attaching Pictures

I don't go to Arby's very often and do not know why. The food choices are extensive. I've had the best mozzarella sticks i had in a long time. Cripsy, cheesy, perfection. We got a couple of different sandwiches and tried each. Brisket was my favorite. My partner loved the turkey club. New renovated and updated inside. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even brought our food to our table.

Gotta love Arby's. There should be more of them in Toronto. This location is great and the service is outstanding.

It has been a long time since I had Arby's lol and it was just a good as I remember. Lots of nice juicy roast beef on a toasted sesame bun, don't forget the extra Arby's sauce and curly fries. Mmmm was so yummy.

Late June 2023, sunny Sunday lunch. The curly fries are over cooked while roasted beef double is good as usual. Good place and people around, staff , clients, me included.🤠

Nice and friendly staff, clean but classic interior, food is warm and ready, and the drinks don’t actually taste like toilet water (which is a rare sight for most fast food restaurant.

They changed their menu on the register it is now more expensive for a bacon cheese deluxe. By the time they add the price of a tomato, cheese sauce and whatever what used to be $9 is now 12. I may not go back

Haven't been to Arby's in probably 25 years! Went the other day, and it was really good! Really liked the seasoning in the curly fries and the fish sandwich was awesome!! I'll definitely be going back to try more stuff on the menu!

There aren't many Arby's around anymore so when I see one, it catches my eye. I don't have high expectations, but the last time I had Arby's in Orillia, it was very good so I pulled in here during work and the staff were top level and quick. I decided to try the "double Montreal" sandwich and it was honestly very good. The bread was nice, good deli mustard, and the meat was virtually the same as a traditional deli. This is definitly a good location.

Forgot part of my order, doesn't deny it, and hassle at back at the drive thru, half hearted apology, training day.....everyone has a first day. then offer up a free french fry, to go with my cold sandwich's that they forgot, perfect. No offer of a refund, or hey, why not remake the order properly, I have to drive all the way back to the Arby's for the forgottten food, mine sitting getting cold while I drive all the way back after the retrieval.....lot's of other places to eat, skip this dish

Friendly fast and efficient service! Haven't been to Arby's in years. Had the cheese roast beef one time and the Rueben another time... Fresh and great tasting

Had two interactions with the manager supervisor on duty and both were very disappointing in that he was so angry and rude. Arby's has a policy we will make it right if it's not.well you'll have to get the attitude with that from him and the argument

Always amazing! They're curly fries are the best fast food fries you can get. And the half pound beef and cheddar is sure to satisfy even the biggest appetite

Such a nice treat since its IMPOSSIBLE to find a Arby's. Staff was SUPER accommodating, when asked if they could makes us a Super. It's a sandwich that is no longer on their menu but they still have the capabilities of making it. So we really appreciated that they did that for us. Thank you to the staff.

We decided to eat in today. We were very impressed that there is hand sanitizer at each table. Our sandwiches were very good. French fries could have been a little bit hotter. Gravy was bland. Everything was extremely clean. Staff is very friendly.

Arby’s is always one of my favorite fast food chains. Their roast beef sandwich is always so good and I feel it is a bit so called healthier than burgers or fried chicken. The best part is that when you sign up online you will get a free gyro sandwich for now.... when you buy a drink. Not bad isn’t it? This is on the way out when we left Niagara for Toronto. Thanks!

Exceptional service and attitude and, of course, amazing food! Everything came out hot and made according to order. The only complaint I have is small - the wait time was a bit long. There was only one car in front of me, but it took at least 5 minutes to receive my order. Worth the wait, though! If you are in a big hurry I may suggest passing, but if you have some time and want hot, tasty food, definitely stop here!
