Ordered a cheese burger and they managed to ruin it. No pickles. No ketchup. What a rip off. Whoever was putting together the food when I stopped by on 9/18 at 2:13pm today is completely incompetent. They couldn’t hear me at the check out window so I raised my voice. I’m pretty sure they were being passive aggressive and messed up my order purposefully. Never returning to this location.

This store is so under staffed its completely unfair to its' customers and ESPECIALLY its' employees. I'm a door dasher and every single night, this store has a line wrapped around the building, moving at the pace of molasses in January. Do better McDonald's. On the other hand the staff is always sweet and friendly, food is fresh and place is clean

We searched out and drove to the 72nd & mckinley store to get frappes. We were told they didn't have them. I asked "you don't sell them anymore?" She replied that the machine was broken and they've been waiting on a part for quite awhile. Ok. Then can we get two large milkshakes then? Sorry. That machine is also broken. We were stuck in a crowded drive through lane and couldn't back out so we ordered two iced coffees

Just ordered food through the mobile app and picked up at the drive thru. Received a large order of fries. See pic.

This location is habitually understaffed. Multiple times in the last month, I have left the drive through line after spending more than 10 minutes waiting to place an order without any movement in the line.

Easily the worst and slowest McDonalds in Tacoma. We waited in the mobile order pickup for order 20 minutes. When they finally brought our order out they for got my drink, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Save yourself time and go to literally any other Mcdonalds.

Visiting Tacoma and this location was super convenient for the Airbnb I was at. Came here for a quick bite, fairly quiet inside for a Sunday late morning as most use drive thru. Unfortunately none of their 4 kiosks were working or closed. I was able to place an order in quickly and received the order. Unfortunately the staff don’t have their energy to greet the customers, no napkins around for you to grab, and have to ask the staff for it.

If you have eaten at McDonald's and you can't say that you enjoy it even just a little bit you would be lying. My mkrib is back in which I love ❤️ and you will too. If you haven't tried it, I recommend that you do, cuz you're missing out and if you've never tried it. Mix that with a chocolate shake and you're doing all right
