An interesting experience, this wasn't terrible but neither was it great. This place is halfway between a 3 star hotel and a homestay. Most of the usual amenities were there, but no small towels, no hairbrush/combs and no bottled mineral water. There was an electric kettle in the room, but no tea bags or coffee bags. Only a drinking water tap, coffee/tea set up on the 6th floor. Front desk service is supposed to be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. but at 8 in the morning nobody was at the front desk. Also you have to wait 20 minutes between showers so the hot water can heat up. The rooms were clean and quiet, though it is on a busy street. A decent accommodation but not stellar.

Service is really nice. Complementary bottle water in room and you can ask for more. Also provide complementary breakfast. However, you'll have to wait for hot water once one just finished showering. And the mattress is really firm.

Forgot to take photo of entire room😭 but very comfy and welcoming atmosphere when we walk in the room. Bed is super comfortable and room is spacious. Very clean. Retro design. Japanese style toilet bowl. Shampoo and body wash provided is nice. Reception is good and friendly to recommend places. No breakfast but ok for price point and there is many eateries nearby. Common area is convenient. Drinking water provided. Tea and coffee provided. Not the cheap cheap type. Strategic location and walking distance to many attractions and bus stop.

Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tainan. We arrived in the city super early but were still offered an early check in! Just that alone made us love the place. Our room was super clean and very cute. The common space upstairs is gorgeous and has a coffee maker. The hospitality was impeccable— the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful and called taxis for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location, room is clean. No complementary breakfast. They don't provide tooth brush and tooth paste. The hotel is no longer associated with Adagio, so don't come with the expectation.

Enough size rooms. Peaceful and well decorated spaces. You can't miss to take a picture outside of this building, there is colorful side wall.

Close to some scenic places such as 孔廟、文史博物館、林百貨…and just walking distance to some famous street markets 正興街、中正路. Cozzy room. But the breakfast is only OKAY

Great, affordable hotel. Cool design throughout with large, clean rooms. Front of house staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. TVs have dedicated movie channel, plus Netflix and YouTube. Internet speed is acceptable.

The hotel was nice overall, but the service left something to be desired. If you extended your stay more than one night, they wouldn't clean the room; they would only replace the towels and take out the garbage. Furthermore, they left dirty mugs, didn't refill the water bottles, and didn't clean the bathroom.

Traveled for vacation - We only speak English. Easy 5-Stars for the price/location/size of room. Not a luxury spot by any means but the room was large (by East Asian standards) and clean. The checkin process was easy and automated with instructions in english. Whenever we had to speak with the staff they understood enough and helped us right away. The location is the real value here. So much to do within walking distance. Literally right next door is a little bar, all around you have food vendors, coffee shops, shopping. Just a fantastic spot to spend a few nights.

The hotel and the room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Location perfect, opposite has convenient store and laundry shop and in front a popular night market.
