Staff
is
friendly,
but
BE
WARY
WHEN
CANCELLING
MEMBERSHIP!!
I
injured
my
back
while
lifting
in
the
Tampa
Palms
location
on
9/25/23
and
they
have
continued
to
bill
me
ever
since
AFTER
COMPLETING
THEIR
REQUIREMENTS.
I
herniated
two
discs
on
the
morning
of
9/25/23,
and
tried
to
cancel
my
membership
at
the
beginning
of
October.
First
they
INSIST
that
you
come
to
the
facility
and
physically
sign
a
form
to
cancel
your
membership.
I
could
barely
walk,
let
alone
drive,
and
they
still
made
me
come
in
to
sign
this
form.
They
told
me
I
could
only
get
the
last
month's
fees
waived
if
I
emailed
them
my
emergency
room
documents
to
their
email
address.
I
never
did
this,
because
I
didn't
care
about
the
fee,
so
THEY
NEVER
CANCELLED
MY
MEMBERSHIP
AND
HAVE
CONTINUED
TO
BILL
ME
EVER
SINCE.
I
called
the
Tampa
Palms
store
today
(1/2/23)
and
spoke
with
a
manager
named
Niko,
who
kept
insisting
to
me
that
I
must
never
have
come
in
and
signed
the
form,
when
in
fact
I
vividly
remember
the
pain
from
driving
my
crippled
self
(AGAINST
MEDICAL
ADVICE)
to
this
facility
to
complete
their
form.
I
suggested
that
one
of
his
staff
didn't
submit
the
form
I
signed,
and
Niko
kept
telling
me
that
this
was
my
fault
and
was
rude
to
both
me
AND
my
mother
on
the
phone.
I
have
heard
from
others
that
cancelling
my
Crunch
membership
would
be
a
challenge,
but
I
never
imagined
they'd
treat
someone
like
this
who
slipped
two
discs
while
working
out
in
their
facility.
I've
never
had
any
issues
with
staff
while
working
out,
but
this
is
fraudulent
business
practice
and
highly
unethical.
I
will
continue
to
expose
this
incident
on
other
platforms.
