This place is amazing!! The owner Ian provided incredible service and delicious food. He made us feel right at home and we had such a great time eating here. I’ve been searching for the best jerk chicken in Niagara and this is it! Perfect amount of heat, meat fell right off the bones, and we loved the coleslaw. No other place I’ve tried compares. Also highly recommend the Rasta pasta and burgers. The creme brûlée was so smooth and creamy, a perfect way to end off the meal. We can’t wait to be back!

Awesome little gem in St.Catherine’s. Glad we made the stop to grab some lunch. Ian is super friendly and his food was amazing, lots of flavours, diverse options, huge portions! Definitely recommend their jerk pork, oxtail and homemade pepper/hot sauce. We will definitely be back and when that time comes, I’ll be sure to load up a few bottles/containers of it!

Recently I had the avocado toast and poached eggs at the 7mile Bistro. It was superb! Delicious and beautifully served. The sprouts not only made it look so pretty but added a nice fresh taste. I have had avocado toast at two other restaurants in the city and neither have come close to competing with Chef Ian’s creativity. You gotta try it!

We enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and we had a fun chat with the proprietor. We'll be going back again. I had a curry goat roti with salad and my wife had a BLT with fries.

My family and I visited 7 Mile Bistro while out of town for one of our kid's tournaments. We have done so now twice because my children remembered the experience and the food. Both times were fantastic! Though my kids have Jamaican in their blood, they are still Canadian and were between 4 and 10 when we visited. The restaurant accommodated both times great assortments of kid friendly meals including chicken wings and fries that my kids are still talking about now a week later. My wife is not a meat eater, and the chef went off menu to make her a curried chick pea dish which she was delighted with. We sought this place out again after our first visit and were very happy with our second visit. Can't wait to return on another out of town trip.

Ian is so friendly and made my experience here with my friend so fun. The food is delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Definetly worth visting.

I'm sorry I have to be the bearer of bad review. But I was extremely excited to try this place out. But due to weather I decided I would order delivery from here. I ordered the goat roti and ceasar salad. Well both weren't what was expected. Goat roti in description stated boneless goat in curry. I figured it was rare to get boneless goat but I was excited for it. Nope!! There were bones in it. Small ones as well as a massive bone in it. (See picture). So that was the first surprise. Then came the ceasar salad. I opened the box and to my surprise there was zero ceasar dressing. Lettuce, croutons and bacon but no dressing in it or even on the side. I felt completely dissatisfied with my order buy was still hungry so I ate the roti carefully. Food wasn't that tasteful as expected either. I am willing to give this place a second try but as of right now. 2 stars till my next attempt. As there are many great reviews and I'm hoping this is one off situation.

Such a great place. The food is outstanding!!! Ian is so friendly and personable and will cook off the menu ( with availability!) And live music to boot!!

One of the best restaurant experiences in my life. The chef is a magician. The way he makes the food with lots of passion really reflects the taste and presentation of the food. They have numbers of items people might try other places but if they try the same menu here their experiences will be changed. The chef is very accommodating, smiling and make it feels like home. I recommend everyone to give a try here .

I had a great experience, I had their jerk pork wrap. It was huge and the slow cooked pork was buttery soft and extremely flavourful, very excited to try the oxtail and goat meals. We had a small mistake during an order and they instantly rectified it above and beyond, they refunded me and also provided a complimentary meal right away for the confusion. They are very helpful and their customer service is very refreshing, they are very confident in their food and service and I can see why. My family and I will definitely be trying all of there offerings and you should too. Don’t be scared about it being to spicy it is not. Thank you Maurice for the great meal and service..

My husband and I went here craving some authentic Caribbean cuisine and it was absolutely delicious. We had the oxtail dinner and the Jamaican Jerk chicken dinner. Yum! Very attentive and friendly crew there which was much appreciated. Definitely worth a try if you want food made with love.

Came here to celebrate a birthday, and the chef was whipping through orders in the kitchen with no stress. Authentic and yummy food with good portions and reasonable prices. Wait, staff was also very efficient in making sure we had what we need. With a smile! I'm definitely going back!

I took my friend for lunch for her birthday, and it was the best lunch we’ve had in a long time! The food was delicious and Ian’s service was wonderful. The dessert he made was incredibly tasty. Such a warm, friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!

I have been missing Jamaica!! So when my niece suggested 7 mile, we took her for her birthday!! I'm so happy we did, the food was really yummy and service was great! Corey even made a surprise cheesecake for my niece and we sang Happy Birthday to her!! They were having issues with the music and a fan would have been nice as it was so warm but overall still very pleased! If I lived in town I'd come weekly!!

In the last year my family and I have grown to love this cute little restaurant and the man behind it all Ian. Absolutely love the food, the atmosphere and the care put into each and every meal. But unfortunately Ian is no longer running the restaurant. Thank you for all the memories Ian and for becoming part of our chosen family! Hope your next advent treats you better.

A group of us had a memorable birthday celebration dinner at 7 Miles Bistro last Friday. The experience was memorable. The food was so delicious and well prepared. The service was exceptionally great. Ian, the owner of this restaurant is amazing. He is gracious and fun and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place. Every single dish we ordered are phenomenal. Definitely we are going back.

We had such a great time. Beers and desserts this time, but the dinner menu looks great and reasonably priced so we will be back to try more of their delicious food soon! The music and service gave off an awesome energy! The fried cheesecake and chocolate bread pudding was so delicious but so big, we couldn’t even finish them. We would definitely recommend checking this hidden treasure out!!

The food was great! We were served tons of great and fresh food for not to expensive prices, the servers were nice and friendly, and we had constant free refills for our drinks. The staff was very talkative and the head chef even gifted us a free bottle of hot sauce. Overall, great place, heavily recommended anyone looking for a good breakfast to come here.

This was date night last night. Such amazing food! Oxtail pouting, sweet and spicy jerk wings and the best part of the meal, jerk chicken bruchetta with the creaminess of hello goodness that is goat cheese. Not forgotten is Chef Ian and the fun and laughs we had!
