    Automated conveyor belt sushi. Ordering via touch pad is easy with English option. Very affordable and good quality for the price 👍🏻

    Good quality & value for money sushi. Most were for ¥150 per plate (weekdays - ¥90). Bit of wait on weekends evening; otherwise very fast ‘automated’ service.

    Excellent sushi @ Hamazushi that is frequented by locals. Free parking from 11:00 - 23:00 hours. Golden plates cost ¥150, the rest of the sushi plates are ¥100 each. My personal favourites are The Sea of Japan horse mackerel, ark shell, ike-jime yellowtail and pineapple. Yummy!

    Its a conveyor belt sushi restaurant (kaitenzushi) where the sushi goes around on a conveyor belt and you pick what you like or you can order your sushi using a tablet above the conveyor belt. The sushi here are ok. Though it says its as low as 100Yen per plate, but the 100Yen plate are not as good, and some plates has only 1 sushi. Overall, comparing to other conveyor belt sushi restaurant we visited, the food here is OK.

    Cheap and good sushi. Nice place to pop in for a quick meal. The desserts - mille crepe cake, melon tart, melon were also good.

    I had to wait a little 50min, people like to come here! And I understand why, good quality of fish, a lot of choice, service really efficient, less than 2 minutes to get what you ordered.

    It's quite crowded, but no issues getting a seat as a solo diner. Some tourists were loud and noisy in their large group at the waiting area, which was a bit disorienting. Food quality was acceptable at this price point, and dishes were delivered pretty promptly. Decent variety to choose from too. Service staff seemed busy but still assisted properly when asked.

👍👍 Recommend restaurant at Takayama, try Hida beef menu or sushi, you won't regret. Just walk straight from Takayama station to miyagawa river less than 10 minutes. And the important thing, they served HALAL food.
