The whole checkin process going through chaos in the aisles until you reach the room. The provided room, havent seen such room in all our 10days stay in Israel, and this is not advertised as a hostel, its quite expensive even for tel aviv prices. The couch was full of the ugliest stains ive ever seen, the beds mattress was full of stains with only a very thin linen over it, so one could see everything through. The street next door is so loud and the windows and doors are like nothing. And the worst the communication; after our complain they said the manager is only available in 2 days, which was luckily our checkout day already and we moved to our nice other hotel just around the corner. Similar price, and high class standard. Expedia couldnt help us either, even though i sent them lots of pics of this horrible room, they didnt do much about, in the end a voucher (!) was provided. Never again this hotel, and never again Expedia as booking platform. Sad, cause we wanted to give a booking competitor once a chance... But you have to check out the photos attached, way more information isn't needed i guess, they tell you more than 1000 words.

Not at all as in the pictures. Feel cheated. Got a new room but definitely not worth the money. Highly disappointed as unable to cancel and don't want to spend another 100 dollars on an upgrade. One star for the coffee on arrivals and the service via email. We understand why we had to pay in advance!!!

Avoid this place. We arrived late and were given the worst room possible. Meant to be a kitchenette - was a microwave in a cupboard, no cups,no kettle, cheap furniture, no sink or bench as pictured in room photos- with a sea view. I just glimpsed the sea between the buildings but had to struggle to see it. A dirty courtyard with left oflver furniture in the passage. Very expensive for a tiny room .you can easily do better on the area. Avoid it !

Rooms are comfortable with good size. Small kitchen with microwave and fridge.

Nice place to stay in Tel Aviv. The location is excellent, 1 minute from the beach and close to the all the vibrant places. The room were renovated and are pretty nice. Some details could be fixed to be perfect (some ustensiles are old like the microwave). We really appreciate that our room was cleaned every day.

GREAT LOCATION AND STAFF CAN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. - Rooms are air-conditioned and cleaned daily (includes a supply of toiletries and fresh towels)! They are a decent size and have a kitchenette as well; a real bonus! - The friendly reception staff can organise any trips and shuttles for you during your stay and are always prompt in responding to your email queries/requests; priceless! - There are numerous shops, restaurants & take aways near by and the beach is only a stone throw away. Carmel market is approx 10-15 minutes up the road and Jaffa around 30 minutes away. We definitely recommend 😊

Not all all as pictured on the internet. I paid extra for a room with a balcony. The doors to the balcony were broken and when I asked management to take a look, they sent someone who struggled with opening and closing them. That’s not what I paid for, as I could never open or close them myself. They stuck me on the third floor and there was no elevator. There’s a phone on each floor to call the front desk, located in a completely different building, but no one ever answered it. Water leaked into the room from both outside windows but management wasn’t at all concerned. Not enough furniture or space to spread out comfortably. If you have to stay here, don’t pay for an upgrade and bring slippers because the floor is very cold and there are no rugs.

Great value for money, the location of this hotel is just perfect, very close to the center and right in front of the beach. The staff was very friendly! I would definitely come back.

We had great time spending weekend in Tel Aviv before flying back home. The room was spacious in the best location straight on the beach. The front desk was fast and great service. The minor problem is that it was noisy due to central location and non noise proof windows.

The only highlight of this hotel was that it was next to the beach. I paid a lot of money to have a studio apartment and ended up with a small rundown room at the back of the hotel looking into the carpark rubble. small room with no kitchenette and not even a cup to drink out of. Really dissapointing and worth only a 1 star rating! The hotel was so friendly emailing me before I arrived, afterwards I received no response. There are so many hotels in the same area, don't make the same mistake we did staying here !

I'm a meticulous man, here the building structures and furniture are old, I think that your wishes will meet anyway, everything you want is on time and the items you will use are in working condition, and the workers are great.

Check in perfect, brought up to the room, which is also perfect. For the money you get the very best possible. Huge recommandation!!

Good price. Nice rooms. Takes a while to start going out the hot water

We are really enjoying our stay here, the hotel's location is wonderful with the vicinity of the sea, great restaurant and beautiful city districts. The cleanliness of the room cannot be criticized, it is really high standard. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and can be asked about everything 0-24. They gave us a fully prepared, clean room even 2 hours before official check-in was available as we arrived here much earlier. Clean sheets and tidy room awaits us every evening when we arrive back. We received a really high standard service on a not only reasonable, but even low price compared to nearby hotels. Even that having breakfast is not available in the hotel is not a problem, because of the vicinity of bakeries and restaurants. We can recomend this hotel to anyone.
