This location is major and busy location in Tabuk. I got the best customer service from Wael for getting a plan setup. He knew the products really well and was able to efficiently complete the process for me to get a number and SIM. I wish I had met him earlier for my STC phone items as it was an excellent experience with him!

I needed to link my phone to Iqama and spoke to Wael. He has been absolutely fantastic, did this for me quickly with no issues, doing everything to not keep me waiting. Highly recommend!

I'm facing fingerprints problem due to weather conditions. Today i visited stc office to get my first saudi sim , but they only check my one fingerprint and said to come later ,without making an effort to take my other fingerprints. While mobily make it possible for you to.

Good environment not wait too much for new sim

Actually it was a bad experience. First taxi drivers do not know what STC is. Second they do not speak English enough to understand STC store. Third on Google map it indication is poor/inexistant what ans STC site. I was taken to two STC closed/fenced depots or sites before I pulled out my smartphone and located a shop. Given that I had limited time before flying out it was a bit stressful. Finally the STC store employees not all spoke English, but I managed to accomplish to link my prepaid STC mobile number to my newly obtained iqama.

There is no organization within the branch, and I did not obtain a transaction that lives up to the STC name
