These
restaurants
are
very
common
across
the
country.
You
will
find
a
few
in
every
districts.
Their
main
charm
is
their
rustic
environment,
even
though
it
can
be
dirty.
They
serve
you
with
multitudes
of
items.
You
will
be
spoiled
with
choices
and
end
up
eating
more
than
you
usually
do!
Another
interesting
aspect
is
that
the
taste
doesn’t
differ
much
from
one
to
another
even
if
they
are
hundreds
of
miles
apart.
Maybe
one
or
two
signature
items
can
offer
a
really
different
taste.
I
have
found
none
such
item
here.
On
an
average
all
the
bhortas,
vegetables
tasted
good.
I
particularly
liked
the
badam
(nut)
bhorta.
As
for
fish/meat,
I
had
duck
bhuna,
which
was
ok.
There’s
a
sweet
curd
in
the
dessert
which
is
sweet
and
edible.
But
the
milk
tea
is
awful.
Thay
do
brisk
business
and
I
hope
they
continue
to
do
so.
