    Worst service I have ever had at a Jack in the box, all the employees do is jaw while you're at the window I was in line for over 30 minutes, there were only three cars ahead of me and none of them had a big order we waited forever. For the little 25 Taco thing biggest joke I've ever seen I'll never ever go back to that Jack in the box you were wasting your time there it's the slowest place I've ever been can't believe you'd even think about going there!

    Extremely rude on taking your order at the drive-thru, could not confirm the order correctly after four attempts. The restaurant was vacant not sure why they were so distracted. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Oh, forgot that the front 5 windows were shot out...

    Today I bought a breakfast sandwich here and it had MOLD on it. The long lines and constantly being out of stuff is something I just tolerate, but moldy bread -absolutely not.

    At the drive thru we were told.. through the drive through speaker.. that they were only doing door dash and online orders. After asking them to explain why they can't take my order right there if they can take online orders, they failed to explain, just said they can't do anything about it and they were too busy and short staffed. So I got the app, and the app told me that they're location was only doing drive through orders. I drove up to the window to see 3 people being too busy to do anything other than standing around talking. This was after getting stuck in the line and between other customers for over an hour. Take the order, your register is right there while you're just standing there running your mouth. This happened exactly the same way at the Jack and the box down the street, so I copy pasted my review.

    I wish I could give this location zero stars Went there Saturday night around 7:30 there was only one car in front of us. Made them wait 5-10 minutes to order. No apology when we ordered. They didn’t get their food until close to 8:00. They didn’t wave them forward or anything. In fact I saw window guy texting on his phone. We got to the window, trying to be patient (maybe they’re understaffed). The kid at the window wouldn’t even look at me. He gave me the wait a minute finger. I could tell by looking inside that my order wasn’t done. After a few minutes he reached out for my card without a word. I drove off because I didn’t even want to find out what the food was going to look like. Worst fast food service ever and I’ve been to the Renton Popeyes before.

    The girl at the counter did seem aloof, but she and the other 2 girls did their best to get my food out asap. Oh the "atmosphere"? It's been months but they still haven't fixed the front door of which the entire right side metal frame was bent, but did fix the side door where the entire glass was broken out. So the evidence of crazy criminal acts still exists at this restaurant.

    I would love to be able to give a current review, but since I work crazy hours and don't tend to order food till late night, I never know if I'll be able to order at this location. I can't remember the last time it was open to drive up customers after midnight. If I stop by between midnight and 5am, when we pull up to the window we are told that they are only accepting mobile orders, door dash or Uber eats, or that they are closed for maintenance. A majority of the open late night or 24 hour drive thru fast food places in Tacoma/Lakewood are the exact same, unless you're ok with paying a lot more to get it delivered you are out of luck finding somewhere to eat till 5am, so employees that get off work after 10 or 11pm are screwed.

    This has got to be the slowest Jack in the box that I have ever been to. Three cars ahead of me in line and it has taken over 28 minutes and I still have not been able to order. They're typically very rude and the place is always dirty with a lot of homeless people hanging around. I do not feel safe coming to this Jack in the box. It's funny that the previous responses from the owner directly to the customers state that you should never wait that long in line and that they will step up their game. That was over a month ago and here we are still. I have come to this Jack in the box for almost 15 years and the service has declined year after year. Maybe a new store manager????

    Although the food is good the time it takes to get your food is very very poor I understand Society is lacking employees right now but 20 minutes to wait for food just to be told we're sorry we're only taking online orders in my opinion is unacceptable at the time I came through this drive-thru they should have told me they were only accepting online not let me wait there first forever very disappointed

    Only service seemed to be at drive thru window. Stood at counter for 5 minutes until shift worker clocked out. I asked her if I needed to go thru drive thru to get service or drive block to Burger King to get service. She smiled and called up the young man at window, he stopped what he was doing to get my order (he was working (drive thru) he got it fast, less than 3 minutes. Thank you, young man. 10 minutes to get 4 Tacos. They need help. MY I should apply for job there. I'm only 70 yrs old.

    To the guy working BY HIMSELF at the drive through last night, thank you for you’re excellent service and being able to multitask like a King. So many people drove through and you handled our order so professionally working there alone. You deserve a raise!

    We did not receive what we had ordered from the drive thru. I ordered a Loaded breakfast sandwich. The only meat on it was a pathetic looking piece of what looked like deli turkey. My wife ordered the Ultimate breakfast sandwich with the same problem. This is not at all how these normally come when ordered from other Jack in the Boxes. We didn't turn around and go back because we had places to be. But I won't go back to this store after this poor experience

    For fast food, if you get 5 stars you did something right. I've never been in a clean Jack in the Box, let alone any fast food restaurant lately, but it was really clean! They got our order right and the tacos were stuffed to the brim. Friendly staff and good food for cheap.

    Even though it says they're open it isn't I just spent 20 minutes waiting because I ordered something on the app and now i can't do anything about it don't come here late at night. The number on the window for the manager isn't even the right number I called and it was someone else.

    The staff? Top notch. The food? Overcooked, drinks were warm (even with ice), almost no appeal compared to other locations. The restaurant? Dire need of remodel. It's in a rough location and not well taken care of. It's upgrade time.

    Went inside to order. No greeting. No one came to help. Waited 5 minutes and I asked if they were taking orders inside and got a head nod. I waited another minute and a lady said she'd be right with me and a couple minutes later we just left. We were the only ones inside and the drive through wasn't that busy. Extremely poor service!

    They didn't have their card reader working so I worked with them to get as close as possible to a solid amount in cash. I bought an extra fry so it wasn't bad, but it worked out positively and my curly fries were fresh fresh.

    Never serving when i try every week after work in the evening(11:30pm). Always an issue, either the system is down or only doing online pickup/doordash. What kind of business is being run? You are an absolute neighborhood disappointment. I have even left a message for a manager to call so that I can understand the apparent bad luck that i have had for more than 10 visits now. Guess what.... no manager courage to call back. Paid for nothing i guess.

    Absolutely unacceptable & terrible late night service! 02-04 at 3am! Not even joking they made everyone in the drive thru sit for over an hour only to tell everyone they aren't making orders anymore. No doordash, no uber, no mobile no nothing. Literally stealing over an hour of everyone's time! This is officially the worst late night crew ever

    Super nice staff!! On a night where very few places were open due to snow, this family with a toddler was very grateful for the friendly faces and hot food via drive-thru. Worth a short wait.

    Management or ownership, y'all need to quit being cheap and Hire enough people. Two nights in a row, pull up to drive thru, wait 20 minutes just to get to order, then wait another 20 to order, then "pull around to wait on food. And IT AIN'T THE WORKERS FAULT CLEARLY. They are awesome but y'all putting them in a bad position. Not everyone is gonna see it for what it is. It's jack in the box, home of the 24 HOUR MENU. Have enough staff 🤷‍♂️

    The first time I went there everything was fine. However, the last time I went I was not greeted properly and the cashier was rude. I ordered a breakfast jack no ham add extra egg. She kept asking me if I wanted bacon or sausage and I told her no at least three times before I blew up and told her I do not eat pork at all. Then she yelled at me not to tell at her. I told her she wasn't actually being nice either. Then I calmed down and apologized to her for blowing up. I don't know what her problem was but she was not very nice from the git go. She made me very upset. I almost didn't want to eat what I bought.

    Customer service is here is excellent every time! They always get my order right and my food is always hot! This particular site is often short staffed when I arrive, but the service is still swift. Way to go you all, keep up the great work!

    I ordered the new grilled chicken sandwich and as you can see it was burnt black and hard. It was inedible. That was a waste of $10 and my time.

    We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and when we got them the buns were hard as a rock. So we went back through the drive through and they made us 3 new ones that were fresh and were prob the best sandwiches we had thus far. We were grateful that they had replaced our food, but I feel that some quality control standards should be exercised when sending out food. Especially since fast food is expensive as it is these days at jack in the box.

    We have never gotten our order made correctly. We understand we have a big family but to NEVER receive a correct order. between missing items or entire meals missing, and incorrect food being given to us. They close at 10 pm and have not updated hours what so ever they don’t put up a sign, and they don’t shut off mobile ordering either. had a time that four cars sat waiting for 20 minutes. When they do open they are slow as in serve one customer at a time. I don’t mean taking order I mean take order, make food, give them their food make corrections and THEN serve the next car. the food is almost always burnt, cold, overly oily, and never fresh. We will NEVER come back to this one. The extra 10 minutes to get correct, fresh, and you know fast food will be something I do not dread after the multiple failed visits to this location. Oh and management just so you know the entire staff was outside smoking and left the building unmanned. Just a fair warning. Oh and to give you a time frame of wait time I got through 3 chapters of the 6th Harry Potter book while waiting for my mobile order.

    Great open spot where I can work on cars.. just kidding. Great place, employees dedicated to their work. I have no reason not to give it 5 stars, I just rolled a die and accepted only a roll of a 3 or higher. Obviously rolling a 6 would give it 5 stars still 😁
