Service was great except for half the staff being recently laid off. Spinach dip was great. My barbecue pulled pork sandwich was dry and tough. I definitely recommend a side of gravy for your fries though!

Steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and the beers ice cold. Fried pickles for appetizer were awesome. Staff was very friendly. We were there on a Wednesday night. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Stayed at nearby hotel so this was close. I will be back the next time we stay. *UPDATE - we came back Monday Nov 6. Bumped up to 5 star. Service was amazing. Moved over to the Bar area to watch the hockey game after dinner.

Just wanted to drop a few lines about the amazing experience we had at Montana's, all thanks to Danielle. First off, Danielle's service was top-notch! Super friendly and just the right amount of attentive. She checked in on us at the perfect moments, making sure everything was to our liking without being overbearing. And the food? Oh, it was fantastic! Everything was cooked to perfection and came out just right. Honestly, it's experiences like this that keep us coming back. Major kudos to Danielle for making our dining experience so enjoyable! If you're heading to Montana's, definitely hope you get Danielle as your server. You're in for a treat! 🌟🍽️👍

Went there for the first time with my family in July as we were looking for patio dining close to where we had been touring. Thanks to Google and the many positive reviews, we decided to come here. We showed up before 5 pm and were able to secure one of the more private tables near the entrance. We received excellent service by Chloe our hostess and Julia our server was professional, fun and so memorable! Jennifer who served the table next to ours was also friendly and fun. We ordered the 9 ribs combo with a baked potato, beans and corn bread and it was all delicious! I couldn't decide on which sauce for our ribs and as a result, Julia offered to give us a sample of each one which I thought was so thoughtful of her! Our daughter had the kids' ribs and baked potato combo. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and we felt perfectly comfortable there. Thanks to the fabulous staff and the delicious foods, Montana's has become a new Canadian favourite of ours. I had a chance to speak with Michelle, the manager, before we left the restaurant to let her know how impressed I had been with our first time experience there. Thank you for the excellent service... We will return!!

The food was unreal and our waitress, Belinda, was incredible! The atmosphere was beautiful. We went at 3pm on a Tuesday, pretty quiet and food come out within 10 minutes. I wouldn’t expect that, but that was really impressive. I can name very few experiences I’ve had as good as the one we had there. Highly recommend!

Ordered through Uber eats and it was really good! The ribs were delish, the spin dip was so tasty (could’ve used more dip tho, especially cause we got extra pita) and the poutine was also really good!

Went to this Montanas Friday as it was across from out Hotel and we had just had a delicious meal at our local Montanas. We ordered the exact meal we had locally as it was AMAZING well big mistake! My partner ordered a 10 oz steak (which was not 10 oz). The food was ice cold. The waiter when questioned about the steak remarked he and his manager had verified it was 10 oz but did offer to bring a new one or only charge for a 7oz. At this time he had eaten half so we offered the latter. We id recieve a free appitizer and 15% off which was nice but wouldnt have been required if they would have given us athe right meal and hot.

Wish I could give no stars, me and my husband used to come here every other week but we wont be returning anymore. The server we had last night told us some horrible stories about how the employees are treated here out front and behind the scenes.. if you run or manage a business you shouldn't be bullying or stirring the pot about the very people that work to keep your establishment going. We were told that you can potentially get fired or your hours cut if you don't promote a menu item enough, how expendable the people who make the food are treated as here, and some tidbits about how favoritism is enforced here towards certain employees. It is abominable! If my husband and I could take back all our money we gave to this restaurant we would.

Becky service was amazing she was super nice! The food was amazing!! We try the ribs, kids menu, the brisket burger and a sandwich! A must come back to try the booze drinks!

Visited for lunch and experienced continuous inconvenience as we were directed away from the window booth to a corner booth due to our baby needing a high chair. They cited fire regulations as the reason, which seemed puzzling since it implies they can't accommodate families during busy times. This left me disappointed, despite their excellent food.

Disappointing! Ordered a rare steak and received very well done. Ordered baked beans and got gravy...actual gravy. The beverage was correct. Expensive food, especially considering our takeout order required two trips to get the order correct. Adequate food, not anything special. As you will notice, Montana's responded...asking for more information. I responded to them and they didn't follow up in any way...no call, no apology...radio silence. I wonder why they asked.

Fun family place to eat while on vacation with great food. We sat out on the patio on a beautiful late-July evening. Pulled pork sandwiches and hamburgers were fantastic! My wife really enjoyed her chicken apple pecan salad. Great assortment of beers. Our waitress was fantastic, too! Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Dinner was outstanding! I had the buttermilk chicken, which was piping hot and delicious. Service was fantastic and we received extra-special care because we had a birthday girl in our group. Highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!

Came in for a family dinner nearing the end of the night. We had the pleasure of having Julia S. Serve us and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the deals and answered all of our questions. Food was great and she was very attentive to our requests and very pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again after the service we received. She deserves a 5 star review and maybe a raise for her outstanding performance

My food was amazing. I had the lobster Mac with the spinach dip and routine for my daughter husband had the brisket sandwich and loaded potato. Our food was way better then what we ordered at the keg the other day. Super flavourful and tasted fresh and good.

As amazing as the atmosphere was at the restaurant, I must say that our waiter, Liz, made our dinner 100% better. We were all heading home from a long day and Liz made us laugh uncontrollably, was so attentive to our needs (one of us has an extensive allergy list), and made sure our food came out as quickly as possible. Our water glasses were never empty and she kept checking up on us, maybe she could tell we had a long day. Honestly, probably the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Thank you for all your care and kindness, Liz!

Ordered two Momma's Lemonade online for takeout today. When i take it, the lady at bar do notify me one of the lids is replaced by tin foil and i need to be careful. I understand the embarrassing of find the lack of lid. I tried my best and find my clothes wet by drink on the half way home. I move them to a plastic bag so that i can hold them more tightly. Then i surprisingly find it has no extera fix handle at all. Only a sticker label as usual. Just one！What？ Will two or three extra sticker destory the woods？

Brought the wife and the baby (2 year old), had an awesome time. Everyone enjoyed the Christmas music softly playing in the background while we had a beautiful dinner. Our waitress Abby was great, guided us through the menu, she was also very attentive and observant kept our drinks filled while making sure we were having a pleasant time.

Excellent place to eat, especially at the back facing the Highway over pass. The food is amazing and so are the waitress. Just loved her personality.

Very pleased with service.. very fast .. food was awesome.. our server Belinda was very friendly.. I told her I was pleased with the service and the food... came to time to pay and my husband gave her cash to pay.. saying keep $10 for a tip...guessing she mistook that.. we gave her $100 .. Bill was $67 and change . We were waiting for her to bring back the change. So we asked her where the change was and she said ..oh I thought you told me to keep the change! She was good... but certainly not giving a $33 tip on a $67 bill! She apologized and gave us our whole change and my husband then gave her a $10 tip... .. Hope next time waitress doesn't muck up! Oh and we both had the $24 steak.. my husband said it wasn't really enough for him so next time he will get the bigger one! All in all.. it was very good 👍

I've been to this Montana's three or four times, once with my brother when he did a huge favour and drove me to Albany New York to pick up a car, and a couple of times with my wife. We've NEVER been disappointed!! NOT once!! Just called them and they have "all you can eat ribs" EVERY DAY ALL SUMMER LONG!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT!! Just need to find a spare two or three hours.

Went for dinner sat at the bar Chris was my server and she did a phenomenal job! She was very attentive , patient , understanding of my struggles with English and just over all a great server! The food was also amazing , I got the rib and wings plate and I couldn’t be happier with it, ribs were fall of bone, cooked perfectly , I highly recommend Chris and Montana’s , will be returning!

Went there for lunch on 05/20/23. Not busy during that time which was fine. Was there with my son, daughter and her bf. Service was absolutely fantastic complete with my inquiries of which was handled with such grace. Upon drink taking in the beginning, I inquired if the tap water was the finest and came with a certificate of authentication. The young lady promptly went into the back and had written one up for me, however when she came back the note was not certified, so back she went to apply a Montana's sticker to the back which gave me that confidence that it was ok to consume. Next when the meal came (I ordered fish and chips) and again I had some questions about the fish. I asked if the fish had any family, when it was caught and the packaging process and so forth. Had a certificate drawn up for fish certification complete with a Montana's sticker on the back. The young lady had a fantastic sense of humour for my idiotic questions and handled them accordingly. My family was somewhat embarrassed but it was all in good fun (at least to me). Next time your at Montana's, ask for the fish certification young lady. If your lucky, you'll get to hear it all.

Awesome food as always, very good and generous portions, and their ribs are very good. My parents and my sister had a rare steak and it was perfectly done, service was also quite good. One side note, they are a very good restaurant if you have intolerances or allergies, as they are quite careful with those things.

Ribs were tender, saucy, and yummy. Honestly though, our server Kennedy is what makes this a 5 star review. She was laughing along with our table the whole time and it made for a personable experience!

Restaurant had very good service from the hostess on arrival to the server. This place was clean and the food was exceptional. We had several in our party and each person was pleased with their food.

Everytime we go to Montana's the food is awesome. We always seem to get the same server though. Doesn't matter what day or time, it's always the same poor girl who is running around taking care of everyone. She is a terrific server though. Montanas really lucked out with her. Even though she had a few people to serve she made sure everyone was taken care of. I think her name was Bolynda or something like that. Our food came out in a timely manner and hot. Prices were good.

Food was okay. They give small portions of fries as seen in photo. Taco Tuesday deal is five dollar per taco.

Servers are friendly. The food however was mind blowing. Every person in my party of four absolutely loved their meal. The first bite of each meal was followed by everyone being stunned at how absolutely delicious everything was. From chicken Caesar salads, shrimp, ribs, chicken trio, southwest wrap, buttermilk chicken. Every bite was 6/5. Absolutely amazing dinner. One person even ordered another meal to take home after tasting the first few bites.

Absolutely LOVED our experience here so much, we came back a second time just 24 hours later. The food was delicious, and our server, Jen, was amazing!!! We're only in town for a couple more days, but we loved it enough that we may make it back one more time before we leave! Food was pretty good, however my appetizer was kinda cold and I was told 20 minutes for the wait and it was almost 45 minutes meaning I was standing there trying to entertain my toddler well waiting for our food. Overall I would definitely go again as I know we are all adjusting to the new normal and usually the food is amazing !

We were sat by an incredibly friendly hostess. Jen was a very good server who provided fast service.. The food was delicious. My mom and I will be back very soon for more cotton candy sangrias :)

The server did as best of a job as she could. We went there with 2 kids, 2 adults. It took her 20 minutes to get to our table because nobody told her we were there. 30 more minutes before our food was out, and we ordered right away. My food wasn't even delivered, 2 other dishes were wrong. We were given choices like baked or fried pita for the spinach dip and then were given nacho chips anyways. And then when the bill came we were charged for the food that was never delivered. They need to up their service game. Especially on a Saturday night.

Went to Montana's for half price wings. Was a great experience with my family. Our waitress Jennifer was very knowledgeable to help with menu. She treated my grand daughter as if she was her own and made our experience great. Will definitely be back!

We went here a couple of nights ago for my son's birthday. They were extremely busy, but the lady working in our section, Jen, did such an amazing job of making sure my son had an amazing birthday experience. It seemed like she was also working as the bartender, as well as organizing take-out orders, and yet she still provided us with tremendous service! Even thought they were super busy, she also made sure she was able to wrangle up a couple of her co-workers to come and sing happy birthday to my little guy, which made his experience even better. The food was also delicious, but Jen definitely deserves a ton of recognition for how well she took care of us!

Service was great 👍 ordered the Burrito Bowl- good portion for the price and delicious would order again ! Also ordered house salad as a starter -was disappointed in it Was basically lettuce 1 slice cucumber, croutons , sprinkle of carrot and chopped tomatoes (not worth the $6.99) Lastly ordered the donuts, have had before, didn't disappoint 😋 . Have some left over for later !! Forgot to get pictures of main and dessert before started eating but did get pic of salad. Besides the salad was very happy . $30 to $50 avg per person

Always a pleasure coming here! I always know the food (and drinks) will be great and staff are always so friendly and fun. Try the cotton candy sangria if you get the chance!

We have been here numerous times and Jesse the server is always amazing. Attentive to his tables and patrons and good hearted laughs. Food and drink quality is always good as well.
