J. Bella is great, but I am surprised at how highly this place is rated. Food is okay but not amazing, price are fine and you definitely get your money's worth but it's Italian food of course you'll have leftovers for days. Restaurant is definitely cramped, tight lanes between tables barely room for two people. Waiters always squeezing past each other or another table creates an odd experience. Food and beverage is fine I'd definitely recommend a reservation, you'll call and they'll tell you that we aren't busy you don't need a reservation then you'll walk into a 40 minute wait when you arrive with a dozen people standing in a lobby area fit for 6 people max.

Good American Italian cuisine, great atmosphere, decent drinks, clean facilities, and polite service. What else could you ask for from a restaurant? They also sell their famous marinara sauce and garlic butter so you can take them home to enjoy. Overall it was a good experience, I recommend this restaurant, and I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area. My only complaint was that the menu and drink options are a bit limited and basic.

We were there during lunchtime to participate ina "celebration of life" memorial. However, the restaurant does not officially open until 4 PM. The Chicken Marsala was beyond delicious. The chicken was moist and tender with the Marsala strikingly adding flavor to every bite. Nice touch by the chef coming to the tables and checking on our satisfaction with the food. The service was beyond words. They were on top of their game with bringing beverages, removing dishes, and providing the dessert platter. As well as a delight to talk with about the restaurant. It was recommended to return and try the mussels.

Got the seafood fettuccine (loaded with shrimp, scampi and scallops) very good! Then got the pork osso bucco to go... excellent! Better yet was the service. My waitress was the best, no hovering and always available!

Have been wanting to try Bucci's for a little while now and everything aligned so that we finally had the opportunity. Went around 5:30pm on a Friday. The restaurant was already quite busy but we were able to get a table with no issue. Seems it may be best to have a reservation to ensure you have a table without too much of a wait. For an appetizer, we tried louie’s meatballs. They came out quickly along with bread for the table. The meatballs, cheese, and tomato sauce worked well. For our main dishes, I got the Bucci's chop salad (minus olives and tomatoes) with Italian dressing. My wife got the cheese ravioli. The salad was a very decent size, the proportion of bacon, chicken, cheese was awesome. The Italian dressing is clearly house made and quite good and paired well with the salad. The ravioli itself was flavorful but the tomato sauce paired with it was slightly sour. Not quite sure what happened there if that was intentional or not but it did throw the entire dish off and we both didn't care for it. For dessert, we tried the raspberry cheesecake and the cannoli. the cheesecake was garnished with a nice raspberry sauce and whipped cream. It was excellent. The cannoli's were also quite good. It was a nice blend of flavors. We were quite happy with both desserts and would love to have tried more had we had the room.

A Memorable Italian Feast at J Bella in Strongsville Our visit to J Bella in Strongsville was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving late in the afternoon, we were promptly seated and immediately felt welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. The service was quick, ensuring that our dining experience began on a positive note. The menu offered a wide array of Italian classics, and our choices did not disappoint. My son indulged in the Spaghetti and Meatballs, which arrived in a generous portion. He savored every bite and thoroughly enjoyed the dish. My wife opted for the Veal Parmesan, and she was astounded by the sizable piece of veal that almost covered the entire plate. She described it as excellent, but the portion was so generous that she decided to take some home in a box. As for me, I ventured into something unique and tried the Pork Osso Bucco, a slow-roasted pork shank with a rich demi sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. The meat was incredibly tender and effortlessly fell off the bone. This dish, not commonly found in other restuarants, was a revelation, and I'm already looking forward to returning for another culinary adventure. Overall, our experience at J Bella was superb. The combination of quick and friendly service, ample portions, and the outstanding flavors of each dish left a lasting impression. J Bella is undoubtedly a gem in Strongsville's culinary scene, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable Italian feast.

I used the party room for a 20 person Baby Shower and Lisa plus two other guys served us. Everyone was fabulous, this place is worth every penny that you pay. Thank you all and I hope the tip was shared - distributed amongst all three. 😍

I love this restaurant, always have. Had my parents 50th party there a few years back. Last night, came to dinner with a reservation. Had to still wait 15 min, no big deal. Seated and our party of 4 and literally we all had to get flashlights to on our phones to see the menu, crazy dark. Then again to check to see of our meat selections were done correctly, 2 out of 3 were. Service was good, she never skipped a beat. We will come back as we always do, but I just wish it was a tad more lit.

Very authentic-feeling Italian restaurant experience. Fun decorations and excellent service.

My family and I were there for my grandmothers birthday. To be clear we ordered a variety of things. My two uncles ordered the snapper, my grandmother the salmon, my mother the cod, and I had the steak special. My steak was cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were cooked well and the mash was delicious. Unfortunately the sauce tasted like there was fish cooked previously in the same pan and ruined the flavor completely. Both of my uncles snapper were way over cooked yet the pasta bed it was served on was tepid at best. Even after getting a replacement, the issue persisted. The risotto that came with my mothers cod was bland and tasteless . The only dish that there were no complaints was fortunately my grandmother’s. Service was solid and honestly saved the experience a significant amount, it is just a shame that there seems to be an issue in the kitchen. My family has been here before for the happy hour and the food was far better.

Delicious Lasagna - comes with a side salad and bread. Everyone else's food was great as well (Chicken Marsala, Veal Parmesan, etc.). We had a large group of 14 with a reservation and our waitress Jessica J. was great, along with the other staff that helped bus our table. My photos show my Lasagna day of - baked in the bowl - and then the leftover next day was also delicious!

Shrimp scampy taste of nothing. No salt no pepper no garlic and I mean that literally because you can't even see it when you order it. There's nothing flavoring it. I also can't ignore that the owner is cheap and has an upcharge for everyone who uses card because they just couldn't be bothered to print new menus.

We used their Party Room for our Sons Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. The food was hot and totally delicious. We were about an hour late yet the staff were so nice and understanding. It was such a great experience that we still are told by those that were there just professional and accommodating the servers were and how wonderful the food was prepared and more importantly how delicious it was. Thank you sooo much for making that such a memorable occasion for us!!!

This was our first visit at this restaurant, and most certainly will not be our last. We were seated on the heated patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. The crispy shrimp appetizer was delightful and the lasagna was incredible. The restaurant was packed, but we had an impressively minimal wait for food. Other servers also stepped in if they noticed our drinks were getting low if our server was otherwise occupied. Stellar service, comforting food, and a cozy atmosphere! Couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks so much!

My daughter in law and I dine here once a month or more. The food is excellent and nobody makes a better salad dressing than their celery seed. The bread has a crunchy, delicious crust. We always get their scrumptious pappardelle noodles in Vodka sauce. The portions are good sized and the servers are fast, friendly, very attentive and efficient. We love Sandy. We never have a long wait time because we always get here as soon as they open. This restaurant is the VERY BEST authentic Italian food in Northern Ohio. We are dining here yet again today.

Went for pre mother's day. Please can get very crowded. Suggest reservations if you are able to. The usual American Italian food is better then other places in the area. Having multiple cooking options for the salmon is nice.

We went for a special family lunch. It was a large group. The staff working the event were totally on point. The food was great and it was some of the best chicken marsala I have had! Recommend for events.

So delicious! I got the goat cheese and spinach salad and was quite happily surprised at how delicious it was. It was so feeling I couldn't even eat my entree. Had to bring it home.

Dinner was very good good quality, but was not very unique. All in all it was a delicious meal with a nice atmosphere and was not very expensive. I had the seafood fettuccine and substituted diavalo sauce for the Alfredo. Excellent choice. I also had a negroni with dinner which was made well and complimented the dish well. I recommend the restaraunt if you are looking for a nice sit down restaraunt that does not stress your wallet.

I've been here many times with coworkers for lunch, parties, holidays, and dinner with hubby. If you want good food and good service, this is the place. Stopped in with family after a funeral home gathering, it took some time to seat 4 of us, but the food is always worth the wait. My sister in law wanted to go to a different Italian place, but was very happy with this choice. We have recommended this place to many friends. The 4 stars for atmosphere is only because some of the decor, like the items hanging from the ceiling, are very old and can be removed or replaced. Our server was perfect, as was the food. Oh, and the portions are generous!

Luckily we were able to get a reservation on a Wednesday night for 5 of us - Bucci's J Bella is a very popular restaurant! For a large facility, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and intimate.; there is a vitality that is palpable. Each of the five dishes ordered was a delight. Portions are ample, most of us had delicious leftovers to enjoy the next day. In particular, my husband said the Eggplant Parmesan was the best he'd ever had with a sauce rich and tasty. My pork Osso Bucco was fall-off-the- bone tender with a delicious gravy that was also perfect on the garlic mashed potatoes. The only downside was the chicken in the Chicken Marsala was a bit tough but certainly didn't stop the person from enjoying their meal. The bread initially brought to the table was rustic and so good a second basket was requested. We all walked out feeling full and very satisfied and looking forward to returning another time.

Last weekend we hired Bucci's J-Bella to cater a baby shower for our son and daughter-in-law. The catering experience was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. I worked with Josh, who answered all our questions and provided excellent customer care in helping us place our order. We elected to pick up our order on the morning of the event, and the pick-up process was smooth and easy-peasy. When our food arrived at our venue, I was so delighted to see that the food was hot, fresh and beautifully presented. I am not exaggerating when I say that the chicken cutlets and blush pasta were the absolute BEST I've ever had! We received so many compliments from our guests. I can't say enough good things about this catering experience. I will absolutely use J-Bella again for our next party. Thank you to Josh and the entire J-Bella kitchen staff for a job well done!

The woman bartender seems like she was having a bad day and not friendly at all! Definitely the regulars get better quality service then the new people. Ordered our food the same time as regulars at bar and got our food last. Didn’t get the appetizers until the meal came, which is ridiculous! Forgot our salad too until I had to remind her. Drinks were priced right. Bread and butter was amazing! Meatballs for $11 could have used some mozzarella on top of it. The $15 shrimp and pasta appetizer was very dry and lacked any kind of taste. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal and the sauce was very good. I thought her meal was a bit overpriced for $24.00. Didn’t really have any meat on it. Don’t think I would ever go back to this restaurant! A lot of better places around the same price with definitely better service.

We recently held a Luncheon for 50 people in the Party Room. Josh, General Manager, and Emily were both very helpful in planning and scheduling our event. We received many compliments from our guests on the food, venue and service. Our servers, Lisa and Renee, are to commended for their courteous, attentive and efficient service. Staff serving the Buffet were friendly and helpful. Please thank the entire J Bella Staff on our behalf for making our event memorable.

Went here to just see if my old gift card still was still good and it was so that’s awesome!! I went to the bar to have a Corona and check out the menu. The bar tender was quick and friendly and professional. She said the food was delicious so I will definitely be back with my friend to use the gift card.

I had the Chicken Marsala it was very good but the chicken wasn't really seasoned. The garlic bread with cheese was AMAZING & my mom had the Seafood Alfredo another Amazing dish. Sandy was our waitress she was was so nice and provided great customer service.

We rented the party room for our vow renewal. The service was amazing. The staff took care of everything and the guests couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed it. The food was excellent, served on time, and plenty of it. We brought our own cake and the servers cut and plated and served it. We would definitely recommend and use the venue again. It was a perfect celebration!

I coordinated our company Christmas dinner for 40 people, and I can't say enough about what a fantastic job they did for us. The food was amazing with a great selection. The room was very spacious, and the atmosphere was perfect. The decor in the buffet area was gorgeous, and many people commented on how beautiful it was. The service was impeccable. The two servers that were assigned to us were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Drinks were constantly being refilled, and whatever anyone needed, they got. Those serving the buffet were also very friendly and happy to help. I would absolutely recommend J. Bella's for your group outing!

Food is absolutely delicious!! Sandy was our server. She was wonderful, pleasant, energetic and accommodating. Great atmosphere, just not a quiet spot if that’s what you are looking for. 1st time here. We will definitely be back. Best seafood fettuccine Alfredo I have ever had. Sauce is out of this world. Lasagna was also one of the best I have ever had. It was worth the drive and the wait to try it out.
