Bad customer service. Never worked so hard to get my shoes back. No answering on the phone. And unpleasant sales person. For expensive shoes like yours, sorry but I was hoping for a better shopping experience

I ordered my usual shoe number (as said in the online site) but was one size to small I found out later i'm not the only one who faced this problem So I had to send it back and wait for them to send a new pair the process took more than a month And their costumers service isn't professional at all The shoes are really nice but wouldn't buy any again
