Worst Dr I have ever seen was her patient and she fired my family after almost killing me with bad medical treatment. When I was released from hospital after a heart attack brought on by her not looking after me giving me wrong medications. She wrote in the letter she was too sick to care for all my illnesses. So she couldn't take care of my husband or daughter either.

After not having a family Doctor for the past 12 years and being spoiled by a doctor who was wonderful, I was referred to Dr. Hurmatov by a reputable source. I can't say enough wonderful things about her or her staff. Dr. Hurmatov is patient, compassionate, thorough in her diagnosis getting to the source of the problem and accommodating with appointments. She is very easy to open up to and talk to. I have once again found a wonderful family doctor. Thank you Dr. Hurmatov

THESE PEOPLE ARE CONDESCENDING and judgemental. they embarrass you while other patients are in the room. terrible fake people.

Terribly unprofessional staff, utterly incompetent. The person who answers the phone is very rude. He needs training in customer service. I don't understand how the doctor tolerates such an operation. Clearly prioritize making money over patient welfare.

I have been going to see Dr. Hurmatov for the last 3 years and she has solved every issue I’ve had. She listens intently and proposes solutions that work. I am lucky that now my son has her as his doctor as well. She was able to identify his eczema immediately when others missed it. She treats my family with care and respect and thinks about solutions even after you leave her office. I feel very well taken care of and I am so grateful. In addition the office is ran like a well oiled machine. I always get an appointment right away when I have a serious concern and I never wait longer than 3 minutes in the waiting room.

Nothing but good experiences so far. I don’t really understand what the negative stars are about. Dr. Hurmatov seems patient and listens to me and my wife. So far medical treatments have been effective and swiftly recognized. Edit: 5 months later still very happy with Dr. Hurmatov :)

Most caring , dedicated and kind doctor. Utmost understanding, compassionate and empathetic caring person that goes above and beyond and out of her way to help. I love this clinic and so does my dad, mom and grandma. Awesome folks.

I have never seen anything like this before! I came on time for my appointment at 8:05 am, my appointment was at 8:10 am and was turned away because "apparently I had to bring my filled out patient form" in advance so the front receptionist could scan it. 4 page documet!! I was not given any heads up about bringing patient form in advance. The receptionist was very very rude. He turned me away saying that I was late when I was on time !!!Right before I entered the building the doctor Hormatova sneaked away so the receptionist could send me and my husband away for no reason. I took my time off work to be there and it was just a waste of time. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Horrible Experience. Will never ever go there again. I came in for first appointment on time and got rejected because they made up something about bringing my patient form that is 4 pages in advance so they could scan it. The receptionist is very rude and treats people poorly. Please find a better place for your self, don't go here because you'll regret.

If there would be 0 stars to put, that would be my review. Came to the first appointment 8:05am with my wife my appointment was 8:00am and my wife 8:10am. Was expecting to get the screening together with my wife, since we were coming together anyways. Was greeted with rude attitude and told that I was the one making a huge problem for them because I had to come early to scan the documents, 4 page documents for each of us needed to be scanned. The front desk administrator is very rude and I don't think you should waste your time like I did, unfortunately. Don't make the same mistakes and find yourself a better more proffesional practice that will treat and serve you proffesionaly.

Always a good experience here. Dr Hurmatov is very professional, caring, and thorough. I find her to be very diligent in assessing my physical health issues. I appreciate that she is respectful of my personal decisions regarding treatment options for mental health issues. Two thumbs up from me!

The best indicator of being a good doctor is doctor's patients. Dr. Hurmatov is very busy but I've never have been waiting long. Appointments are always in time, no waiting time. Receptionist always returns my calls fast. Tetyana is knowledgeable and experienced, caring and good listener. She loves her job and it's obvious. Always get best service, advices and results.

Dr. Humatov and her office, it's been about four years since she became my family doctor. She is incredibly patient, passionate, and knowledgeable. She listens to you very patiently and does her best with her knowledge for your well-being. Her staff is very polite, respectful, and considerate. We need more people like them around. You would be lucky if she could take you in as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Humatov and her office.

Very rude customer service, the front receptionist, who is a husband of Dr. Hormatova, does not know basic customer service skills, he is disrespectful to the clients. I was treated very poorly and I will never come back!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hurmatov for few years, I have gone through many health issues, and Dr. Hurmatov was always there to help and guide through tough times. She is beyond compassionate as a doctor and mostly as a human being. She spares no time or effort to make sure you are well and taken care of. I am not in any position to judge other health provider, but they really can learn a thing or two about empathy and kindess from Dr. Hurmatov.

Just started seeing her last year after not having a family doctor for a long time. She's been great ever since I started seeing her. Helpful, informative and easy to talk to about any health/mental issues.

Sorry to say but the experience I had in a clinic was horrible. The front office staff ( Dr Hurmatov's husband ) should be working at a butcher shop rather than in health care. He is very very rude, has no compassion, sympathy or kindness towards patients. I couldn't ask him any questions. His disrespectful language and inappropriate comments are really bad. I don't understand why the doctor allowed that kind of behavior. I would never go back to this clinic again.

The doctor is fine. But the staff answering the phone ( her husband ) is not professional, does not correspond to medical institution. This guy is such a ignorant and I don't like his tone and the way how he's talking to me. I had a bladder infection, I called the clinic on Monday to see the doctor because I need an antibiotic. He told me I can come on Friday. Really ???? You want me wait so many days in pain and discomfort ???? This happened so many times before, every time when I need to see the doctor as soon as possible he's telling me to wait 4 or 5 days because the doctor is busy. I have no choice just go to the walk-in clinic insted.

Dr. Hurmatov is highly knowledgeable and caring doctor. Office receptionist is always trying his best to find the closest appointment time as possible. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I and my family have been patients of Dr Hurmatov for few years.

Has always been a great doctor with great staff in the past.
