Out of so many things here….of course Starbucks can just do whatever they want. Asked the manager? possibly to use the restroom and she couldn’t take the 10 seconds it took to unlock the door for me because she was “off the clock” like what?! Hate it for you guys when people like this are representing your company Starbucks. DO BETTER!

This is the worst drive thru because it is the smallest parking lot ever with limitations entering and exiting. There are more pedestrians in the area. Just circle the block instead of pulling in where you aren't supposed to.

Starbucks isn't my go-to for coffee, but the crew here is very kind and friendly. It's nice to have another option in the neighborhood. If the partner-workers here ever decide to unionize, I support them wholeheartedly.

Awesome friendly staff. I always feel welcome and get exactly what I order. Even when mix ups are my own fault they cheerfully help me figure it out.

Service was good. However, There was rap music playing when I was waiting for my coffee. Unusual for Starbucks, and the wrong atmospheric vibe. The service would do better with 432hz instrumental music, classical, or soft rock, even; because our brains are naturally more at ease with those sounds. Rap music is fundamentally unnerving to most and I found it detracted from my purchasing experience somewhat. I forgot I wanted to buy something else because of the weird noise.

I am a regular there. Every day there is school I am there around 10:30 am. Today I placed my order. White chocolate peppermint mocha hot no whip cream. They made a frappe with whip cream. I told them it was wrong and they made it hot. It is barely warm and not white chocolate so it's bitter and I can't taste any peppermint. Very disappointed. No stopper or spit out the top while carrying. So now I have chocolate all over my shirt at work.

Absolutely amazing people work here, the staff is smiling and conversational and the 5 shot cold coffee was outstanding.

Busy location with a way too small drive thru lane. Tiny parking lot where you can easily get trapped by the drive thru line. During peak hours the drive thru line goes thru the entire lot and onto the street.

I found a shredded plastic cap in my blended matcha.. realizing i swallowed shards of plastic thinking it was ice. They gave me a new one and offered me a $4 gift card.. which was less than the drink itself.

The store says they're open at 5am. That's a lie, the drive-thru is open at 5 the store at 6.

Friendly staff! Quick service. Go here often and not disappointed. Nice patio area.

I just wanted to thank the young lady who gave me a free Frappuccino on 38th and G I live in the building downtown that had the bad electrical fire n displaced awful situation to be in but she made my day I’ll be coming this morning to charge my phone n I appreciate that availability from Starbucks so from my heart thank you Jake

We just moved to Tacoma and this is the closet Starbucks to our house. Staff is friendly, drinks are made correctly, but the parking lot/drive thru is very difficult to maneuver.

My favorite Starbucks 🥰 amazing baristas, they're always fast and friendly. They usually have a long line when I come, but they whip the orders out so fast that it's not a big deal. Food is always good and never burnt or hard like some other locations. This one is definitely the best in the area.

Can be very hit or miss with quality. I got scorched, rock hard egg bites this morning so I am going without breakfast today 😞 Always check your food order before you drive away because the baristas don’t really care.

Incredibly slow service. Took 16+ minutes to get a drip coffee, while the place was even not too busy…

They work to get the order right, it is a nice group of people, oddly one time they asked us to cap our own drinks (with a dome top). We never figured out how to do it well.

For being next to a high school, this location is super clean. Was waiting for my mechanic to finish and normally a Starbucks is the last place I’d wait. Staff is friendly, and espresso wasn’t burnt. Love it.

I came here today by bicycle. There's a nice bike rack on the 38th St side of the building - my cargo bike even fit between the rack and the wall (so that I didn't block the sidewalk, and a second bicycle could still easily use the rack even though my bike is huge). When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, the barista noticed that I had arrived by bike. I asked if there was a way to cover the hole in the plastic lid of the drink, like those green things they use for the hot coffees, and she covered both lids for me and then packaged the drinks together in a half-cupholder inside of a small paper bag. I usually have to fuss around with securing drinks on my bike but she made it extremely easy! It was great customer service.

I don’t know why I come here, I only get one thing and that’s a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. And they always Forget to add the caramel. Every time. It isn’t even worse complaining about at this point you should just expect to get a regular drink without any accommodations or changes

Should advertise or put notice if it is only drive thru at 430 there are some of us that don't drive that work early hours. Would have really enjoyed a warm coffee on my walk to work early in the morning. And if it's supposed to be fully open dine in then it's a problem with the workers and needs to be addressed.

I think this location is new. Either that or I've not noticed it recently. I had a meeting here and grab a bite to eat and a refresher. The food and drink were a expected; delicious as any Starbucks. The place it's self though is very calm and open. Lots of space and a great place to just chill. The parking lots a little complicated and crowded but I think that'd be a given with any place that has a drive threw.
