The receptionists are very rude and not very patient, seems like they are annoyed with you every time you call or even go in. Waiting time is terrible and even scheduled appointments take forever. I was waiting about 2hrs for my scheduled appt and the appt itself only last 5mins.

Great service. New walk-in clinic hours. Keep in mind that you have to be their patient to use the clinic.

The woman that answers the phone e for Dr. O . Is rude and ignorant. When trying to explain something she says oh my God. Make a appointment. She should be fired. So ignorant. She hung up when I told her was rude . I will look in reporting the way patients are treated. And miss treated

Dr. Lynette, He's not a great doctor. Don't get me wrong, I'm no doctor or anything but my experience with him as a patient for many years has been God awful. He doesn't care about health or fixing issues, the only time he is willing to help is a situation he knows the resolution to and can solve it in one visit. I went to him many times for pain issues which he sent for an xray, confirmed swelling or pain sources, then blamed it on arthritis and sent me on my way despite me telling him I'm in so much pain it impedes my quality of life..... He didn't care one bit. Another time I had extreme swelling, pain, and started leaking white blood cells and he told me it's a chronic condition and gave me some water pills.... That's great and all but once the water pills ran out, the symptoms returned again (shockingly) which he just gave me more water pills.... I eventually went to another doctor about this and he was very concerned, told me this can be a sign of something very serious and had sent me for further tests...I could go on for days about how this doctor just doesn't care about his patients or their health and wellbeing but I'm sure you get the idea.... Avoid him if you can... He's a QUACK 🦆🦆🦆

Pretty disappointed with the receptionist, was left on hold for 49 min when I was the second caller in line, then after waiting for so long someone eventually picked up and was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all! Please train your staff better or get out of this profession because customer service is clearly not for you!

Hit or miss with receptionists, some super sweet, others not so much -though this is a common issue with most doctors offices I’ve been to so don’t let it deter you-. Doctor Lynett was Amazing. Super friendly, professional, and informative. As long as you come on time for an appointment you will not have to wait long at all!

Making people sit in their cars to wait for an hour or more is disgusting! Even more disgusting when it’s as hot as it is. You should be ashamed and will be reported by many people after today!

We've been patients of this medical office since Dr. O and Dr. VR arrived. Dr. O. has been, without doubt, the best doctor we have ever had and that's been a number over the years and in different cities. The best part of this practice is that they hold walk-in clinics for their patients both mornings and afternoons, mainly before and after regularly scheduled appointments, which I think is a huge bonus for patients. As a doctor, Dr. O. is patient, he listens, he advises, offers choices for remedies, if needed, and always seems to be on top of the latest medical news. We trust him, as well as his medical knowledge, implicitly. He also has a great sense of humour and knows when to put one at ease. If you are able to be accepted by these doctors, you are very fortunate and can look forward to the best of care. I took one star off, as some of the receptionists can be quite curt with patients. I'm of an age when professionalism was highly valued at the receptionists' desks, as that's what sets the tone for the business and, despite it being a medical office, it is still a business. I've also overheard them discussing a patient's condition, which I thought very unprofessional. If it was loud enough for me to hear, then others would have heard the same. Overall, despite the aforementioned paragraph, this is an extremely good medical practice.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! I've been seeing Dr Child for about 18 years and he has been a good doctor me me and now my husband too. The staff have always been polite and efficient. I also like that they have walk-in clinic hours.

This is a very caring office and i feel privileged to be a part of it. Dr. Van Rensburg never makes me feel rushed and always seems to really care. Having seen the other drs as well and always have same experience. Very lucky to be a patient here. From the moment you register all staff only show their most positive sides. Thank you👍

Dr O is absolutely the best Dr you will EVER find. You are blessed if you are his patient. He LISTENS. He is always In a good mood which really helps because as patients, we are having a bad day. For people complaining about receptionists when u call: Do yourself a favor and sign up on line and you book appts on the web. Slick system. Thank u Dr O. I know i speak for many.

It would be nic eif you could get to see him. During Covid he did phone calls,because he had to keep up hie ohip payments. Whenyou can't get in to see him, now that covid is a norm, he won't have anything to do with you. Thanks Doc.

It’s a medical office. So lots of people needing attention. Staff deal with it well, as do the doctors given the workloads. No complaints here.

Have had good experiences with all the doctors at Tremont over the years. Dr. Child has been my doctor since he started at a clinic over 20 years ago. Can't think of going anywhere else. Waiting can be long at times, but that is everywhere now.

Medical shouldn't be privatized. Shouldn't call yourself a clinic if you can't help people. Only clinic open at 7am and not willing to help.

Being new to the area, I called to inquire if this office was taking on any new patients. The first time I called the receptionist asked "Can you hold please?" and without allowing me to answer I was placed on hold...fine, but after 7 minutes on hold I finally hung up and called back...only with the exact same thing to happen all over again. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold this time. I've worked as a receptionist before and that wait time is RIDICULOUS and very unprofessional!!! Hire more staff if you're that busy.

Dr VanRensburg has always been very patient and caring with me especially when I have so many medical issues. He and the staff try to get me in the room has quickly has possible and he see to my issues has fast has possible. And I have seen the other Drs. In the walk in clinic and they are the same way .It is the best clinic ,with best staff I could ask for Thank you all.

I love this place. Been going there for about 10 years. I'm writing this review due to a previous review about waiting in the car. It started during covid when there was 30 people waiting and they couldn't safely distance us in the waiting room. Now it's my favourite part. You don't even have to stay. I tell them I'm going shopping and to call me and they will call you about 15 mins before your appointment to get back. Who actually likes sitting in the waiting room bored? I can't believe she's mad about that lol And the walk in clinic is only available for patients. Which is also great because if you can't get an appointment with your own doctor, you see another doctor at the walk in clinic who has access to all your files so no needing to explain anything. I'm so grateful to be a part of this office. I've never once had a rude encounter with reception and I have to see my doctor every single month. So I've been calling once a month for 10 years and never had a rude response from them. Even doctors who aren't mine, but know me from the walk in clinic wave when they see me in the office. They're all so friendly. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I have been oth Dr v since 2010. He is the best doctor I've ever had. I feel blessed to have him the receptionist are always cordial and yes they are busy and sometimes you wait on hold a little longer because they have other people they have to deal with . The walk in is for clients of the clinic only and they can't accept more patents if they are already full. Not sure why everyone thinks they are the only person with problems in the world. Not everything is about you people
