Thank GOD there is amazing Ramen in Strongsville now!! This is some of the BEST ramen I have ever had!! And I eat a lot!! The Poke Bowl with Spicy Tuna and the Spicy Wings were AHMAZINGGG!! Spicy Ramen will now be my Go-To here but we will be back to try everything!!

First time here (fairly novice ramen eater) and will be back! Delicious ramen, the mango smoothie with boba was refreshing and not too sweet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful when we ordered.

I really enjoyed the ramen at this spot. If it feels like good ramen is hard to find them look no more! I had the spicy ramen and the broth was so delicious it felt like it was nourishing my soul. The noodles were perfect in every single way and garnishes were just the right touch. We also sampled some gyoza, edamame, spring rolls, mango smoothie and the Sai-oui (Korean sausage); and we enjoyed all of it! Definitely will be coming back!

Me and my boyfriend came here for a quick bite. We had some Absolutely amazing ramen! Very authentic and awesome visual. Drinks are yummy too. Can't wait to come back! Its a cute little atmosphere. My only thing is that there were what appeared to be circles stains from cups on alot of the tables. But it just may be water/ liquid damage from the drinks. Other than that the place is very clean and so are the bathrooms. If you want authentic ramen this is the place to go!

Worth every penny. Customizing pokebowls and Ramen makes for a different meal every time you stop in. Their multitude of fresh ingredients is matched by their boba and smoothies. Only suggestion is to check the menu before you go or you'll be overwhelmed by the options. Staff is very kind and patient.

I tried this for the first time tonight. I wasn't sure what to try as so many of the items sounded so good. I settled on a poke bowl. The girl at the front gave us a piece of paper with all the ingredients you can add, including the rice style, proteins, sauces, and add-ons. After picking a few items to add, I still wasn't sure what to put in my bowl. So I asked what else to add, and the girl was very nice and helped suggest different topping and it ended up delicious. All the food was extremely fresh and didn't seem to have been prepared hours beforehand. The beef was tender and the chicken was moist and not dried out in the least. Even had some raw tuna and it didn't have a fishy smell to it like some other places have. The avocado that I added wasn't brown from being left out and the portions of vegetables were a good amount but not over the top. The portions were all about the same amounts and nothing seemed to over power the other. This included the sauce as it was just the right amount. Enough to get a taste of it but not enough to be take away from the tatse of the ingredients. All together, it came out in a beautiful presentation. All in all I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back. The challenge will be remembering what I got. This maybe a good thing as I will get to try something new.

The shoyu ramen and spicy ramen are delicious. They have wonderful service. We tried gyoza, edamame, Korean sausage sai -oui and all were fantastic. The kids enjoyed a smoothie and edamame. You can customize your bowl too. I'm excited to try Poke next time

First time ramen guy, food was very good, served hot and fresh flavor. The ambience was lacking a bit…. Music was Chipotle loud playing current pop hits not matching the genre of the restaurant. Workers in the back were taking bites of their sandwiches right on the kitchen line and then handling our food thats real bad. Two soups and one egg roll appetizer was $37 a bit high for what you get. Chipotle dinner for two is $20 with same fast casual atmosphere and audio. Overall good food, disappointing on employees eating over food prep stations and cost.

My wife and I had lunch here on a Tuesday(11:10 am) prior to our shopping at the mall. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The place was relatively clean. We were the only ones dining in, likely since it just opened for the day. I got an order of pork steam buns (comes with 2) and tonkotsu Ramen with extra noodles. My wife ordered a poke bowl and an order of pork steam buns. The food likes looked delectable and was delicious. Ramen had a great flavor and the buns were chewy and satisfying. Great place and would come back again.

Had tickets for an evening showing at cinemark southpark so we were looking for restaurant options in the nearby vicinity. Corner 11 popped up in our search as it is right across the street and had great reviews. Having looked at the menu online ahead of time, we all had pretty good ideas of what we each wanted. When we arrived, we walked up to the counter to each place our orders. I would say the restaurant is in the fast casual category (the poke bowl option and setup reminded me of how chipotle or subway operates) I ordered a large poke bowl and chose double chicken and beef as my protein options. Then picked from sushi rice as my base, then chose all my various veggies and additional items. Topped it all with a teriyaki sauce. I also ordered the custard steam bun and the egg custard over sticky rice for desert options. Overall, our entire party was very happy with their food. My custom pole bowl was flavorful and the beef and chicken were great (to note, they did warm them in the microwave before adding to my bowl, which made sense given how the poke station is setup) The custard buns were a hit with everyone. The egg custard over sticky rice was served hot and had a good flavor. It is absolutely a restaurant I would return to. Especially since I would have variety in how I constructed my various combinations of ingredients based on what I was looking for flavor wise.

I so wanted to love this place. I love sushi and poke. Unfortunately my fish did not taste fresh and had a fishy smell to it you know what that means.... perfect sign of fish that is not fresh.
