Horrible
place-
no
service
except
sincere
apologies.
Apartment
has
broken
locker
on
the
balcony
door
and
can’t
be
locked
,
it
was
found
20
minutes
after
arrival,
the
customer
service
even
dared
to
suggest
that
we
broke
the
locker
and
have
hidden
it
somewhere,
because
(quote)
“
cleaner
did
not
see
it
when
he
was
there”,
-
we
were
waiting
for
2
hours
for
the
solution
,
tech
should
have
arrived
only
next
day
after
we
check
out
at
11am
,
the
management
did
not
offer
another
room,
as
we
asked,
neither
fix
the
broken
locker.
We
asked
for
refund
as
we
can’t
stay
in
unlocked
apartment
overnight
with
family
and
kids.
We
had
to
find
another
hotel
to
stay
on
the
spot,
going
from
place
to
place
,
it
totally
ruined
the
whole
day
of
our
get
away,
I
am
filing
a
claim
with
dispute
department
and
don’t
recommend
to
deal
with
this
hotel
network.
And
by
the
way
apartment
supposed
to
have
sea
view
-
there
is
no
such
view,
pictures
from
outside
probably
taken
in
one
spot
where
sea
was
visible,
but
not
in
the
apartment
we
paid
for.
