I went there for 2 nights with my brother after booking at another Hostel... This one was 100 times better: it was clean and modern as well. It provided toiletries that many hostels /hotels don't offer. The room service was excellent too. They don't ask for a deposit and you can pay by card. I'm not sure about the location but I think it has good access to several restaurants and services.

Though this hotel is considered budget, there are plenty of good things about it:clean rooms, good ACs and nice staff. However, it's Impossible to stay here when it's relatively busy. You'll hear every bit of noise if you have any neighbours. We could barely sleep because someone on either our floor or one above us has been having hot nights and screamed like an animal. We also heard some people speak or sneeze every time. Long story short, you choose Hop Inn for a 2-3 nights stay, but not for a longer time.

the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Especially when I've stuck don't know how to use the grab app, the staff assist me very well. The hotel were also clean and nice. The grab car also easy to reach out. I'm very satisfied with the accommodation in Hop Inn Hotel.

Fantastic value for money hotel, only a short walk from the Old Town in Phuket. Rooms very clean, and beds really comfy. Would happily stay again.

Clean room, working aircon, great services, great price but the room was not very big for 2 people.

The hotel is suitable for the travelers who are looking for the fast and comfortable stay especially if you travel with personal car this hotel is the answer. There are adequate parking lot space available. The staff was so friendly, helpful and informative. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is so great. The most satisfied part is the fast service of check-in and check-out. Do recommended if you need only few hotel facilities such as decent guest room, parking lot, and limited-time.

The room doesn't have Comb,shoes,mirror, Toothpaste and toothbrush,if u need a hairdryer u must ask the front desk. The hotel can't check in early. The front desk guy is not friendly. The housekeepers are so kind. The room is clean . All of the people at the hotel cannot speak English well.

Complete value for money. Clean and well maintained hotel, easy checkin&out, good bed. If you are self-driving parking will be big advantage very spacious.complementory coffe is available from 6Am to 11Am. No breakfast/Kitchen. Decent room size, I will say no balcony (it's 3x3max - even your luggage will not fit in 🤪 ). No dental kit provided. Our AC stopped working at night, when informed no questions asked they changed our room- only down side you have to carry ur luggage no service either at checkin or during these changes. Location : 500m from old town and night market. Calm and silent surroundings.

the room has a small balcony, convenient for drying a wet towel; and got a big window for natural light. we got no water boiler but its ok they provide coffee/hot milk every morning at the lobby. really worth the price for a budget hotel.

Have stayed in HOP INN in various cities and they are all the same. Basic and clean, no frills but they have the four most important things to our hotel stays 1) set back well enough from street so always quiet from traffic noises. 2) Soft beds which is very important as we are side sleepers and the soft bed allows for the spine to remain aligned so you wake up pain free. 3) A decent quality aircon that is quiet at night when you set it to the lowest fan setting so it’s easier to fall asleep. 4) the rooms are always clean and tidy. The prices are also a bonus but we have walked out of cheap hotels recently in other cities for their uncomfortable beds and or noisy aircon systems. So we know what’s important for a good nights rest and we know the standard with HOP INN.

Solid budget hotel that has many parking spots. Near Phuket old town. Wall is thin you can hear people talking, using toilet, slamming doors.

Friendly helpful staff . Only a few hundred metres from the Orange Airport BUS, which stops in front of 7-11, if you wave,& only 100 Bart's for 1 hour journey. Close to wharfs where various boats leave . In the middle of Phuket OLD TOWN where it's similar to a century ago. The Thai cafe opposite & up 50 metres, has real good cheap meals, & a resident cat which does the rounds of greeting all customers. Free tea & coffee in the Foyer & outdoor eating area.

Overall good experiences with cleanliness and price. The hotel a little far from center of downtown but still can walk. Parking also safe and many parking lot
