I dropped by for a session while on holiday in tel aviv. Professor Yaniv and the students were all very welcoming and hospitable. The skill level was also extremely high across the class and all the rolls were tough and challenging. So glad I popped in!

Today, I had the incredible experience of training at the "The Israeli Academy of BJJ & MMA" in Tel Aviv. Let me tell you, Yaniv is an exceptional instructor. As I walked into the gym, I immediately felt welcomed by him and the friendly atmosphere of his BJJ Team. If you ever have the opportunity to be in Tel Aviv, it’s awesome place for Training BJJ!

Great BJJ club! I'm a white belt, and have trained before in another place - and here I found what I was looking for: a very structured, methodical BJJ school. I feel that this makes much better use of my time and allows me to progress much more efficiently as a beginner in the sport. The atmosphere is great and all higher belts and instructors are courteous and very welcoming. Highly recommended

One of the best BJJ academies in Israel, A place to practice BJJ and at the same time learn the philosophy behind BJJ in a warm welcoming atmosphere. Especially recommended for women with one of the largest women classes in Israel.

Not welcoming environment. No supervision when students training in engaged combat practice to prevent injuries Bad overall experience. Response 1: *. NO I am not Mixed with any other academy And 100% sure have the right place. *. NO you don’t have 3 black belts and and multiple instructors per student/white belt. *. Why would I contact you to resolve a bad experience? Isn’t google just great? Response 2: No Proof of identity is needed to provide to whom you ? This is a review for people looking for a decent place to learn and practice BJJ - injuries free! Lacking of your overall supervision and self concentrated ignorance your response clearly justifies the claims and your unsafe activities and supervision for students. Response 3: Nothing fake about writing a legitimate and accurate review the only fake one is you trying to justify yourself via clearly cynical comments on a very serious matter and claim.

Super welcoming environment for all genders and languages. Top notch BJJ instructors with excellent women’s club. If you are in town, highly recommend to stop by and train with the team!

Did a drop-in during my last visit to Israel. Itay is great, and the instruction level is fantastic. I would gladly do another drop-in the next time I visit.

The trainers are very professional and welcoming. Everyone I roll with are friendly and helpful, exactly what I looked for! In addition the space itself is very pleasant, I didn't expect such quality from a small sports facility in Tel Aviv :)

Good place for beginners. Offers 2 lessons each day. No ego on the mat. A bit crowded sometimes. Very good instructors.
