DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was staying today at the homy Tel Aviv alenby, unfortunately I was shocked by the level of cleanliness. When we got there, there was a piece of mayonnaise wrapper on the floor, and we couldn't walk barefoot at all because it was dirty. When I went to the toilet there was a towel arranged over the toilet, but when I lifted the seat and there was used paper in the toilet. And finally, a cutting board that is completely full of mold!!. When I complained, you offered me to bring me a new one tomorrow, like it a normative situation. And this solution still make me stay in this disgusting place. It feels like a disrespect to us, and this behavior is unacceptable to me. After long time discussions with the employe, she offers us to move to a different room- after all of the aggravation we have been through, this is not acceptable as well. Afterwards we talk to the manager and he was so disrespectful, he was blaming that on me and say I was exaggerating. He was so rude and didn’t care what we say or complained about. I didn't stay in the apartment even for the night. And they didn’t gave me my money back. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stay in HomyTLV apartments two times and I can sincerely say that these are the rooms where you really feel at home. Everything is well thought out, full set of amenities (kitchen, washing machine, iron). Very good locations with walking distance to the beach or main roads. Everything is very tidy and new, so it is especially nice to stay in a well designed and planned apartment. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel like a resident rather than a visitor to the city 👍🏻 💯🫶🏻

We have just had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at a HOMY apartment in Jerusalem, very near to the bustling market of Machane Yehuda. This was followed by 3 further stays in Tel Aviv. All the apartments were of a very high standard, clean, modern, air conditioned, fully equipped (including flat screen TVs) and well located. The whole experience with HOMY was incredibly easy and helpful. HOMY have really looked after us on this visit to Israel and we have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.

They first said my credit card wouldn’t go through so I was freaking out that I would have no place to stay with our 80 year old mother. Magically the credit card went through. Then I got a message that I still had a place to stay. We arrived with no problem. The directions were easy. We’ve been traveling for days and we’re looking forward to cleaning our clothes and warm showers. No drying rack. It was delivered the next day. The hot shower never appeared. The man downstairs asked if we also had the same problems. I had to use our extension cord to plug in the refrigerator into another socket so we could keep our food cool. So now we’ve been here one day and the message is they are working on it. How long does it take to fix. We are paying $375 a night for this. Ugh. Don’t stay here. They can’t be trusted.

The service provided by this place leaves you with a bad taste. There are plenty of honest and genuine hospitality businesses in Israel that respect their customers and them selfs, and this is not one of them. If you are considering, despite the nice pictures and the the nicely visualised website, you will be dealing with unprofessional people that are fine with handing you an apartment that was not properly cleaned, and then committing to correct what was done wrong, but never providing. And it's a shame, because this place has really good potential for returning costumers. Also, I suggest you to look at the distribution of reviewed on google and it is either 1 or 5 stars, nothing in the middle, that should light some warning lights to anyone who just wants to get value for money.

Warning, those guys are a scam !! We paid for an apartment on AirBNB and they didn't give us details how to get in. We paid and didn't get anything. We have all the proof: the invoice and the correspondence. we asked for the apartment details three times. and stated there was no way to get the details due to technical issues, but they refused to help or give us the apartment details, they took our money and we didn't get access to the apartment we ordered. we have good reviews from all the hosts we ordered from on AirBnb, this is the first time we got this kind of treatment.

The best place to stay in TLV!! The host is super nice, the place is clean and cozy- makes you feel like home, central location- close to everything. Highly recommended <3

The appartement was very clean and felt like new. Perfectly located in Tel Aviv 1 block away from the beach and also five minutes away from the Carmel market and plenty of restaurants.

Perfect location, super close to the beach, markets and all the attractions we needed. New building and the apartment was very clean and neat. Customer service was fast and pleasant. Instructions to access the building was clear and friendly. I will definitely come again 🙏

I stayed both for business and pleasure. The building is new and safe with main door to the building locked with digital key. The apartment is very well equipped. The location is one of the best in town. Next to everything but still quited. The support and management from Homi TLV always available and guidelines and support professionel and on the spot. I strongly recommend this place to be one of the best in town and I will certaintly be back.

Homy Alma Street 5 apartment was very nice. Excellent location, very easy entrance instructions, staff was easy to be reached via Whatsapp when needed, and everything in the apartment was in working order. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice change of pace versus a hotel stay. Will be very happy to return again Thank you very much!

Big, clean and spacious rooms, has a full kitchen and 60" television + Netflix. Homy staff are helpful and friendly. All in all the place is great value for money and the location is prime. Facilities are excellent for the price including the fast-speed free Wi-Fi, balcony gets sun all afternoon. if I could give it 6 stars I would

Lovely apartment, clean and attentive staff. Clean towels each week. QUIET...!! (Yes, quiet at night) No steps is a bonus. Near important bus stops and convenient to Gan Sacher park and Cinema City as well as the center of town i.e. Ben Yehuda, etc.

I was on a relaxing holiday in Jerusalem so being close to the city center and the large park were important to me. The apartment provided the perfect location. The amenities within the apartment gave me everything I needed to feel at home. I had a few questions which were answered immediately, within minutes. I enjoyed my stay here.

Terrible company, gave me a condo with mold. Then agreed to cancel with a full refund. Few days later they stopped responding and never refunded me. Literally stole money from me and then ghosted me.

The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Staffs was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

I'm staying in a beautiful Homy appartment on a quiet tree-lined avenue in central Tel-Aviv for 3 months. It's ideal for my needs and I can't praise Homy's super-friendly customer service highly enough. They're available 24/7 via Whatsapp, and every time I have a request they've dealt with it quickly and efficiently, even doing online shopping for me while I had to be in isolation. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The responsiveness of the host was swift and accommodating. I very much recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable room, with a breath taking sea view from a large and comfortable balcony. As far as location goes - it's just minutes walking from the port. Great place!

I had the most amazing time staying at this apartment. It cared to all of our needs, super clean, and had everything we needed. Also, worth wild mentioning that the location is basically one of the best locations in Tel Aviv. Defiantly booking this apartment next time.

Horrible place- no service except sincere apologies. Apartment has broken locker on the balcony door and can’t be locked , it was found 20 minutes after arrival, the customer service even dared to suggest that we broke the locker and have hidden it somewhere, because (quote) “ cleaner did not see it when he was there”, - we were waiting for 2 hours for the solution , tech should have arrived only next day after we check out at 11am , the management did not offer another room, as we asked, neither fix the broken locker. We asked for refund as we can’t stay in unlocked apartment overnight with family and kids. We had to find another hotel to stay on the spot, going from place to place , it totally ruined the whole day of our get away, I am filing a claim with dispute department and don’t recommend to deal with this hotel network. And by the way apartment supposed to have sea view - there is no such view, pictures from outside probably taken in one spot where sea was visible, but not in the apartment we paid for.

HORRIBLE service! stay away! We booked apartment 12 at Gruzenberg street. The AC didn't work - the maintenance guy promised to find a solution and vanished. They offered us to cancel free of charge - however they charged my card beforehand and it took them nearly two months to return our money (which involved multiple phone calls and a threat to file a lawsuit). A shame, really, as the apartment is nice and the location is terrific. Totally ruined our passover vacation.

A small, quiet, clean well thought out and well maintained room, about the size of a hotel room. Central location, cheap and cheerful, excellent experience.

First they canceled our reservation saying that the card did not go through. Then they rebook us for a different location and charged much higher rate, Using the same card, which made me think that it was just a scam and the card was fine they just wanted to move us to a new location and pay more. The second location was just above a construction site and the work was done every night from 9pm-5am so we really could not get any sleep. Just to be clear the schedule of the road work is advertised online, so they knew about it and I specifically asked about noise level as we have young children. I can not describe the noise level, it is like someone digging a hole inside your apartment. Absolutely terrible! when we called and texted them to complain after the first night they did not even bother to return our call and text. Beyond all that, the apartment was NOT CLEAN AT ALL! The floor was sandy, there were things that were left by previous costumers under the sofa and beds, so obviously no one cleaned the floor. and there was hair on the "clean" sheets. As soon as we arrived we called them to come and change the sheets as it was just terrible. Very expensive and bad service. I do not recommend you to book these apartments. We were looking forward for a nice family vacation and it was a very bad and disappointing experience.

If you expect a clean room, forget it. If you expect walking barefoot, forget it. trust me you don’t want to. If you expect a cutting board that is not full of mold, forget it. If you expect a trusty manager, forget it that’s not it. If you expect to be treated respectfully, wow, forget it. In conclusion, if you want to enjoy, that’s not the place to go. But if you the suffer guy, the one who likes treated poorly, go ahead that’s the place for you!

We spent several days in JAFFA - Authentic Collection - By HOMY. The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped with all necessary items. Big plus for air condition. Location near the beach was also excellent. Service was very helpful, always responding to our questions almost instantly. We were provided with all information before even coming to Tel Aviv.

The HOMY team is a great host. Our stay schedule was rather complicated, though HOMY was quite flexible to adopt all our requirements. The location is great, just in the heart of the vibrant Tel Aviv life and very close to the beaches, Carmel market, cultural events, shops and restaurants.

The apartment was clean and spacious. A great location! We loved the rooftop balcony. Overall a very good experience and was very happy with the customer service!
