I stayed 3 nights in Room 303. The location is good and service attendants were quite friendly and nice. But in Room 303, there are many mold spots and dust, especially around the window side and the washbasin. And there was no hot water from the washbasin. The door key and door lock behind the door are almost broken, I think they need to be replaced shortly. Pretty bad sunlight coverage in this room almost none, if you love morning sunshine, other room will be better.

Miss 郭俞君 is the best receptionist in Taiwan I have ever met. She is very professional and passionate about travel. She offered me a lot tips about Tainan. I wish all the best for 小南天 's business and Miss Guo. I am pretty sure she would be a new star in this industry. Thank you again!

Welcoming, low price accommodation in the heart of the historical city Tainan in Taiwan. Walkable to many historical attractions and civil restaurants. Convenient transportation. (Indeed you don't even need transportation. You can walk to Tainan train station and bus hub.

About 10mins walk from the train station.Room tiny but fancy. Easy to find food and shops .Staffs was friendly and helpful. Common area well designed and cozy.

For a room paid NT3200 ,The space is tiny small, the inside stairs very danger to go up n down. It is pity the pictures much better than reality. Service? there is no so called service! just hurry to collect money in case u change your mind. They even turn 90% light off after 23:00, it so called "home". 看網站跟照片真的不準,唉!

a perfect hideaway in the middle of tainan, with all the amenities you might need, a beautifully cosy and comfortable room, well-appreciated air conditioner, an amazing bath tub, much needed complimentary washer and dryer facilities and short walks away from the highlights of this wonderful city. will definitely return the next time im back!

住了兩晚，因為冷氣實在太大聲，兩晚都幾乎沒睡，戴了耳塞還是無法安靜入睡。 第一晚沒睡好，隔天就立即與櫃檯反映，但是他們說中央空調每一間都一樣很大聲。。。？？ 洗手台不知道水管有沒有堵住，只是洗個手，水就要滿出來。 第二天沒有腳踏墊，牙膏是附在第一天的牙刷袋裡面，可是牙膏用到第二天就要沒了只剩一點點可以用。。。

很貼心的寄放行李服務， 當天有牛奶沒喝還幫我放進房間冰箱冰存💛

自己住也不會害怕，地點也很讚，雖然在巷子裡面，但採光很好，但是不知道是不是電壓有問題，燈有時候會閃一下閃一下

住了一個禮拜，空間不會很窄，地點正好在台南中心點，去哪裡都方便！隨時可以獲得店家都貼心叮嚀與推薦！如果不熟台南的話很適合來這裡

地點很棒，基本上三天游台南都是用步行，從小南天出發很方便。周邊咖啡廳，餐飲，mall不少。住宿環境很舒服，該有的都有，櫃檯服務佳。房間更是滿意。可惜只住了兩晚。

這次是入住樓中樓房型，房間採光很好，還有附dyson吹風機，用的很喜歡。樓梯很陡，爬得時候要小心，就算入住一般房型也可以體驗dyson吹風機，一次５０元；浴室很貼心有附女性私密處清洗的清洗露，房間也有附身體乳；公共區域的咖啡也很好喝！整體住宿體驗真的很棒，下次還會再來入住

一進房就可以看到廁所尚有不少其他人留下的毛髮，清潔上的確可以再加強，但價格就擺在那，有潔癖的人就建議不要挑戰自己的忍耐極限。晚間其他房沖水聲什麼的較明顯，高敏感族群也建議不要，但其他客人不打開房門吵鬧的話除了沖水聲沒什麼問題（對，我那天一樓的年輕人半夜開門的說話聲很有精神呢）。 隨遇而安型的客人我覺得可以來住。

2月的時候住在了樓中樓603號房 +非常滿意櫃檯人員的服務：很友善，並且我比入住時間更早抵達，還有幫忙寄放行李甚至直接放到整理好的房間，讓我不用在6點以前（櫃檯服務截止時間）趕回旅館,這點很貼心！ +房間很漂亮。浴缸居然還有小鴨子，床也睡得很舒服。使用的是Dyson吹風機 有附送在地掛耳咖啡和茶包 +洗衣機烘乾機免費使用太佛心了 +地點挺好的，離台南火車站大約10-15分鐘距離（車程的話5分鐘）。附近景點就有赤崁樓。附近美食有福泰，落成米糕，雙生綠豆沙牛奶。附近也有全家 改次再來試試其他房型是否一樣好👍

部屋とコンセプトはおしゃれを意識していたが、掃除はそこまで届かない感じ。 トイレはずっと何も言えない匂いがする。 開放的なゴミ箱は本当に気持ちよく使えない。 また、連泊すると掃除は結構手抜き、期待しない方がいいレベル。 洗濯機の使い方もややこしい… フロントの人はパートさんの感じ、全然親切とは言えないなぁ。 私は一番広い部屋にしたから何とかなるけど、友達から聞いた別の部屋はだいぶ狭いらしい。 また、音漏れがすごい。隣の人が喋る内容を聞き取れるぐらいひどい。 その時は、遠慮なく全力で壁を叩いたらいい。 だってフロントは夜にいないから、スタッフ経由で注意してあげたくてもできない。 ここを検討するなら、市内の「木梁作」や「辣虎阺家」の方が圧倒的におすすめです。 どっちでも広くて日本に負けないぐらいおしゃれ、宿の人も親切です。 せっかくの旅を残念な思い出にしない方がいい。

Can't tell how much I appreciated the service here. Two days prior checking in they called to make sure I knew the way. As it turned out i had to modify my dates and they were kind enough to change it without much fuss. What stroke me as brilliant was when I got my luggages delivered with courier, they automatically put it in my room. Located in the alley it's one stone away from the minzu road where chihkan tower is located. Broghtly decorated, very clean, it provides gym and yoga room as well. I stayed in the small room, tatami style. The futon was very comfortable, and even though the space was small it was well furnished and decorated even with a small bathtub. As authentic as they are, full tips and guides come in a booklet. Highly recommended
