    とても良心的で、久しぶりこんなに美味しい天ぷらを頂きました。 オーダー注文だ衣もとても丁寧につけてありとても美味しかった。 これから高山に行ったらここに通います。

    They prepare the soba in the morning (you can watch through the window) and it is delicious. Took a warm soba bowl as it was really cold outside, mushrooms were also really delicious! Best sobas in Takayama (tried different, more touristic spot before).

    盛りそばの大盛りをいただきました。 美味しかったです。 店員さんお勧めのめかぶ入りのお塩掛けて食べるのもとても美味しかったです。 久しぶりに美味しいお蕎麦をいただきました。

    蕎麦、天麩羅いずれも丁寧な仕事に感動しました。 高山市在住（移住6年目）です。 信州（北信）出身の私は根っからの蕎麦好き。 江戸の高い蕎麦も文化としては好きですが、やはり蕎麦は安くて美味いもの。 高山市内の美味しい蕎麦を巡りようやく出会いました！ おすすめされた、メカブ入りの塩。天麩羅の野菜の旨みを引き立てるし、蕎麦湯に入れれば蕎麦の香り、旨みを引き立てます。

    2023.5.12。高山市内で蕎麦屋さんを探していていた所、たまたま手打ちそばの看板に惹かれての訪問でした。もり蕎麦を注文した。 おすすめの食べ方は、透明感のある細切りそばを、まずはめかぶ入りの塩を振って味わい、次に出汁につけるの順だと言われた。これがまた蕎麦の風味と塩味がマッチして実に美味い。また濃厚なそば湯は手打ちの際に余ったそばを撹拌してドロドロ状にしてるらしくて、これだけでも訪れる価値有りの高山のおすすめの蕎麦屋さんです。

    大通りのご飯屋さんはどこも並んでたのでこちらの一本入り組んだ通りのお店に入りました。客席は多くありませんが入店後すぐに満席になりました。もりそばと天ぷら頂きました。そばは細くて好み。とても美味しかっです。お塩をお薦めされとても美味しく天ぷらはほぼお塩で頂きました。お蕎麦も半分以上はお塩で頂きました。古いお店なのでピカピカではないですが、古民家は同じような感じかなと思います。
