Seems like a CrossFit / powerlifter gym with an emphasis on barbells. Plenty of equipment. I entered using a move-club pass, and it was easy to get started. Metal building/shed construction fits the metal/rock music on the speakers. Barebones locker room on the second floor with showers. Friendly staff

I travel around the world and join all kinds of new gyms. This one is absolutely my favorite, and the kind I dream of finding. It's clean, has plenty of equipment, the owner is very kind, and is a great value.

If you’re a proper hardcore lifter - I mean powerlifter/strongman/Oly lifter/ you know, the cool girls and guys 💪🏼😎 - it’s the best gym you can imagine. I have been training in gyms of this kind in Texas, Berlin, UK, and didn’t even think that I would find such a place in Tel Aviv. And here it is! 7 cages, 7 platforms, stable-wide benches, best bars, amazing atmosphere and great music. Highly recommend!

Best gym in the area for any type of strength training! All the equipment you can dream of plus a ton of cool toys for various types of training (Strongman, power lifting, crossfit...). Owner is super nice and hospitable, facilities are decent and the over all vibe is great! Parking situation is a bit tight in this area, but public transportation accessibility is great. All in all a fantastic experience.

After years of normal gym I got to this place and found out I wasted my time in a normal gym. With these workouts I feel like I fully train my body; muscles and cardio at the same time. Highly recommended
