To call this property a 5 star hotel would require a trip to the realm of imagination. The front desk staff is always overwhelmed and never answers calls, there are no greeters and individuals who help with luggage upon arrival, and this property shows concerning wear and tear for such a new building. This hotel has a serious lack of luxurious amenities. The gym consists of 5 cardio machines and the pool is out of commission. There are also no lounges or common spaces to enjoy. The rooms are functional yes, but are essentially an ikea model. Rooms are small, luggage racks are not included, and my room in particular had a weird smelling air conditioner, water damage, rust, and mold. My 3 redeeming factors are that the location is excellent, the housekeeping staff is some of the best I’ve seen, and if you get a high floor, the view at night is spectacular. Without the view, the room would easily be in a 2.5-3.5 star category. Do better Caesar metro, your high paying guests deserve much more than what you currently offer.

Rooms and amenities are pretty decent and clean. We booked multiple rooms for a small gathering with friends (all covid restrictions lifted) However, I think the staff should be retrained on customer service. Since we are a large group, we brought a lot of stuff including some snacks and drinks for our small gathering. We parked our car in front of the main lobby to unload our food and snacks. Since we had alot of stuff, I asked the woman who i think is a concierge by the door if we could borrow a trolley. She immediately refused and kept on going about some guests taking their trolleys and never returning it. She was even explaining it in a condescending voice which made me feel offended. I was so annoyed because why would she think that we are going to steal her trolleys? So, to avoid any commotion we just let it slide and we carried all our stuff by ourselves. The second day, we had our gathering in one of the suites. It was a Saturday around 10pm and we admit that we are quite loud. Suddenly we heard a loud knock on the door and its one of the staff from front desk. When I opened the door, she immediately raised her voice saying that we are not allowed to have a party at night. I thought it was reasonable so i told her we will turn down our volume and stop being too loud. But no! She was not done yet. With her loud angry voice, she kept on going on how we are disturbing the whole floors and people kept complaining about us. She also repeatedly said she will kick us out of the hotel if we don’t stop. So to not make it any worst, we just stopped everything and mingled in silence. But it doesn’t end there, even when we were already quiet and just speaking softly, we heard banging on the walls as if they could hear us breathe. BTW, the rooms were advertised as “sound-proof” apparently they’re not. We had a comfortable stay otherwise. I just hope the treatment we received will not be repeated to any other guests.

Room was OK but there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I notified the front desk about this, showing them pictures and they told me they would ask housekeeping to come clean. However, I did not see any change in the next 3 days that we were there, so the bathroom remained moldy. Made me doubt whether they actually really clean the place in between stays…

I'm only happy with this hotel for its location to all the landmarks I wanted to visit along with ease of transportation. We got this superior room at a deal, and the view is 100% superior. The rest of the room needed help. The transition into the bedroom looked water logged. It was squishy without being wet and looked horrible. The couch was stained. We did appreciate the amenities: water, bath bubbles, toothbrush, q-tips, razor, etc. The multiple USB ports were helpful. Also, the bed was relatively comfortable. But the room walls are paper thin, and we frequently could hear people talking.

We stayed there last February 13-16, 2023, celebrating our Valentine’s Day. My husband booked a room thru Agoda. During our stay, I got diarrhea. The hotel does not have their first aid kit and worse, when my husband wanted to extend our stay for one more day, the manager told him that we need to get out exactly at 12 pm and get our room around 3pm. My husband plead if we can just stay in the same room (normal to other 5 star hotels that we previously stayed) because I have a terrible stomach pain due to diarrhea, the manager said “it’s not my problem”. No empathy at all. Customer service is so bad. Will never go back to this hotel again.

Worst experience for me. This is the first hotel in Taiwan making such service. For most business travel customers, we won’t be able to wait for checking in, but we need to change our dresses for meetings after landing. Most 3+ stars hotel able to share GYM bathroom for us to change clothes and taking quick shower. However this hotel is not, and the front desk lady attitude is very bad. Listed a 5 stars hotel, but 2 stars service with 1star bad front desk.

+ The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and vibrant. + The rooms were decent and the food was good, particularly the breakfast buffet. - They didn't honor a special occasion request despite prior communication via email with them about it, or when asked about it on check-in. - This hotel seems to be quite popular with families so there was a high volume of guests. That might not be some people's vibes. There's 30 floors so at times you're often waiting for an elevator for awhile. Even more if you're trying to get between the gym/pool and your room. - The aforementioned high volume might have to do with other's past reviews of their check-in service, but I didn't have any issues with it. Overall: The atmosphere and price was 5-star but other than the food, the rest of the stay didn't quite feel like 5-star level.

Nice room, though a little small. Mine was a single double bed. The room is a long and narrow type with the bed's headboard at the window. That means you can't watch TV from the bed. You have to sit on the sofa. There is a small bathtub and a shower. The hotel has a small pool, though the lifeguard kept leaving for several minutes at a time for errands. There is a fitness room, but not much equipment.

Was there in November 2023. Service of the hotel staff was reasonable but not the best we have come across on our travels for a 4/5-star hotel. Our room floor was good at a higher level with a nice view and in a quiet corner. However, we may have planned our trip at the wrong time of the year as almost every day there would be several large and uncouth tour groups checking in which made the elevator traffic extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable (in case anyone with preconceived notions is guessing, no, not they were not Chinese but from another nearby country from which I would have expected much better manners given the classy image they present in their idol drama series exported all over the world). Would be visiting Taipei again next year and and considering the same hotel since the overall experience was enjoyable but am concerned about whether those tourists groups are a regular thing there or just seasonal.

We loved the hotel! My wife and I are well-traveled Americans but this was our first time ever in Taiwan. We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. It was a good location for what we wanted to do. The online reservation system was easy, and the reception and customer service were both friendly and professional. The room was modern, very clean and the bed was welcoming comfortable to us weary travelers. The room was equipped with an ectric tea pot and the proper cups (not paper) were pre-warmed in the drawer with the tea bags. That's attention to detail! The breakfast buffet (which we paid extra for) exceeded our expectations. The hotel concierge was very helpful, and they held our luggage while we did as much sightseeing as our 22 hr layover would allow. If our travels ever take us back to Taipei, we will look forward to another visit to Ceasr Metro Taipei. Thanks for a great visit, Taipei! (Some of the pics are from our city excursion.)

Unfriendly staff especially this is a Caesar hotel. Waiting for the staff , Andrew Chen, a long time while he kept doing his thing instead of letting us check in. No greeting and smile and no instruction while we are very polite to him. We stay for 3 nights but felt like we were not welcome. Nice room with stylish design but the details were missing.

Since the buffet on 5th floor was closed, we ordered from the menu for lunch while we waited for our room. We ordered nachos with salsa, fried rice, and pork hamburger. The meat on the burger was mostly fat and chewy. No type of sauce on the burger, just bread, lettuce, and tomatoes. Next came the nachos. The chips were super stale and they brought out the wrong sauce. Seriously, how do you bring out the wrong sauce. The sauce the served us was like a tartar sauce. When we asked the manager, they said that’s how they make their chips. Luckily they were nice enough to bring out more crunchier and fresh chips and the right sauce. Lastly was the fried rice. Flavorless and has a weird smell. Not only that but we found a weird blue thing inside the rice that really stood out from the rice. At this point, just wanted our money back but the manager brought out the chef to apologize. Don’t know how you screw up 3 out of 3 meals but we were completely shocked that this could ever happen to anyone. The chef offered us beer, I told him it was only lunch time and still early but he insisted. We then made a toast to the worst restaurant ever.

I had a great time at the hotel, I asked for a high floor, I got a room on the 19th floor. I did not expect that. Overall great service. I noticed at the breakfast that they did not have yogurt. It was the second 5 Star Hotel within a week where they didn't serve yogurt. Maybe they could think about that.

The location of this hotel is spot on. Nearby Starbucks, Train station as well as plenty of convenient stores. Very strategic location with loads of good food within 10-20 mins walking distance. Nearby Michelin star street foods too. As for the front counter, I did not felt I was greeted well. Most of the receptionist gave a snobbish looking impression to us. I did not have a pleasant experience upon checking in as well as checking out. I do not understand what’s with the proud look. This is not how your hotel should treat your guest. However the staffs at the front doors are extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted all the guests with amazing hospitality. Great job for those at the front door who are also helping us to get taxi during our stay. I don’t understand why a big difference in service? Those standing behind air conditioned counters are acting snobbish while the others works under hot weather in front door are doing their very best to keep us feeling welcome. Anyway in general this is an amazing hotel. I’ll definitely consider coming back again. Hopefully i can have a better experience checking in again in future.

After spending a few days here I can't really recommend this hotel. No self service laundry Walls are super thin, and I've been woken up by people either yelling or just talking loudly in nearby rooms My room has a wet and moldy carpet that makes a squishy wet sound when stepping on it, video attached Room services refuses to bring anything to your room and makes you go down to the first floor each time The staff are nice when talking to them and the location is great but the rating on this hotel is too high

The 5-star rating of this hotel begins and ends in the lobby. Room service did their best but our Deluxe room was in a rough shape. There was mold in the bathroom and the insulation caused water to leak outside on the carpeting. Also, don't bother with the buffet. It was probably the worst dining experience of our stay in Taipei.

Even tho beautiful room, but the air conditioner keeps switching off by itself in the middle of the night. I’m so hot until I woke up to switch it back on. Definitely not a 5 star. More like a 4 star. The bed only has 1 FLAT pillow and only can request for 1 more if not I have to be charged. First and last time here.

Checked in at 2pm, was told room will be ready around 3pm. Came back at 3pm and was told room have been cleaned but will need another 15 to 20 minutes to check and will call me once its ready. Waited till 330pm still no call. Checked again and was told room is actually ready but why no call then?!!! Needed extra supply from house keeping at around 11 15pm. No answer from housekeeping, operator, and even duty manager! Finally spoke to someone at front desk n was told these people I called are all off duty at this hour! Duty Manager is off duty?! Front desk took my request but I don't get my items delivered even after an hour. At this time when I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting for my supplies. Walls in rooms are rather thin, can hear neighbour snoring from my bed! How did this hotel get its 8.7 rating on Agoda, besides its not bad location? I really wonder!

Room looks nice albeit small, but it's Taipei so I expected the limited space. Hotel looks posh, breakfast buffet is like any normal hotel standard with no specialty, but service crew sucks. Look at one of my photos, we came back in the evening to find the aircon rack crashed on our luggage. Sure it wasn't heavy but what if there are kids in the room and the rack smack them right on the head? I tried calling the operator, front desk, concierge and duty manager, at least 5 or 6 times each, none of my calls were picked up. It was only 6.30pm. In the end I have to go to the lobby to get help. I approached the guy at the concierge and explained my situation. Shouldn't the usual SOP be apologise and assure the guest that the problem would be resolved quickly? I wasn't livid but I sure am unhappy that some rack fell and land on my baggage. In stead the guy only said he understand and would send someone from housekeeping to repair with NO eye contact, and I have to ask when will the guy be coming to our room. It wasn't an unpleasant experience but it made me feels like I wasn't a hotel guest with an issue to be resolved but rather I'm a hotel guest that gives trouble. Overall the service crew were rather cold and they don't make me feel like a welcome guest here. I am on a 8 days vacation travelling round Taiwan and have stayed another 6 nights in hotels of different areas in Taiwan, but this is the only hotel that for sure I'm not coming back anymore. 2 stars for the convenient location and its beautiful hotel deco.

The design of the room is quite chaotic. Although it appears fancy, it is not user-friendly. For instance, there is no mirror in the bathroom, the shower water easily spills out onto the floor, and the air conditioning shuts off when you leave, resulting in a musty room atmosphere. The only advantage is that the room is larger than those in other hotels. However, next time I would prefer a smaller room at a different hotel. 間房浴室發哂霉,我屋企浴室都乾淨過佢

Great customer service. Lunch buffet was amazing and very worth. Location was a good 5-10mins walk from Longshan Temple Station with 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. Only two concerns: 1. Cleanliness - can be better because I don't appreciate seeing multiple strands of hair (definitely not mine) on my pillow. 2. Waiting time for lifts - even though there are 6 lifts total (3 for lower floors and 3 for upper), we still had to wait at least 10-15mins.

The only complaint I have is that the elevators were very slow during high traffic hours (I was on the top floor which meant the longest waiting times). I'm not sure if there's anything that can really be done about this though. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT stay at this hotel if cleanliness is top priority for your stay. Although it is listed as a 4/5 star hotel on multiple sources, the hygiene quality of their rooms and staff service are that equivalent of a 2 or 3 star hotel. The one star I would leave them is for the location of the hotel, which is convenient to transportation and a 7-11 down the street. The carpets, walls, bathroom are all dirty and had not been clean properly by staffs. Hair, mold, and mildew are left everywhere in the shower room and toilet room. There are no vents for the shower room or toilet room! We had attempt to change to a different room with worst result! Please pick a different hotel if you truly want a 4 or 5 star experience!! See attached photos of room.

Nice hotel with good rooms, even though I had fruit flies in my first bathroom… Staff is great, didn’t try any of the restaurants within the hotel, just the cafe/bar. The hotel seems to be meant for families with small kids mostly. So don’t count on the pool being a nice and relaxed experience ;) maybe they could have kid-free hours at the pool? BIG PROBLEM with elevators, they would need to be at least twice as many to not create crazy elevator queues. Sometimes it would take up to ten minutes JUST TO GET IN. The area is nice and the hotel is very accessible, but people who live in a Taipei describe the area as kind of dead :)

amazing hotel with amazing decor. the room sizes are big and the room had a lovely view of the city and a massive window. they gave items like toothbrushes, brushes, razors, bottled water and slippers and replaced them daily. They also had fresh towels daily. the bed was VERY COMFY. the location is amazing, there is a train station directly below and subway is a short walk away. there is also a convenience store below the hotel. there is a gym and a swimming pool and the facilities are very nice. overall fab

Everything that you would expect from a four star hotel, but nothing else. The rooms were clean, but felt a bit dated and worn-down. The pool and the good view from the 28th floor were nice!

Repeat stay at this hotel. It’s value for money although location is not super best. However they do have free car park if you drive. Room is nice and clean. Not particular big but decent. But most important the service of the manager called Eddy is fantastic. Due to changes to our plans we have to make multiple bookings but although it was complicated Eddy was very patient and helped us to change rooms and accommodate everyone on the same floor. Because of his service this hotel deserve 5 stars. Will stay here again in future.

A big hotel with nice, clean and quiet rooms. We stayed on the 29th floor and had an excellent view over the Longshan temple with the city skyline as backslope. Our 3-bed room was fairly small but modern and light with comfy beds. The Wanhua train station is in the same building as the hotel, and the nearest subway station can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. Nanjichang night market is about 15 mins walk away. The hotel pool feels a bit enclosed, but is anyway nice. Staff is very helpful and service minded. Prices in the restaurant and the 5th floor Starbucks are a bit hefty, but that is almost to be expected in a hotel with this standard.

Good value generally, but very underwhelming in certain respects. Location and price point was great, but truly you get what you pay for because there were practically no instances where you got service above and beyond the bare minimum. Lift lobbies were over crowded (had to wait for 3 lifts to get down from my room). Toilets were old and didn’t feel very clean, but they were adequate.

We stayed for a week, and found the stay a pleasant experience. Room and hotel facilities were clean and decent. Plenty of tech stuff makes the check in experience as well as room controls efficient. The ladies manning the concierge were very helpful and gave us some good advice and suggestions. Location of hotel was v good with easy access to the metro and plenty of food outlets and street food.

The hotel room was small for a family of 4. There was not even a desk or a dresser in the room due to the limited amount of space. Our room did have a good view. Hotel service was good and the hotel staff were kind and helpful. However, during our 4-day stay in the hotel, there was no wifi available because something was wrong with their wifi. The location is good and is right next to a subway station.

  • 1/5 Austin S. 9 months ago on Google
our room had visible stains on the carpet in many locations, with an unpleasant bathroom smell in the room as well. the room had clearly been put together too quickly, with many small issues throughout the bathroom, shower, and bed area. for the cost of this room i expected much higher quality, and that's saying nothing about the rude guests and their wild unattended children we had to make our way around during the stay. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to my friends.

Rooms are good enough, but do not look very fresh. Don’t expect much from the gym, only a few treadmills. Not that much tourist-friendly places around, requires a little walk to find some. But the public transport stops are close.

Our family visited from New Zealand & loved staying at the Caesar Metro! Hans & the team made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend including the buffet breakfast into your booking. Our room facing the river was amazing from sunrises to night lights. Everything was clean, amenities convenient & swimming pool was a great bonus against the hot weather!

The bed and shower were very comfortable. Other than that, the experience was less good. The room was tiny and located right next to the elevators. All day and all night we could hear regular dings when the elevator arrived and chatter from the guests. Inside the room they positioned the TV on the side of the bed which made it difficult to watch anything comfortably. The TV was having issues upon arrival for which we called the staff. It turned out to be a loose cable, but instead of apologizing for not checking this issue before we checked in, the staff just made sure we knew we wasted his time. Furthermore, more than once during our two bought stay some random first connected to the TV with Chromecast making us watch their show. Finally, hotel parking isn't actually at the hotel. Instead they use automated parking across the street. This is a very slow process and picking up your car takes many more steps than I have experienced in any other hotel.

Hotel occupancy very high during the time we stay. Good that have sofas for us to rest and wait for room ready by 3pm. Staff very helpful try their best to give us rooms asap. Accessible room perfect just that not twin beds instead of queen size bed. We have another room was very nice view and king size bed on 19th floor. Neighborhood were wonderful with famous local foods, night market, day market, old building, temples and shopping. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to MRT. Next to hotel is train station to others part of Taiwan.

The hotel location is great. Our room had a great view of the mountains and the gym was well maintained with many treadmills. You can get to Taipei Main Train Station in just 1 stop and Raohe Night Market in 2 stops on the local train. Otherwise Longshan Temple is just 2-3mins walk away to take a train to Ximending! Breakfast options could be better though...

You get what you pay for 4000Nt/night including morning buffet. Nothing fancy in the room but clean business size. However you get to enjoy the nice night view with large window of Taipei if you say on the upper floor. Outdoor Swimming pool and indoor fitness center it’s not bad. The dinner buffet it’s okay. buffet has both eastern and western style taste it’s so so. They should have the bar at upper floor of hotel that would be nice. Too bad the bar it’s at 5th floor.

Few week ago me and my family went to have a wonderful dinner. The food they deserve is really delicious and also prefect. Also there services are good, I feel like I’m eating at home so comfortable. My favorite dishes is the sashimi. I had eaten about two plates of it, because it’s too fresh I love it so much. I also want to say something about their desert. My favorite type is the caramel pudding, it also very good. But the most amazing thing is the lemon pound cake. It isn’t too sweet or too boring, it is just hit the spot. I will like to go there again!☺️

We are a family of 4, originally booked to stay 7 nights later reduced to 6, booked via Agoda. The hotel contacted us to confirm that our stay is not for quarantine purposes and stated this is not a quarantine hotel. They did the same to my sister who is staying 2 nights with us. The room for 4 is great for its value, clean, good value and it has a small living area that can provide privacy to the bedroom. We love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a bit painful to modify our booking. We had to call Agoda and submit a request. EzTravel has better customer support.

The 2 star review on Dec 2021 from "Aerielle" was rather polite yet accurate. Will take some time for this April 2022 review on a Saturday. I am legit sitting in their car park after checking out contemplating if we want to see how a Sunday non peak day experience would differ. The sheer amount of notes and names I took were the most I have ever taken. The chaotic conflicting frenzy of the two night experience will take some time to organize. Some photos first. Stories later. Certain staff were extremely helpful and friendly despite being understaffed and.. This ramble, drafted 17/04/2022 will be edited.

Several things: first: the staff on the first floor (except the concierge) was not really thrilled to help. That gives already a less good impression. Second: the rooms are small, i am used to this in Japan, not in Taiwan. Carpet could be replaced as an example. Third: Amanda, the cleaning lady we happen to meet when we left the room. She made up with all the things we didn't like. She was most warning and apologized for our 'not so good experience'. I wonder, or maybe not, why she is the one who must be encountered with our complains. But, just for her and many other staff members who give great service, we will have another try in the hotel soon. Fourth: the breakfast is great!!!

The hotel is located at a very good spot. And the staff are generally friendly. But considering the price I paid, there are some cons you want to know. First of all, as many pointed out, there is usually a very long queue at the lobby for check-in. So I used a self check-in machine. And maybe because of this, I got a room with a problem. Through somewhere in the bathroom, tabacco smoke constantly gets in my room. Also, the room is not cleaned thoroughly. The floor and a remote control for TV are quite sticky. In conclusion, comparing this hotel with other 5 star hotels I stayed before, I cant say my experience with Ceasar Metro is as satisfying as others.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the balcony with its stunning city views. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always available to assist with any needs or questions I had.

The hotel has a 711 right outside the exit, just a 30 second walk. The elevators are fast and easy to get around. The gym only has treadmills and cycle machines, which is unfortunate as many other hotels have free weights as well. There is no fountain in the gym but a water filter/dispenser. The pool is also much smaller than I thought. Fortunately, the beds are comfy and the room service is good. They give water bottles and fresh towels daily. However, there are no microwaves in the room and the fridge is a bit small. There is also no exhaust fan in the washroom.

Straight above train station, 200m mainly covered to MRT station, very convenient for travelling. Hotel room reasonably clean and comfortable. Book earlier will get a better price, when closer to the date, the price increase significantly.

The hotel is built over the Wanhua Train Station, so even I lived over 20 floor, I still could vaguely hear the train's passing sound. Besides that, the hotel is closed to the Longhand Temple Metro Station as well. The guest could have 25% discount at Metro Buffet (百宴) and other discounts at the other restaurant, bar according to the ad in the elevators. (The event might end up in the June, 2023) There are some facilities at 8 floor, like gym, swimming pool (only opened from March to December), and a place for kids, called FUN TENT. But there are two kinds of elevators, one is for 1-20 floor, and the other is for 1-5, 21-30. So it is inconvenient for the guest like me who stayed in the floor over 20, and also wants to go to 8 floor. Because I have to transfer for the other elevators. Regarding the swimming pool. The edges of handheld shower head holder in the shower room is very sharp, so my finger got hurt when I tried to hang the shower head. I told the lifeguard and he made a proper wound treatment. The other thing is there sometimes few bugs floating on the pool since it is a outside pool. And I chose to scoop them with hand, putting them to the nearside artificial grass rug. There is also a skywalk at 2 floor.

Stayed at the Caesar Metro Hotel last February and it was a pleasant experience. PROS: It is located in a less busy area, near the Longshan Temple and relatively near to the Ximen Tourist Area (around 1.5 km) if you like walking. There are some free movies in English available in the TV, most are in Mandarin. Complimentary tube ice and water is accessible 24 hrs. There’s a small gym and a pool (closed during the winter). The room I stayed in (superior double room) is comfy and satisfyingly spacious. The shower and the toilet are in separate spaces, the lighting of the entire room is great, and you can get a stunning view of the city and the sunset. The bed was perfectly soft and the hotel even offers a yukata instead of a robe, which to me was a nice touch. The lines in the lobby for check-in was a bit long as there was a problem with the self-check in, but checking out was really quick and easy. I’d stay in this hotel again :)

This is by far the worst 5-star hotel I've booked. The first time I got into the hotel, I was informed I could use the self-check-in function of their machine. It took me five times to input my personal information due to their system error, and one of their assistants had to come take my passport back to their counter to process it. She came back, telling me I had to input my information twice in order for the system to work. I was really confused, since you could have just checked me in with the passport you took from me; instead, I had to waste more time to self-check in and kind of defeat the purpose of saving time in line. Second of all, the first thing I saw in the hotel room next to the bathtub was a bunch of mold, not just a little. As a 5-star hotel, I would say this is totally unacceptable for it's price. On top of all the disappointment, I was calling the counter at night and asking for a beer bottle opener. They told me I had to go downstairs with my drinks as they only had one opener in the hotel. At this point, I was really confused about whether I was living in a motel or a five-star hotel, but I was too tired to complain as it had been a really long day. Instead, I asked for a spoon, and they again asked me to go downstairs to pick it up. I understand it might be some standard procedure in some other hotel, but I assume that should be delivered to my door as you are a five-star hotel, and I believe there should be a certain level of service coming from you guys. This is the first time I am writing a hotel review in my life, for it is the most disappointing experience I have ever had in my life. I am not asking for any compensation, but I would suggest the hotel really improve their overall service, as I would not suggest anyone live here for its current standard.

I was particularly impressed with the patience and politeness displayed by both Pei Pei Wen and Irene Huang throughout my interactions with them. Their unwavering courtesy and willingness to listen to my questions and concerns made me feel valued and well taken care of. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, their dedication to providing assistance with a smile was truly refreshing. No matter how many questions I had or how specific my requests, they handled each one with grace and professionalism. Their patience and politeness were instrumental in making my stay at the hotel a truly delightful experience. I am genuinely grateful for their outstanding service and commend their commitment to ensuring guests like me have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Pei Pei Wen and Irene Huang, for your exceptional service. You've set a high standard for what exceptional concierge service should be.
