Jonny M runs contests where you need to rate the club 5/5 to participate, hence the good ratings. The gym is fine, no problem there. the trainers are friendly, some speak English. but their auto renewal policy is just unacceptable. They took 200€ from my account because I failed to cancel my subscription after the 12 months where it was running. I'm not even living in Stuttgart anymore. They did not notify me in any way of the renewal and quietly took 150€ from my account, despite me not visiting the club once. Also, never accept a plan over 35€/month, they're very often on sales, if you pay 45€/month you should ask for a rebate. Tldr: read the fine prints and wait for a sale. Don't assume they have your interest in mind. They're here to get all the money the can, by any dodgy way, customer satisfaction, morality and fairness are not their priority.

It can't be that the showers have been broken for 3 weeks. Is it so difficult to let a tradesman in outside opening hours? Your employee also has no idea about the devices. Are staff hired based on appearance? Competence =0.00

The gym setup is more or less complete and convenient. But the customer service regarding contracts is awful, beware!

Very nice studio. Atmosphere is great too and not like other gyms. I always feel comfortable with you. Trainee Hasan is also a great guy, always helps with questions!!

I've been a member for almost 10 years now and I have to say the studio has clearly reached its lowest point. And I also don't understand the 5* reviews given the current condition of the studio. Cleanliness = zero, traces of feces on toilet bowls are unfortunately just one of these examples. Showers are permanently broken. After training, members go into the sauna in their sweaty underwear without a towel. The sign on the sauna to use towels is skillfully ignored. Then you know why all the wood in the sauna is discolored. Due to providers like urbansportsclub etc. the studio is full at all times or the studio is far too small for the number of members. There is now a single water dispenser for two floors, which means that there are long waiting times not only for devices but also for getting water. They did a great job of taking the marketing to the next level, but the implementation failed miserably. A pity.

The studio has a good selection of equipment, so there should be something for everyone. After a short time, I noticed great progress thanks to Sena's training plan. Thanks to their competent and friendly advice regarding information and tips, I always feel like I'm in good hands.

The Johnny M Fitness Studio is great! The facility is modern and clean, the staff is friendly and competent. The atmosphere is pleasant. I particularly like Anna Tespi's courses, they are motivating, varied and effective. Anna creates a positive mood and shows a lot of passion for fitness. I have already benefited a lot from her courses and I always look forward to them. Overall, the studio definitely deserves 5 stars!

I really had a great experience. After a long time, I had a training plan put together again and the trainer Aurora was really very competent. Truly the best fitness studio in the Stuttgart area. The selection of equipment is enormous and you really have a large selection of training options. The studio is really very clean and the staff is very friendly. Special praise goes to the young man named Hasan, who was very helpful and always explained everything to me and helped. The boy really has a clue! Overall a very positive atmosphere which makes training fun.

I always really enjoy being here. Training in this studio is very fun. There are enough devices available. Of course it's a little more crowded, especially in the evenings after work, but that's the case everywhere. I think it's particularly great that the employees are always happy to help you if you have any questions. Liam deserves special mention. If I had any questions about my training plan, he was always available and was able to help me a lot 😊keep it up

There is no way you can get disappointed from this gym. THIS IS THE BEST GYM WITH A GREAT VALUE FOR WEEKLY PAYMENTS. The staff is super supportive. The gym is very clean always and it never smells bad. The machines are clean and new. Everything is super organized. The dressing room is super cool. The best part is, it super spacious and big with all types of different exercise sections.

Nice gym with a women sauna. The machines are good and new. There is enough space even at rush hour. I came with the Urban Sports subscription so I cannot say much about the gym subscription.

Clean gym , good atmosphere

I recently completed a trial training session there. I have to say that I was pretty impressed by the atmosphere, hygiene and the equipment available in the studio. Also big thanks to Hasan, who gave me a very friendly welcome, introduced me to the studio and talked to me about my individual goals.

The atmosphere in the studio is just great and I feel comfortable every time I train. The employees are not only friendly, but also extremely helpful and competent. Special praise goes to Jasmin, who is always helpful and open to questions, as well as to the team, who offer excellent service and look after the members with full commitment.
