Possibly the worst hotel I have ever visited, nobody present in reception, a phone to dial 200 for attention, which I phoned three times before getting an answer, a lady then came over to reception, I was looked up and down and greeted with “there are 24 cameras in here and I will watch you on all 24 of them, the only place I don’t have a camera is in your bedroom”, I felt extremely uneasy and just sort of looked back at her shocked, to then she said “this hotel is for working class, just so you know”, the hotel smells of stale cigarettes, I don’t know how this lady can judge and pick and choose her guests, I did not see one other person there, the hotel is in extremely poor condition, I had to give it a one star rating, if given the option of no stars I would have definitely chosen that. Stay clear!!!

Arrived and greeted by a rude lady, bed bugs all over the bed at night time, Beatles in the bathroom, yes they help the homeless but standards shouldn’t drop just because they’re homeless! Conditions are shocking! How this place is fit for anyone all never understand!

Absolutely abhorrent stay. There were no locks to the door into the hotel or into our room. It was cold and uncomfortable. I would have felt safer and been more comfortable staying on the street. Thank you easyJet for putting us up here after a cancellation.

It’s a shameful collaboration between Wizzair who treat their passengers with the maximum of disrespect in every stage, including offering this hotel where the toilet flush doesn’t work, stains on the floor, broken windows, bad smell, etc.

The shining meets I’m a celebrity bush tucker trial. Was put in this hotel for a night by EasyJet after a cancelled flight and would never return here voluntarily. The lady working at the front desk was nice enough and did her best to help. No lift so not very accessible or easy if you have a big suitcase! The room was horrific - it smelt like cigarettes, there were stains on the carpet, the shower was unbelievably weak, there were no basic amenities (E.g. body wash or shampoo) and to top it off the room was crawling with cockroaches. Wouldn’t let my cat sleep in there. EasyJet, do better!

Can confirm the other opinions. Went into room just to find a beatle at the wall and instantly left. Stayed the night at the airport bench but preffered that one. STAY AWAY.

Walked in to book room took key and went straight out. On return at 9.30 pm reception unmanned. In room no soap no shower gels and bath towel was old with a large hole in middle. Floors dirty and dusty. No one to complain to, the 'emergency' ext 200 was dialled but no answer. Same in the morning no contact available. Rubbish for £60.00

Airline put us there during a long flight delay, so I do not know the prices, but friendly lady at the reception and decent room.

Not unlike staying in my gran's spare room, Missing many of the amenities of other hotels. The furniture and decor is old, no electronic locks on the doors, the front desk isn't always staffed, and the rooms have no AC. That being said, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable enough, the staff were nice on the occasions I saw them, and the TV package and Internet access were good. Mixed bag overall. Might stay again, but only if I really had no other choice.

Absolutely disgusting there were bed bugs and when we spoke to owner she said she didn’t believe us and basically kicked us out with our 13 week old baby then continued to intimidate us when following us and argued at this point it was 12 at night and I just needed to find a place for me and my baby

I stayed here for two weeks with my partner and 4 month old baby. They had no travel cot for her to sleep in even though the website said just ask at reception. No staff working and if they was wasn't very helpful. Whenever I came In or out there was no one on reception. My room was clean but the bedsheets were ripped and stained. The towels had holes in. For the two weeks I was there our room was cleaned once. They only really came in to change the bin. I had to buy my own kettle as it was filled with limescale. At first we was told we couldn't leave our buggy downstairs (we was on second floor and there's no lifts). Then when others started leaving there's we did too. Very old decor. Breakfast is over priced for what you get.

We stayed here for 2 nights in February. There was a delay when we arrived with our room. Not sure why as it was past check in time. The room was lovely but it had the feel of a refurbished motel. It was apparent the floor had not been cleaned on the second morning as sand was still there!! The reception area was nice. However there is no restaurant and we were disappointed to be told that breakfast could be bought in the food truck int he car park. It was a real shame as our road trip in Florida had lovely stays in really good hotels. Biggest disappointment was the bar! The barman was not particularly helpful when I asked him what beers he had. We had one drink and left. On the second day we ordered rum punch which was supposed to be their signature and best selling drink. I could not detect a trace of rum in it. We felt ripped off here. Would not recommend it.

👍👍 Travelled from Ireland with my mam to stay for 3 nights for a wedding. What an amazing hotel. From the food , drink, prices, staff to the rooms, everything was fabulous. They treated our group so well and staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond to do what they could to make our stay enjoy...
