People are friendly, location clean, coffee Luke warm...maybe I got it at the end of its life. Normally Starbucks is brilliant. Which is why I love it so much :)

This is my new favourite location because they make your drinks like they're going to drink them themselves.... epically! OMG! The Caramel Brulee Latte here was the yummiest piece of heaven in the world! This is the only location I'm going to ever.

Staff were friendly, atmosphere was ok and beverages were good. Placed my order and unless I checked I wouldn’t have known it was ready.

Efficient staff, nice location, good coffee experience. Would happily return.

The quality of coffee in all these locations has dropped massively, am convinced they are literally cutting it with dirt to save money, gotta maximize profits for them shareholders. Stop buying this garbage coffee outta pure habit ppl, we need to make them poor so they fix the taste.

Such friendly staff, great service! They always go the extra mile! Plus they never ever make you feel bad when you order that super “extra” drink (they never seem annoyed, they’re excited!). Last but certainly not least they make delivery orders extra special with the care they put into them!

My friend mobile ordered Starbucks to the wrong Starbucks, and realized this once we went to the Vansickle location. We asked if we could have the order changed to the Vansickle location and the baristas said yes. After she agreed, we could clearly tell that the baristas were talking about the situation and gossiping. We waited for over 15 minutes for 2 drinks, and they didn’t even make 1 out of the 2 drinks. After I asked politely how much longer this would take, one of the workers who was not doing anything to help behind the counter interjected by saying that “they are going as fast as they can” in a rude manner. I then left without a drink after standing there for 20 minutes for not purpose. Honestly, terrible customer customer service and work ethic. Won’t be going back to this location.

The staff needs to be retrained on making drinks. This is my second time ordering from this place and my espresso drinks tasted burnt.

I've been in Starbucks in a pinch from my regular coffee stops. I kinda feel like I'm treated like an alien here. It's kinda like you have to be in the click or you are snubbed for not knowing what Starbucks is all about. The look of having three heads when asking what do you have which resembles a standard tasting coffee. I steer away from here, not clicky enough for them

I love this place!!!! The lady here always writes cute notes on my orders and it really just makes my day, I go out of my way just to come to this starbucks :))

Water added to a cold brew because I asked for no ice. Couldn't fill the cup up either. Will never go back to this location. I drink black coffee, it really isn't hard.

I recently ordered from this Starbucks via Uber , even though I requested for utensils they never provide them. I was not given a straw in the last three orders of mine. I mean did they abandon the straws completely?

The strawberry and cream frap change is 3 stars at best. Idk what they did but the extra syrup is unnecessary.

Was super happy I wasn’t able to get caffeine so they offered to make my favourite drink caffeine free and also filled my water bottle for free! Really made my day<3
