After seeing Dr. Naqvi since 2015, covid hit, then I ended up in the hospital with surgery..... When my medication was close to running out, I tried to make an appointment and was told because it's been over a year, I was no longer a patient. I was told to get a referral, which I did, only to have my referral declined. I've been on medication for over 10 years, that I no longer have access to. I have forms from odsp to be filled out by a medical professional that knows me, and my rent depends on this, and I can't get an appointment. How can you decline a patient you've seen for over 6 years?! Our mental health system is seriously broken! Turning away a long time patient who needs your help is disgraceful! Did we forget the oath to do no harm?

Best psychiatrist ever! Dr. Naqvi really goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is smart, kind, thorough and his expertise is much appreciated and valuable to me. His staff is top-notch and they also go above and beyond the call of duty - they call you the day before you have an appointment to remind you, which goes a long way for me. You are able to do walk-ins from Monday to Thursday from 9am-3pm which is a wonderful option to have. The waiting room is comfortable and offers plenty of entertainment and valuable resources to browse over whilst waiting to be seen by the Dr. I highly recommend his practice and dedication to mental health care. Five out of five stars (even though I have waited over 2hours to be seen after my scheduled appointment - the wait is well worth it).

Love Dr Naqvi! He is a very kind and thorough doctor. I love the office staff. The ladies are wonderful and I appreciate all they do. For those who have said the staff is rude, please consider what they have to deal with and endure on a daily basis. I've been at his office when patients were screaming, swearing, threatening the staff and other patients. Those ladies have their hands full with disruptive clients and a very busy phone.

Dr. NAQVI Is an extraordinary genius highly professional in the discipline of Psychiatry and Mental well-being of all the patients under his care.I think he's Second to none. His Secretary, Jackie is highly professional too and well educated gentle girl. I found her very caring and patient to everyone she's encountered with. I'm lucky I am under their care.

Dr. Naqvi is the best. When I was unwell, another doctor in the hospital was quick to discharge me from his practice. Dr. Naqvi is always available for me. He doesn't give up on me and has found a regimen of meds that really help. Even if I have to walk in to see him, he is always so kind. He has the best staff! I love those ladies. Yes, it's a busy practice and you might have to wait. But it's worth it to see someone who cares!!!

Waited 8 months to see him and was called the day of my appointment to reschedule. Show up to the new appointment, waited an hour only to be told he was called to he hospital. Two days of lost wages. Zero confidence... how can I trust someone with my most confidential thoughts when they can't even keep an appointment.

I have been calling this place nonstop for 2 hours straight trying to reschedule my appointment so that I don't lose my referral spot. It feels like they are wilfully and knowingly not answering the phone at this point, as there is no way the line has been busy for 2 whole hours straight. The receptionists should NOT be ignoring phone calls, this is a mental health facility and it feels like gross negligence at this point.

You will be waiting for over an hour (probably more) for an appointment that lasts two minutes… Secretaries are rude, and if you don’t want to wait two hours they bill you $50. Bad experience. Wish there were other options.

I decided to see one of their counsellors there, this is someone I knew and trusted, she cancelled 5 apts after my first one and has never spoken to me since. This lady knew I needed help and still need help talking to someone but now I can’t trust going there to see anyone. I don’t even trust seeing the dr anymore which is making me rethink my medications and even taking them. Sorry sue but you really made a bad impact on me and why I’m there. Do not trust counsellors there I know for sure she’s not exactly qualified for it i more than likely have more of an education to do that than she does. Whatever you say to her isn’t staying with her. It’s unfortunate because some people (me) need proper help and she makes a big joke of it As for Naqvi he’s been good to me but she is his number 1 so anything said to her is more than likely said to everyone there!!!

Amazing doctor. Ive been seeing him for 6 years now and still the amazing doctor hes always been throughout those 6 years. I have not one complaint except for his fluctuations with his office hours and hes not very good with fixing prescriptions he forgot or made a mistake on because he doesn't get to faxing the corrected prescription until the following day 99% of the time which is a pain having to return back to the pharmacy to pick the rest of your script up the very next day especially when you have no transportation to get there. But other than very minor things like that he is still an amazing person and is the kind of person you would want as your psychiatrist.

Do not come here unless you know exactly what you need. Failed simple instruction given by the hospital to my younger schizophrenic brother to take his pills. Instead told him it was an optional pill to help him sleep. A simple Google of the medication name could have told him otherwise. Do not come here unless you need a Tylenol.

Doctor naqvi is the best but his secretaries do not answer the phone 100 calls to book an appointment without a response is a bit much shouldn’t be hard to make an appointment with your doctor unless they’re just ignoring me who knows

He is a great doctor, probably why he's always running late.

I have been seeing him for 5 years. He is absolutely a great doctor. Just like any specialist he is busy and sometimes behind. but its worth it to see him..

If I could give less than one star I would. 2 days of calling and no answer from the receptionist. Over an hour of wait time for your all of 2 minute appointment when able to get in. And he barely listens for all of those few minutes, past do you need more pills or does the dose need to go up or down.

They don't respond to calls/messages and apparently only want easy patients who don't have any actual, real issues. I heard good things about them but tossing people with severe mental health issues aside for no good reason is absolutely disgusting for a psychiatrist's office. Everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves for failing the people that need them most.

😠 This clinic used to be nice and quiet, but since the new doctors came last month, it has changed into a fast food restaurant. They took advantage of the good review score earned from the past doctor, and cared about money more than their patients. They told me I can't do both the immunization form f...

😠 Sorry to say but the experience I had on 6th June 6.30pm was horrible. The front office staff should be working at a butcher shop rather than in health care. 😠 Horrible experience here today. Brought my toddler in with a rash, after waiting a doctors assistant came in to see us, she asked a few questions, didn’t take his temp until I mentioned it, or look in his ears at all. She barely looked at the rash and said it looked like the eczema he has always had...
