I booked a room for a few nights through Agoda, the room I received looks a lot older than the pictures and has weird smell. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby and around the hotel. The hotel and the room look more like a motel than a hotel. I got a lot of mosquito bites while in the lobby. Very bad customer service. I talked to them about how bad the room was, and they said they won't give me any refunds. Also, the receptionist doesn't understand good English. I had to leave 15 minutes after I received the room and booked for another hotel. I can't stay there any longer. NEVER recommend this hotel!!

I had one paid night booked thru Agoda, could not arrive that day and sent message advising and asking the reception directly to use the room on next day or other day on their convenience whenever free, but got answer they can rebook but paying again much more than what they already got from my original booking....then they said is fully booked. So maybe they got some baht for free in their pocket, but made a very low service...not gaining sure more customer... If that is the way to regain customers after Covid pandemic, then will be a very dark future for this hotel and for all Thailand too....

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the pool is beautiful, the GYM is just amazing. All the staff do an excellent job. Special mention to Santa who is always smiling and ready to help. 👌

Not the best room quality but okay (Just asking for extra pillow last night but they didn’t have night shift maid so no pillow)

Resonable price with standard room, fully equipped gym and swimming pool in the heart of Phuket and also close to Suan Luang park, what else you can ask for.

For the price you cannot get any better, rooms are ok, good size and clean. The pool is also good and you get access to a very nice gym. Internet speed is not great though, 30-40mb/s as much, and pretty unstable. I recommend it.

Huge multi-level commercial gym, good-sized pool, and decent sized rooms for the price. Quiet for a good night sleep. Helpful reception desk people. There is a handy little convenience store opposite, although it doesn't show up on Google Maps. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quite nice hotel - a bit run down. Very nice staff - most of them at least. I actually stayed there because they have a gym. The gym is actually separate and independent from the hotel but it can be used for free by hotel guests. Very nice gym in fact!

Located in Old Phuket Town Close to some of the great night markets Good base spot for all that Phuket has to offer , hotel has nice large rooms , beautiful large rectangular pool, friendly and very helpful staff, lots of restaurants just outside the hotel or just eat onsite at theirs . There is a mini fridge in the room and the mini mart very close by .

They hv great gym, however, all I can say is they are hardly accommodating in an accommodation business.

Good Hotel with a pool near Phuket Old Town. You can use the gym next to the hotel for free. But, the gym is closed on Sunday.
