Stylish boutique spa resort by the famous Isrotel chain on the way to Jerusalem. We booked it spontaneously for a short weekend, half board, with a spa treatment. It was amazing to see how a vacation in Israel can be super fun and offer you superb service and great food in one package. The spa was nice, although not amazing, but the overall experience was amazing. It's not cheap but you get great value for your money.

Wow. Best Isrotel hotel by far. Extremely clean, rooms were large and private, fast check-in. Breakfast and dinner were cozy and delicious, and the pools and spa area are the best part. Amazing spa treatment, pools are maintained and overall the attention to the little details is evident. The only 2 things that need improvement are the channels on the TV which are limited, and it's best to connect with your phone. Additionally it's a little odd that a luxury hotel charges extra for drinks at dinner (except for water which is free). Overall great experience. Coming back for sure.

The resort is beautiful. The dinner was truly incredible. Delicious plated meals were ready to take. Breakfast was also better than the usual hotel breakfast. Service at the meals, pool, and everywhere was quite good and professional. Massage was very good. My wife's pedicure was not quite up to expectations unfortunately. I would have liked if they sent a link to select meal times instead of having to wait in a line to book, but wasn't terrible. Definitely highly recommend and will definitely be back.

It's by far the best hotel I stayed in, it's pricy but you get a great value for your money.. excellent service, great spa and pool, and I really like the yoga classes. Peaceful area, highly recommended :)

What an awesome low key boutique hotel. The service is supreme, dining experience is great and location is as good as it gets. Enjoy the great SPA or take a walk around Vinyards to simply unwind and relax

One of the best hotels I've been to, the view from the rooms is memorizing. The spa staff are very professional. The food is also very high-level.

This is a very nice place Indeed and conveniently located in the centre of the country close to Jerusalem. If I hadn't been to The Carmel Forest Spa I would have given it five stars but it lacks a certain level of sophistication that the latter hotel has.

I booked us for a family weekend to celebrate a birthday. 2 rooms with spa package. The rooms were nice and staff was welcoming for the most part. The Cleanliness of the room and the way check in and check process could really improve. For example, I arranged for a late checkout ahead of time and still got a knock on my door before the due hour. I'm another room the cleaners opened the door and left it open while I was in the shower. It was nice but not worth the price or hype.

About the food, I already wrote remarks, about the spa, nice spa, and great treatment, but if you put a sign that no phone is allowed, then please take care about it! Very noisy, people on the phone, group of people shouting, no one ask them to be quiet! Is it a spa or a train station? No questions have been asked about our health. they didn't ask us to fill out a document, very unprofessional.

We stayed for a long weekend, and will definately come back. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and helpfull, the room was comfortable and the spa area was well maintained. We also enjoyed the hotel bar where the bartender was very knowlegable and made us amazing cocktails, and we had the couples massage which was VERY good.

Nice rooms but do not visit unless you are a local / speak Hebrew - most employees cannot speak English. Cheap when it comes to ammenities (you need to ask for them every day) and no beer served. Also it's hard to book spa sessions even if you are a guest. Definitely not worth 500eur up per night

Takes 15 minutes to get here from Jerusalem using new highway 16. Area is really pretty with nice walk around hachamisha forest. Hotel is modern, great facilities including spa, gym and both indoor and outdoor pools. Delicious food and Top service. We got compensation after finding something in our food. Got gifts and balloons left in the room for my birthday. Expensive but inline with other premium hotels. Overall highly recommend.

Just had a lovely stay at the Cramim. The garden and pools are very nice. The rooms are spacious and we got a balcony. Absolutely loved the shower. The food was also superb, although I would have liked to see some variation in the sides served each day. Also no waffles for breakfast which was a little strange. I hated the pillows in the bedroom but they have a pillow menu so that made up for it. Cons: various things in the room looked quite worn down. And you had to book for all the meals ahead of time which is annoying and doesn't allow for any flexibility which is what you want when on Vacation. They also didn't really have grape juice to do Kiddush over, only wine on shabbat. Some people don't drink alcohol or are pregnant so would have been nice to think of these things. Other con was they offered to bring us a shabbat urn to our room for Shabbat. We waiting and waited, and then went down to reception right before shabbat to ask for it again and told them we would not be back in the room, but if they can go in and set it up. We come back after dinner to an unplugged urn with no water in it. So completely useless for Shabbat. I do wish they educated the employees a little more on religious practices if they are going offer these things.

I recently visited the Cramim Hotel for a spa day and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the atmosphere was incredibly serene and relaxing. The staff at the front desk, specifically Amit offek and Bat chen, were both accommodating and extremely polite. The service provided by the hotel was easily the best service I have ever received in Israel. After checking in, we were personally led to the spa and then sent upstairs for our massage. I must say, the massage I received was by far the best massage I have ever had on a spa day. Following the massage, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The service at breakfast was exceptional, with staff greeting us at the entrance and taking our orders for coffee and eggs before we made our way to the buffet. By the time we finished selecting our food, our order was ready and waiting for us at our table. The breakfast itself was hands down the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced in Israel. After breakfast, we participated in an hour long ariel hammock class. I can't explain how great that made me feel. Afterwards we made our way to the pool area. The facilities were impeccably clean and quiet, with enormous towels and a heated pool that was incredibly comfortable for the winter. The Turkish hamam was a great addition and very enjoyable. To cap off our day, we headed to the hotel restaurant for lunch, and the food was nothing short of five-star chef restaurant quality. On our way out, we were even treated to some homemade grape juice and marmalade candy from the hotel's vineyard, making our day even sweeter. Overall, I would highly recommend Cramim Hotel to anyone looking for a VIP experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to Iris, the customer service manager, and her staff for making my experience so amazing.

Overall good experience. Parking is cumbersome, and no one really helps with that or with the luggage. Would expect bottle of wine in the room.

A peaceful and beautiful oasis up in the hills of Jerusalem! We had a gorgeous Vista room with a huge terrace and all the staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were truly magnificent, created by the amazing Head Chef, Jack and the equally talented and creative Head Pastry Chef, Faris. In addition, they were both so helpful, each meal time, in advising me about the ingredients of all the food due to my sensitivity to gluten. I can't wait to make many more return trips to the Cramim Resort & Spa.

Say they have room service, but they don't. Very disappointing. Dining hall: Very loud, noisy and irritating. Romantic Jacuzzis? Prepare to share with other guests ๐Ÿ˜•

Best meals! Very clean, very pleasant,BUT! Despite the furtune per night, the feeling is very minimal: 2 tea bags (hidden in the closet) , 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 loofah, TV without basic apps... The curtains can't be closed as it should so raise and shine in 6 am... Another thing: stop with this "romantic light" everywhere! It's so dumb to see people with flashlight in the elevator so they can find the pool and restaurant! For this good money you should work harder if you want 5 stars.

We had such a nice stay! Great service and weโ€™re nice about personal changes. Food is excellent. We thought itโ€™s a couples hotel but apparently itโ€™s for kids too.

A special place. Architecture structure - a matter of taste, I did not like. Gardens, public areas outside and inside are great. The staff - perfect, exceptional care and treatment. The food is excellent and high quality, At the dining room the tables are small and crowded. Car parking - inconvenient. Beautiful and comfortable rooms apart from the bed, the mattress is comfortable but bouncy and every movement moves the mattress all together. There is no minibar, while bathing in the bath the water must moisten the whole floor (a m design mistake) Diverse activity within different groups. Overall score: 100% !!

Great hotel for a pampering rest. Service varies greatly - most of the staff (dining room, housekeeping) is really good. Other parts (electric cars, some of the spa staff) can totally ignore you. The reception had wait lines throughout the day... The parking situation is inconsistent with a hotel at this level and the good part with it is that you shouldn't use this hotel as a base for tours - come, find a parking spot and enjoy the hotel's facilities. Dining room is great - wonderful staff and great food. Had a wonderful wine-tasting session too.

Fancy hotel. Aweful to none service. Sad update. We got a beautiful allbeit expensive room, that was not vacuumed for a week by the looks of it and had almost no AC in the middle of summer. The bathroom lacked basic necessities standard in any hotel. Reception response is smiley and sunny but did not provide results. . That just kept happening with everything. What was supposed to be a special, care free weekend turned into a somewhat bitter dissappointment

A wonderful short break in a beautiful hotel with excellent food, great facilities and high standards of service. We arrived early for check in and our room was ready. Spent the afternoon in and around the 2 outdoor pools (1 is a lap pool) which have plentiful seating areas and towels. When some moron started playing loud music they were quickly requested to stop. A pleasant relaxed atmosphere is maintained. I participated in a short mindfulness workshop before we headed to the bar for happy hour. The bar man asked what we liked and made excellent recommendations. Dinner was buffet style with plenty of really good options. The asado was my particular favorite but the steak and carpaccio were also stand outs. A wide array of desserts were also excellent. Breakfast was similarly excellent with a wide variety including superb smoked salmon, a hummus bar, different cheeses and lots of egg variations. Sweet offerings included knafe and basbusa as well as croissants, cakes, malabi, eclairs and more. Two different exercise rooms, one with weights, the other with bikes, treadmills and ellipticals were well equipped. Two dry saunas, a hammam, and two Jacuzzis are next to the indoor pool. They don't allow kids below a certain age. There were no children in the entire place which is different to the usual hotel atmosphere. We had a wonderful break and only 20 minutes from home. Not cheap but excellent value. Compares well to the Carmel spa which is under the same management.

Good food, nice atmosphere, really loved the imperial red bar. One thing that disappointed me was that the massage therapy was very bad (and very expensive)- not recommended at all. But all and all great service from the staff, and I had a great experience.

The Air conditioning was very weak, the room was not cold. After our 1st night there was a fire in the forest next to the hotel and the roads were blocked. We could not get to the hotel, and we had a very rough time reaching the call center(after 11 minutes of waiting on the line, someone picked up and hung immediately after) They did not make any effort to contact us. Being tired and exhausted, we drove home and when we were able to contact the hotel, the manager claimed that the roads were blocked only for 1 hour(the news websites claim otherwise) and we will not get any compensation for the "executive stay" that we did not enjoy. It is highly recommended investing the expensive stay elsewhere.

Fabulous resort and spa in the middle of vineyards in the mountains surrounding Jerusalem. Incredible breakfasts and dinners with endless selections of all types of foods with vegetarian options by every meal. Magnificent spa treatments and massages, large swimming pool and a choice of saunas.

I would expect better rooms in an hotel of this level. The TV was pretty small and didn't support 100% Hebrew subtitles. The room's electricity is centrally managed and keeps turning off when not detecting motion which can be quite annoying if you're just chilling out in bed watching movies. The staff must level up enforcement of Covid-19 regulation among hotel guests , I've witnessed several incidents that could potentially place guests at risk. As always there are those among the guests who care very little about the rest (Very loud and rude) - Dear Hotel security, Please take care of such nuisance immediately once it is reported. On the other hand the food is excellent and the staff is super nice and friendly.

The hotel became noisy and became an attractive destination for workers' committees. So get ready for a pretty crowded unromantic experience in the pool, spa and in almost every attractions the hotel has to offer. There's no reason this hotel will be in the "exclusive" list of Isrotel, because it's not exclusive compared to any other Isrotel's exclusive hotel. As a non-executive Isrotel hotel, I would rate it on the top 5 list of anong isrotel hotels. The food is extremely average, not special and not that good.
