I'm writing this on the way back to Tel Aviv from the Jerusalem Old and New City Tour. The level of prejudice from our tour guide was disgusting. Degrading and stereotypical comments about Palestinian's and Muslims throughout the tour, ended up with multiple arguments between the tourists and the guide, with one couple quitting the tour early because they'd had enough of his provocative and prejudice comments. I've put that at the top so it doesn't get missed. So if you want to read about the rest of this terrible tour, see below. The tour started badly with a rude bus driver who refused to say whether I was getting on the right bus, followed by the company rep defending his attitude. We're then driven 15 minutes to swap buses to head to Tel Aviv. Throughout the journey to the viewing cafe provocative comments about Jordan were being made by the guide. This was followed by insulting all Palestinians intelligence as we headed to the old city. He bypassed vast swathes of the city, even the parts specifically listed on the tour 'Via Dolarosa' which was almost completely ignored. Many of the tour, listened to other nearby guides or relied on Google to learn. It was also a group of 30 people, so the few times he had anything to say, it was hard to hear anyway. In addition to it being in two languages, (English and German) so everything was repeated. I think that's why it's a full day tour because everything we did could have been completed by 1pm if it wasn't for the repetition. To be picked up at 7am and in all likelihood, return 12 hours later, the tiny amount you see and learn about Jerusalem is pathetic. You're prevented from going into any other shop besides the one with the huge mark up. Selling small souvenirs for $48 and then taking you to another tourist trap restaurant for lunch. We had the same amount of time in the souvenir shop as we did in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (25 mins)! It was after this that the arguments start. Another comment about Muslims was made and one of the group had heard enough, she was backed up by a number of us on the tour and the guide got defense and started arguing back. As we left Jaffa gate, he made a sarcastic comment to the lady again and the arguments started for a second time. It was at this point, one couple left the tour and demanded to get their bags from the bus. I would have joined if I wasn't heading back to Tel Aviv. We're now heading back to Jaffa gate as the taxi that was 'organised' for some of our group didn't show up so we're stuck in rush hour traffic and therefore expecting a late return. A completely unprofessional setup, living on name rather than quality of experience. It's unacceptable to go on a tour and have politically motivated, prejudice and stereotypical commentary throughout. You have tourists from around the world listening and learning, you should take that opportunity to spread a positive message and profess community but instead our guide chose to showcase his prejudice and rudeness. Embarrassing!

Booked the Dead Sea Relaxation tour and it was one of the most stressful days of our lives. We where basically lumped in this shoddy, falling to pieces complex in the middle of the desert, 43 degrees heat, with absolutely no facilities; everything was closed down “due to Covid” which would have been fine if we were informed, as we had specifically asked for spa treatments however the company refrained from letting us know nothing was available. Please note my arm was in a cast at the time, therefore I specifically enquired about this as I was not able to bob about in the dead sea for a long period of time, and planned to get treatments done instead. The upkeep of the sea area was abysmal, broke plastic chairs, rusty drain pipes leaking very dodgy liquids. The ground was unbearable to walk on, walking out of the shade to water the ground was thick with black mud which radiated extreme heat and burnt our feet. The area itself looks absolutely nothing like the images seen on the website . When we refused to stay any longer as the faculties were closed the company refused to send us back as transport would be too costly. When we expressed that we were completely deceived by their advert; the images and description was million miles apart from reality, and that we had the right mind to report them to the Isreali tourism authority, the manager arrogantly responded with sure let me give you the number. After 6 hours of burning in scorching heat at the disheveled mess of a complex. We finally get to leave, 30 minutes driving back to Jerusalem, we feel the bus halt suddenly. The very airy fairy tour leader, did not do a simple head count and left group members stranded in the desert, so of course we had to drive back for them. This led to us being late for our drive back to Tel Aviv therefore we got stuck in rush hour traffic and instead of being back by 6 pm we were back by 8pm. This experience was a Complete and total nightmare from hell.

I recently embarked on the Jerusalem and Dead Sea one-day tour with Bein Harim Tourism services in Israel, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The tour began bright and early, which allowed us to make the most of the day. The organization and timing of transportation and visiting various sites were impeccable. I appreciated that the tour was structured to provide ample opportunities for learning without making us feel rushed. However, one aspect that left me somewhat disappointed was the stops for coffee, food, and souvenirs. While convenient, these stops felt like they had agreements in place to extract more money from tourists. Prices were considerably high, with a shawarma costing £10 and a coffee £5, which I found to be a rip-off. I would advise future travelers to this tour to bring their snacks and plenty of water to avoid overpriced stops. Despite this downside, I must highlight the excellent tour guide who provided valuable insights and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Bein Harim Tourism's organization and the guide's expertise largely made up for the minor inconveniences during the journey.

Had a terrific time! Orion (guide) was insightful, friendly, and engaging at least. Jacob (driver) got us there and back safely. Both cared for our safety and input. Loved every minute and will use their services again. Worth it.

Not customer friendly! The tours are ok! But the extra cost is not worth your money. There tour guides take to there friends shops only. You are not given time to shop around to other vendors. You are told to use this guy or this shop only! After going back around to near the same area. I found the same thing a lot cheaper in other shops! Just because this the Holy land everyone here is not Holy!

Booked Masada and Dead Sea daily trip. Reut tour-guide and our driver Itzik were great. We learn a lot during trip. In addition to the main attractions we stopped at AHAVA store, had lunch and bought delicious dates from locals. Reut kept us engaged snd and on time!!! Great tour. We took cable car to Masada. Next time will try to go by foot. Approximately 45min climb. Bring hat and water. Maybe sunscreen.

We went on the tour to Masada and the Dead Sea. Or tour guide was Michael Altshuler. It was a great experience. Michael is such a nice and knowledgeable man who is incredibly friendly and patiently answers questions. He really seems to be very passionate about the history and stories of the places and manages to convey this feeling as well. Couldn't have asked for a better guide. Perfect. The tour itself was a very pleasant experience as well. The fortress was very impressive and the Dead Sea was great, too. We could have done without the stop at the Dead Sea cosmetics but that's just personal preferences I guess.

Very impressed. Took several tours with the agency during our time in Israel. Guides and drivers were educated and courteous. Customer support was great. Blessed to have had the opportunity to see so many sacred sites in such a short time. Unforgettable learning. Highly recommend working with Bein Harim.

About a week and a half ago (2/18/23) we enjoyed the Nazareth and Sea of Galilee tour with Dorit Halimi. The tour included many sites mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible. I was most moved standing on the shores of the Sea of Galilee... uncluttered by human construction, making it easier to imagine Jesus Christ's life in the area. I've read the accounts of His life for over 50 years. Seeing the places didn't make it more real but perhaps more relatable. Dorit did a wonderful job relating the relevant information. I definitely would tour with her again given the opportunity. We especially enjoyed her lunch recommendation...a whole fish! 😁

Staff is great, but tours are poorly structured. Hotel pick up works great. Hotel drop off works great.... Did two full day tours (Masada & Dead Sea, Jerusalem & Bethlehem). You are rushed through the interesting sites and extra time is allocated to souvenir shops. They also make you eat at their "chosen feeding halls", where you and all the other 40 buses arrive the same time to queue for disgusting food. Do a private tour or hire your own tour guide.

My wife and I went on the Nazareth and Galilee tour. We had a very disappointing experience. The minibus was half an hour late and the guide barely knew English (and yes, it was the English language tour). Most of the time we could not understand him. When he did talk, he only gave the most basic information, like 'this is a church', and 'this is an important place'. We began the tour in a gift shop where we wasted 30 minutes. After that, we were rushed through the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth and surroundings. This hasty way of moving continued the entire day, we were rushed from place to place without a good chance to stop and learn. Also, barely any information was given about arrival times, lunch break, bathroom breaks, photo stops and so on. We were in the dark most of the time. Example: We got picked up at 7.15 am (to get to the starting area for all tours) and only got to have lunch at 2.30 pm. We received this info far past midday, and only when some people in the tour asked about it. The guide barked orders and seemed upset that people wanted to stop and take pictures. He was more concerned with getting to the next stop on time than with providing a pleasant and memorable tour. I asked him a very simple question about Israeli money and he didn't understand what I was talking about: his English language skills were simply non-existent. I reached out to the agency and although they did give me a lengthy response, they declined to offer recompense in any way. As it stands, I would not recommend Bein Harim or Egged Tours (through which the booking was made) to anyone. In fact I would actively dissuade other people visiting Israel to go on such a tour. It was absolutely abysmal and not worth the hard-earned money.

Tour guide was excellent (knowledgeable, humorous, friendly) but the organization was a bit lacking. They pick you up so early from Tel Aviv hotels that no coffee shops or hotel breakfasts are open but then were a little late and did a complicated bus shuffle which ate a lot of time...I'd rather be told to show up later at the real departure point and have a chance to grab something to eat.

The Dead Sea tour via King Herod's fortress (in English) was really interesting and entertaining. The tour guide Michael explained the information very well and was very knowledgeable. We were on the road for ten hours and were able to see a lot of the landscape. The Masada fortress was very impressive. The tour was very well organized, you could buy something to eat in between. Everything else (entrance fee, cable car etc) was included. Floating in the Dead Sea was a unique experience.

Did a Jerusalem and the Dead Sea tour with Bein Harim from Tel Aviv and had to write a review after reading some of these others. The tour was great. Picked up promptly from a hotel near mine and then was taken to a central meeting place where we switched onto buses specific for our days tour. Did it take time? Yes. Like fifteen minutes. It was not a big deal at all. Then got on the bus for our specific tour and went off to Jerusalem. Bud was very nice and clean and (importantly in August) well air conditioned. They took us first to a coffee shop with a great view of the city while some additional people from other cities were added to the group. We were there for maybe twenty minutes and had the chance to get coffee and use the restrooms. Then off on the tour! Our guide Norbert was great the whole day. Nothing but good things to say about him. Other reviews are full of complaints of the shopping, but I didn’t find it bad. Sure, they took us to a specific shop but it was also one of the certified shops in the city they weren’t overly pushy, just pretty standard tourist shop stuff. If you’ve traveled at all it’s totally familiar and normal. Quick stop and then off again. For lunch we went to a place with a nice view of the city and had a choice between wraps and a buffet. Wrap and a drink was like $13, totally fair and similar to in Tel Aviv anywhere. Then off to the Dead Sea which was also great. Overall, would definitely use them for tours in the future. Saw someone complaining at lunch about paying 50 sheckels for a wrap and drink and I have to imagine that’s who has written those other reviews. Toda Norbert!

Although I had a little anxiety about the pickup arrangements, once the buses arrived, this tour group went into high gear to get everyone off to their desired excursions. Our guide for Nazareth, Tiberias, and the Sea of Galilee tour, Daniel, was unfailingly pleasant, very knowledgeable, and quite funny. I had a wonderful full day on my trip and would recommend this company for travelers to Israel.

The pickup was at a different hotel, where we went on a bus and went to a meeting point. From there on Hava was our guide for Cesaree, Haifa, Rosh Hanikra and Acre. Its an amazing tour and Hava was always in a good mood, eventhough we were about 50 people. It’s a lot to see, but it was worth it

We did the Jerusalem full day tour. However we didn’t learn as mush as we expected as the tour was done in two languages, so 50% of the time when the tour guide could be explaining a bit more or answering questions they are busy repeating the same basic info again. Also at the end of the tour we separated into smaller vans to be brought back to our hotel but the driver refused to bring us to our hotel. Said he was paid to go to different hotels and not ours despite we were picked up from our hotel in the morning. I had to call the tour company and explain the situation, be the Intermediary while the driver called his manager etc. Eventually we just got off and paid for a taxi back to our hotel, plus the 20 min international roaming phone call bill.

All depends on what tour you take. Jerusalem Old/New: great, Judean Jeep Tour, great. (They will shuttle you to a central location and then put you on another bus, disorganized chaos). The 3 day North tour-horrible. They should tell you that when they pick you up at 7am, you won’t be scheduled to have lunch until 3pm ! Also they only take you to a place that they organized, but you pay, hmmm, wonder what that deal is about ? The tour guides were terrible, they picked us up at our hotel, but dropped us off with two large pieces of luggage 5 blocks away from the hotel in Tel Aviv !!! You also do not get very long in any of the destinations that you go to. The day in the Golan we had a horrible tour guide who said almost nothing and we did not see much, waste of time. If you stay at the Hotel at Nof Tahor, it is ok, very very basic. The Cafe Cafe across the street is good for dinner and there is a Goceey store next to the restaurant that closes at 8pm (good for water and snacks), The pick ups and drops offs in the North were very disorganized and they never want to communicate properly. We also tried contacting the people at Bein Harim before and during the tours to ask some questions and never ever received a response. We would use them again for the Jerusalem tours, but never ever for the North tours ! Buyer beware.

This is a great tour company. I have gone twice and the guides were very knowledgeable. Avi did a great job explaining everything in both English and French. The customer service is very good. They call or text making sure you know where you need to go to meet and explaining the tour you are taking. Thank you Bein Harim for a great service and a great experience. Avi did a great job

My husband and I went on this full day tour to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea in February 2023. Our tour guide was Itamar K. and he was excellent! We really liked how he was able to interact with people from all walks of life, answering questions diplomatically and also giving us great knowledge about Israel. The tour allowed us to see many important landmarks around Jerusalem and gave us time to do a little shopping as well. Yes— there were a couple of stores that we *had* to go into doing the tour, but Itamar K. never made us feel too pressured to buy anything from these specific merchants, and we appreciated that. The Dead Sea visit was also fun because we spent a decent amount of time there to feel like we got our money’s worth and we had a good experience as well (it’s definitely a must do if visiting Israel). Honestly, we were kind of worried about the tour because we had read some reviews that this particular tour company (Bein Harim) was pushy and not a good value for the money, but we completely disagree! Maybe it’s because we had an engaging tour guide and a hilarious driver (he really knew how to land a punchline)…all I know is that we had a great time!

Our Guide Yoau Malachi and driver were very good and helpful. My wife has got a knee problem and they made sure they waited for us to come and adjust their walk slow and wait for us. They made sure we don’t miss anything to see and explained everything in detail. The guide was continuously explaining and humorously talking to all of us.

I had a fantastic tour of the Golan Heights with Bein Harim. Our tour's guide, Benjamin, was knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. We even got to go off the beaten path and visit a bunker where our bus driver and other Israeli soldiers hid from the invading Syrian soldiers during the Yom Kippur War in 1973. While, unfortunately, 32 Israeli soldiers lost their lives on that hill, our driver was able to return with pride and show us what the Israeli Army was able to accomplish in eventually winning the Yom Kippur War. In addition to that, the group was given a chance to see some of the most incredible views in Israel, and we also got to stop in an olive factory and see how they make creams and washes using pure olives. I highly recommend this tour of the Golan Heights--and particularly, Bein Harim Tours--the next time you happen to be in Israel.

We enjoyed our tour to Caesarea, Haifa, and the Crusader Castle in Acco. Sevon, our guide, was informative, spoke excellent English, though she thinks she doesn’t, and was very receptive to our questions. We covered a lot of ground, without being terribly rushed. It was one of our best experiences during our week in Israel.

The Masada and Dead Sea Tour was incredible. Tour guide, Yoav, was a hoot - very knowledgeable, charismatic and a great driver. The sites are out of this world and the scenery is like nothing we had seen before. It's not an easy part of the world to run a tour so some minor stresses here and there could be expected. Absolutely worth it though and will treasure the experience for life!

We booked a Nazareth tour with Dorit. It went well and everything was explained thoroughly with much enthusiasm and ensuring we all understood the history and stories. It’s very interesting and truly appreciate everything including the patience of the driver. We visited the first kibbutz for our lunch. Unexpectedly we had to pay $25 for buffet lunch. The food was great however it would be good to mention in the itinerary to ensure all are aware of the cost and could afford to pay. I have noticed a few skipped lunch and it was awkward to eat while others are just sitting in our table. Overall, it was a full day with beautiful scenic drive of Tiberias and Jericho, etc. thank you!

We had a half-day tour from Tel Aviv to Jarusalem, so the bus took us from Tel Aviv hotel and left us after lunch in Jarusalem, which was kind of cool, because we had the rest of the day to go and see the beauty of Jarusalem by ourselves. All my friends and I booked a one day private tour to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea from Tel Aviv. We did not have a lot of time in Israel so this tour was very convenient as it was well organized and we managed to visit the main touristy sites. The best of the trip was our guide Yuval, he was knowleadable, and accomodated all of our group requests when possible. He went above and beyond showing us Israel's hidden gems and giving us local tips. We did our tour in Spanish but I belive he also does the tour in other languages. Highly recommended, thank you!

We booked 1 day tour (Jerusalem and Dead Sea) directly from the website two days before we travelled to Israel. The booking process was easy and understandable. We got feedback and voucher by e-mail. The pickup at the hotel was excelent in Tel Aviv. A guide came to the hotel reception and called our names. After that we got in a bus but we had to change the bus in a central terminal where all the Bein Harim tour buses were waiting for people. We spent a great day in Jerusalem and at the Dead Sea. We had a lunch in Jerusalem's old town with a beautiful view on the rooftop terace. The guide Itamar Buk was superb and knowledgeable and he told interesting information for us on the bus and also on the streets. Everything happened as it was written, so the tour very well organised.

This is our first time booking a shore excursion not with the ship. We were a bit anxious doing the shore excursions independently. I shouldn’t have been as our guide Avi which we had both for a private tour and a non private tour was excellent. He was very professional and was very informative. Also, we were on time both leaving and getting back to the ship. Both these excursions were planned very well. I have also found that the same excursions offered by the ship are far more expensive. I cannot recommend Bein Harim Tours enough. Excellent tours and excellent guide!

Disinterested tour guide with not much to say. Disoriented service began where daily guests were sorted into their buses, guided into restaurant through the back door so guide and driver could get their free lunch, holding back of timing when it would interfere if being led to a store where commission would be received, caused a guest to be lost on the tour and was indifferent to the guest's partner being upset, left last visiting spot a half hour later than need be so they could save a bus ride back (eventually determined were one seat short and had second tour guide leave). I expect there are better tour companies in this fabulous country.

Spent first hour or so at a central bus terminal for coffee and a bathroom break just after boarding. Time wasted. On route to Masada stopped at Ahava for 30 minutes. More time wasted. Tour of Masada was very busy but our guide navigated it well and gave us good highlights. Then off for a quick lunch at a very busy tour group restaurant. Food was horrible. More time wasted. When we finally arrived at a very busy Dead Sea beach we had 1 hour to get changed, walk down to the beach, spend literally 10 minutes in the water then do the reverse. If we hadn’t wasted time elsewhere we could have actually enjoyed it more. Not well organized. Wouldn’t book with them again.

Worst tour company for Jerusalem & Bethlehem. Our tour to Bethlehem had buses with non working AC. !!. Our guide was solely interested in talking about Jewish sites, and by-passed very critical Christian sites. Isn't the reason for Holy Land tour to see Christian holy land sites?. Really the worst company to use for Holy Lands. Oh yeah be prepared for two tourist trap stops. One is a souvenir shop and the other is an over priced restaurant. Complete JOKE!

Trip to “old Jerusalém”. Picked up and dropped at the hotel on schedule, nice staff and comfy bus. My guide was excellent, named Tomer! Enthusiastic about history, showed passion for what he was doing. Trip went trough all the interest points, with time to see each one and the necessary explanations. Great value for money, strongly recommend this trip and agency

Superb introduction to the Old City of Jerusalem This was an excellent tour, covering all the main sights of the Old City. Our guide, Itamar, was superb: giving us an intelligent and knowledgeable introduction to the holy places of the three main faiths in the city, and consistently patient and good-humoured. Everything was well-timed but did not feel rushed. He showed us places that we are unlikely to have visited if we had just walked around the Old City ourselves. If I have a criticism it is that perhaps too much time was allocated to the souvenir shop. Overall, highly recommended.

I did the bethlehem tour and the old and new city of Jerusalem. The guides were very good, especially Yoav in the Jerusalem tour. The morning organizations when they are redistributing the tourists through the tours is very slow and confusing and lacks some improvement. Despite that I would do it again for sure.

I am very displeased with Bein Harim Tours and the tour guide, Eyal, that my family and I had to Jerusalem. I understand the tour company caters to a large population, but their should be an apparent note if the tour is not suitable for the elderly over a certain age. I also understand that the tour guide has a group of people to look over and can not accommodate specific requests, but Eyal’s demeanor and presentation from the start of the tour was cold and unwelcoming and when I mentioned my grandmother was having a hard time keeping up he simply said “I know; that’s why I’m waiting…” and that was after I had to walk ahead several times just to see where he was going and then go back to assist my grandmother in order to not lose the group. In addition, Eyal was presumptive on where we should shop and dine, for some reason... The restaurant which Bein Harim tour company has associated itself with was extremely unprofessional. We were aware lunch was not provided yet we were told that we had to dine at this specific restaurant even though the group had plenty of other options to choose from. When my husband asked about the cost of lunch at this restaurant he was told by the waiter several times that the lunch was free. It was not a language barrier because he was speaking to the waiter in Hebrew, and he asked him 3 times. I think it shows negatively on the tour company that they are associating themselves with a dishonest restaurant who outright lies to their customers when asked a simple question. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish the tour due to 2 family members feeling sick, including my grandmother, which is very unfortunate as this was her first tour of a place she so desperately wished to experience. When I contacted Bein Harim about our experience, Rozan Salhab responded with some apologies; I said I was more interested in having them assist us with joining a group for the second half of the day tour we missed. We did pay for the service after all. I provided 4 dates and NEVER HEARD BACK. After hearing my concerns and assuring me this is not Bein Harim's "standard" and they are taking this "very seriously," wouldn't the minimum be a response back? I had another tour scheduled with Bein Harim. I gave 3 days notice to cancel along with explaining my negative experience on the 1st tour, and we were still charged a 4% cancellation fee. Bein Harim is NOT a tour company that serves the people, and I will be sure to let my family/friends know when they book their tours. I HIGHLY suggest booking with TOURIST ISRAEL. They made the rest of our tour experiences a joy and were very respectful and understanding of my concerns with touring with my elderly grandmother.

Terrible experience with this tour company. Initially I booked a tour for pickup from Netanya, I was charged and then told there's no pickup from Netanya. Upon calling for a refund the staff were rude. Eventually I got a refund but lost money because I had to pay in USD, and lost the bank fee on the transaction. I later booked a tour to North Israel. The guide Tal, was rude and unhelpful, providing barely any historical significance of places, just rushing the group along. One of the 4 places on the itinerary was shut, as it is every Monday - she had no clue. The tour was a terrible experience and waste of my time and money. I absolutely do not recommend this tour company and especially not that tour guide.

Our guide Rafael was quite entertaining , did a good job explaining everything. The problem is this tour takes you to a gift shop in Jerusalem where Im sure they have certain agreements They sweet talk to you in a shop but pay attention on what they charge, Just noticed shop overcharged me 1700$ more on my original 1000$ purchase. And no receipt since they “do things electronically “ What a scam!

Not bad, but room for improvement. Getting picked up from the hotel wasn't as smooth as it could've been. Ended up running a bit late, and they hired a taxi to take us to the meeting point. Could've been better organized. Our guide was very friendly and easy to understand in English and French. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned, but otherwise nothing special. The tour of Old and New Jerusalem was fun, and we visited a lot of historic sites, but I would've liked a bit more depth on the explanations and history. We didn't get any time to explore the market ourselves, and lunch was only okay. The lunch options were a buffet (with meats, beans, hummus, and mixed vegetables), falafel, and chicken shawarma. Lunch was not included in the base price. Overall, I had a good time, and I'd definitely recommend checking out Jerusalem.

I like this tour company. They are easy to book online as well as the the apartment we stayed with. The small group tour is definitely the choice you should make because they only have 16 people on a tour.

Had a great day...went to Nazareth, Sea of Galilee. Itamar was our tour guide. He is very passionate about where we were going. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour... and a good sense of humour!

We toured old and new Jerusalem for our honeymoon. Eyal was our tour guide and made the trip 5 stars for us. Well spoken, easy to understand and even put his hat in the air when things got busy. Thank you Eyal...keep doing what you do.

We had a great time in all our tours, thanks to Avi, Itzik, Tomer, Mahmoud, Omri, Boaz and of course Avishai! Incredible hospitality, great knowledge from all the guides, and really really well organised! Would definitely recommend. Highlights were the lunch at the Kibbutz on the Galillee and Nazareth trip, incredible service and knowledge from Shai on the way to the Dead Sea, a comprehensive, funny and smart tour from Tomer in Caesarea Haifa and Acre, and the efficiency of the Jerusalem tour by Avi.

Went with excellent guide Yoav to Jericho and Dead Sea. It was very safe, very interesting tour without any pressure. Had enough time to enjoy sights and Yoav provided plenty of interesting information. Highly recommend!

On our family trip to Israel, excursions to Jerusalem, Nazareth, Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, the River Jordan and many other holy places, such as the Dome of the Rock, the Wailing Wall, the Via Dolorosa and much more, were of course not to be missed. Mr. Michael Altshuler was our travel companion and made the tours what they were: impressive and moving days to truly holy places. With his enthusiasm for the biblical stories, but also with impressive facts, Michael managed to take us all back to a time that couldn't have been more beautiful and instructive! In addition, everyone felt that their own needs were taken seriously and that they were in good hands: he waited with the slow one and even made it possible for those being baptized to be baptized. If we had stayed in Israel longer, we would have happily booked all other possible tours with him. Maybe next year! Thanks to Bein Harim Tourism Service and especially to Michael. LG from Germany from Alice Mohapel-Bechtel, Maria Fede, Noah Bechtel, Sina Hufnagel, Doris Reichrath and Arnim Vogt!
