Very disappointing. I lost my daughter's prescription for iron supplement so they didn't give the copy of original medicine they prescribed but prescribed the one they earlier told me that it was of no use. That's ridiculous. How can you treat a child like that? There's something called as human error. And just because we lost prescription they asked us to give the same medicine which they themselves said was useless. I am never visiting this doctor ever again...

Absolutely awful reception , who don't seem to care. They Never pick up the calls from the patients .. and guess what? They actually moved out from this place, but didn't bother to inform the patients at all! Even the reception adjacent- Remedy Rx are responsive at least , through whom we came to know where Brar's office moved to.

If I could give this clinic a 0 star review I would. Dr. Brar is by far the rudest doctor I've met. He's condescending and treats you like you're incompetent when you're only going to him for help, as he's being paid to do. I will never bring my child there again, and I've let everyone I know so that they never have to experience the mistreatment from a so called "professional".

Worst experience ever. Took 3 months to get an appointment, they rescheduled the day before, now I am outside the office and it is closed. Called and got a message it is closed until August 2nd. No one called to reschedule. This is SO unprofessional on so many levels. Disgusted

My child has been going to this office since he’s been born and I would highly recommend this place. When i had my son I was new to st. Catherine’s and they took me on as a new patient right away. At first i was sceptical about Dr. Brar’s way with children but soon came to realize that he is very good at what he does. They always call days before my appointments to remind me and I never have to wait long. The office is always clean and never packed. They are very understanding when it comes to booking. When i do have to call in it is hard to get through but that’s the least of my problems because if it’s an emergency it’s recommended to go elsewhere anyways

If I could give less than a single star I would. I was told my daughters records at 2 years old would be $200.00 to obtain. A medical note cost me $50.00 and it was $5.00 for vaccine records. Keep in mind this is all to be paid ONLY by cash & no receipt is given. Dr Brar also turned to my oldest daughter who was 3.5 when I brought my youngest in for her vaccines and asked if she was ready for her needles with the needle intended for her sister in hand. Not professional at all.

Dr Brar is great! Helpful but straight to the point, he's busy!! My only complaint is they never answer the phones, it's impossible to get through. But the receptionist is always busy setting up patients so I get it... Definitely book any vaccine Apts when leaving your current one!

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!!!! I have literally tried to call the office 33 times and they haven’t answered at all! Also, Every time I go for my schedule appointment I’m always waiting an hour or two just to get into see the doctor it’s ridiculous this is awful healthcare services especially when you have a child that wants to go, go, go all the time and they have to sit there and wait for hours on end just for the doctor to say “oh everything looks good, bye”.

I was in highschool when I had my first two children and he was excellent and supportive, non judgemental. The only issue I had with him was that he was confused why I was so upset with internal examinations but a nurse pointed out to him that I've likely experienced trauma in the past.

Cannot tell you loud enough to steer clear. He would only speak with my husband and completely ignored me when I asked questions. Dismissed anything that was asked. The office itself I felt was subpar as far as cleanliness. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your little ones.

The doctor is good with my son but the receptionist never answers the phone and one of them is very snarky but the other receptionist is nice so you have a 50/50 chance of having a good experience.

Calling this dr since Monday morning. They won't call back, click you away. It's a joke. Terrible service. Don't care how busy he is, we need a simple puffer refill and simply cant get one because we are not getting a call back for the last FIVE days.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I brought my son to Dr. Brar for a circumcision, he did not properly apply the freezing causing my son to feel the entire procedure screaming so hard the whole time he could barely breathe. We then spent the rest of the day in St. Catharines Emerg as my son was inconsolable from what he was put through and had to make sure he was okay. The nurses and doctor that saw him and all agreed with us that there’s no way the freezing was done properly. Dr. Brar dismissed everything we had to say to him about what was done to our son and clearly couldn’t care less about patients as long as he gets his $300.

When I first came to the office, I was wondering why this doctor had such bad reviews because the office seemed okay to me. However my opinion quickly changed after he tried to test how well my baby can sit up (who is almost 5 months old and cannot sit up yet as he just started rolling over) right at the edge of the table without putting his hands in front of him to support him in case he falls, and he was standing at least a foot or 2 away from the table which is more than enough room for my baby to slip right through and land right on the floor and possibly die from the impact, if not that then definitely seriously injured. And on top of that when I immediately put my hands in front of my baby he tried to move my hands and say it’s ok. I do not feel safe with bringing my baby to this doctor and I am definitely going switch to another one.

Keep your children away from this man!! I took my son here for a circumcision. He strapped him down with what looked like nylon fabric so tight there were indents in his legs (basically a tourniquet). He then froze him but didn’t wait long enough for the freezing to take effect so my son felt the ENTIRE procedure. He screamed, held his breath, and was choking he was in so much pain. After it was done and we tried to calm him, we got rushed out of the room with my son half dressed to wait in the waiting room because “the next procedure needed to be done in here.” After that my son was inconsolable and when we questioned the doctor he said “some babies cry.” Once we got home my son wouldn’t take a bottle he was so upset and was still hysterical. We spent the rest of the day in the ER where the doctors prescribed more pain medication and agreed with us that the freezing never took effect. Please keep your children away from this monster.

I had missed a call reminding me of my son's appointment. My daughter's is scheduled right after but no confirmation for hers. It turns out I need to reschedule anyways, but I have been trying to call for 3 days and no one has answered, there is no way to leave a message and the line has a busy tone during office hours (I haven't heard a busy tone in over a decade, but have heard it about 10 times today). I saw someone else post on here they were charged for missing an appointment. If I get charged for missing mine that I have been trying to reschedule for three days I will not be paying. This doctor gives me a bad vibe and after reading these reviews I will not be taking my kids to him.

If there was a rating of zero stars they would get it my god, Reception desk what a joke cant do there due diligence nor apparently listen to the request also has attitude when getting off a two week vacation. Don't use this doctor office!

I will be one to say something good about Dr. Brar. He has been amazing with my 2 month old. He is very to the point, but if u listen and r professional then u will have no problems. He hasn't mishandled Paxton and has never been rude. I recommend him😊
