I want to warmly recommend Amigo coffee for the very good service I received from them. I bought an espresso machine which came with a coffee grinder as a bonus, and due to a failure of the delivery company, by mistake the coffee grinder was returned to the shop and wasn't delivered. The shop customer service made all efforts for me to get the grinder in time, and in addition they also compensated me. Thank you very much guys, you're great!!!

Extremely disappointed - bought ground coffee by mistake, needed beans. Customer service was unhelpful and downright short on explanations why (rude), refusing return or exchange. The inflexibility and lack of empathy overshadowed any good buying history i have with them. Strongly discourage shopping here.

Excellent variety of coffee machines including prosumer options for the coffee enthusiasts at home like me, prices range from good to great. -Gets one less star because the cost of repairing / replacing a faulty part in my machine (400 ILS) is not understandable since the replacement part by the manufacturer costs 100-120 ILS.
