Came here for an evening meal with a group of friends. First thing that struck me was the size of the restaurant. It's very large, spacious and well decorated. We were given the option of sitting away from everyone else or sitting with the buzz of other diners. Quite an extensive drinks menu including cocktails. Service was a little slow to take our order but the food came quickly. We had a variety of dishes which were very tasty. Would thoroughly recommend.

We usually have it as take away, today we decided to eat in. The place is really beautiful, elegant and sober. The staff polite and professional, welcoming and friendly. The food is super yummy ♥️

I really liked the ambience and food here. It gives you a taste of turkish flavours. Chicken wings is delicious hut they are small in quantity and size, so if you are in group make sure to order accordingly. I really liked the prawns and garlic mushrooms. The staffs around are polite and genuinely helping.

The food was amazing! It's the best Turkish we've had in a while and all wonderfully presented. Lost a star for a little bit of irrational service which whilst the manager worked hard to revert to the excellent service when we first arrived, it became passive aggressive because one of the party hadn't made a decision quick enough on food choice. We went on Saturday 2pm until 5pm. 7 people cost £235 Inc service with starters, mains and some desserts and a few wines but mostly soft drinks.

We were a family of 4 adults and a baby in a high chair having lunch last Bank Holiday Monday. The fixed price menu selection was very good and food was delicious. The meat eaters and the vegetarians were very happy with their choice. The service was excellent. Thank you very much. we will be back soon.

On a grey and cold Wednesday evening we bestowed to Staines and struggled to find a restaurant on the high street. Nothing was really appealing to us as we wanted to try something new. After aimlessly walking around looking at different menus on different windows we noticed a convert pub. So we ventured towards it total amazement and found it was a Turkish restaurant. On first appearance on the outside it can easily be missed as we had never noticed it for the last 4 years it’s been open. Nevertheless, the inside looks great with its rustic look. Tables are evenly spaced, it’s not like you sit so close that you’re involved in others conversation. Even on a grey Wednesday evening every other table had a few people there and it was pleasant atmosphere. We walked to the front desk and immediately were attended to. A female approached us and seated us quickly even tho we had no booking. They also cater to gluten free which is a massive point for myself. We were left for around 15-20 minutes which was ample amount of time to find out our drinks, starters and mains. Server came over to us took our order - garlic prawns - lamb on humous. Mains - a mixed grill for two but the kofta was put to the side as this wasn’t gluten free. Starters - garlic prawns more tomato’ based than garlic but still wasn’t bad. We enjoyed it Lamb and humous - this was actually the best for me for the night. Really good. Mains - the mixed grill - so when it arrived on our table the server tried to explain to us that the kofta is on a separate plate but it is gluten free. She explained that it’s normally gluten free but she doesn’t know why it isn’t now. This was very confusing and could be very dangerous but I didn’t go near it. The mixed grill otherwise was Luke warm when it came to us and 5 minutes became cold. The taste was great, there was no issues around the taste of any of the meats. What let them down was the temperature of the food. We complained about the temperature of the food to a male server to went straight to the chef and showed his dissatisfaction which was loud which everyone heard. This was a little unsettling but at the same point the server was actually sticking up for his customers which was very refreshing. The server returned to us and before we could even say that we are happy to pay but just wanted raise it to their attention the server said that they will make a new lamb cutlet grill dish. They was very generous and shows that the restaurant really care about their customers. We paid for our food and left. Overall Service is three. Good but at times questionable Food is three. Taste really good but arrived cold Atmosphere is four. Great place for family dinner Price is reasonable. We paid £66 for two.

All I can say is Wow! I have eaten here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Last time I had the squid, but, this time I had a dish called Ali Nazik which was nothing short of delicious. It is a lush mix of char-grilled smoked aubergine puree mixed with creamy yoghurt and garlic and is topped with melt in the mouth marinated chat grilled chicken pieces. It was served with grilled vegetables, salad and rice. My two friends and I shared some olives and dollar for our starters which were equally scrumptious. The service was excellent and the waiters and waitresses are attentive. If you love Turkish food, or just delicious food full stop, then you can not go wrong with booking a table here. Flamm is easily the best restaurant in Staines and I know because I've been to most of them. Thank you Flamm, me and my friends will be back for more.

Flamm Restaurant exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The flavors were harmonious, the presentation was stunning, and the quality of ingredients was top-notch. We particularly loved the lamb kofte and grilled chicken wrap. The attention to detail and the chef's culinary skills were evident in every bite. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. Flamm Restaurant has truly set the bar high when it comes to both food and service. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

Fantastic restaurant. Ambience and deco is marvellous. Set close to the heart of the high street of Staines. Parking is also available at Riverside Carpark about 3 minutes walk. The food is so delicious, fresh and healthy. Servings are large and price is just right for your pocket. Staff is very very friendly. We were served by Ozzy, Alpa and Sam . Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely interior with top-of-the-line dishes. The spinach was sautéed to perfection, with excellent handmade mains. Along with exquisite cocktails, perfect place for cosy dinner and lunches.

Very tasty food only improvement is that for £17 I think I should have got a bigger portion size. Excellent place for a halal meal just after finishing a day at Thorpe park.

We stayed in Stains for a couple of days on route back to New Zealand after a month of travel around Europe. This was one of the best eating experiences during that time without doubt. Food was great and the service even better. The Turkish coffee was a highlight.

Headed to Flamm Turkish Restaurant with some expectations, but walked out feeling let down. The sujuk was on the dry side, which was a downer. The lamb kofte was alright in the flavour department, but the rice and sides needed something extra. And the lamb iskender? Tasty but seriously, the portion size could use a boost. Didn't help that the staff were bickering near the food pass. Kind of kills the mood, doesn't it? All in all, left the place feeling unfulfilled. A real shame.

Food was amazing and service was top notch! Although it’s concerning to be told that the service charge is kept by management. I should have paid cash for the service instead of it being included in the meal. Waitress was great. Friendly and efficient. I’d recommend the stuffed aubergine. So so delicious! Reasonable too at £13.50. The white bait started tasted great! Mixed seafood skewered were tasty but a bit too costly at £19.95 for the small portion. We have the 2 mocktails on the menu - refreshing! Can’t recall the names though. I’d come again.

Our friends visited London and they never had Turkish food. We wanted to take them a nice Turkish restaurant and finally we found this place- close to us and good reviews in Google. We reserved already, when we reached got the seats quickly. Service was good, staffs were friendly. We had lovely dishes there, few photos shared. We also loved their breads at the beginning and Kunefe in the desert. We spent almost 2.5 hours there - restaurant people were really nice, didn’t ask us to leave even after we finished our dinner. Plenty of seating area, cleanliness was very good, lot of free parking area (after 6 pm) 5 minutes walking distance.

This is the first Turkish restaurant outside of the best Turkish restaurants in North London I have visited that truly surprised me for how good it was. Its up there with the best in regards to service, quality and taste of food. Picture I took does not do the food any justice however the tenderness of the meat and how juicy it was is something that is a struggle to find these days and these guys truly delivered on this front. Overall a great experience.

👍 Very busy restaurant, would suggest to book in advance. As it’s so busy it can be very noisy. Food was lovely. My criticism would be that the prawn starter still had the digestive system was still in it & they were not the most easy thing to peel. The main course was goat, very nice but not a lot of...
