Beautiful historical place on the coast of old Tel Aviv. Next to it is the port and you can enter the old city through the port side. Wander around the street and visit creative shops, get some souvenirs and enjoy some great food and drinks. From there you can amazing views on modern Tel Aviv

An amazing place that is definitely worth a visit. Strolling through the narrow streets and stairs of the old town is amazing. It also offers great views over the city of Tel Aviv.

Me and a Friend of mine walked in the old city. I suggest to take a guide. But it was already fascinated to walk there. Than down the street you will find a market place

It is a very beautiful ancient place with a lot of traces from the Ottoman Empire. You can time travel between the walls.

Although is now a part of Tel Aviv, Old Jaffa is historically a port city on its own right. It was the entry point of merchants as well armies during the succession of conquests on Israel/Palestine. Old Jaffa is built inside a fort or citadel, very much like the Old City Jerusalem and Old Akko. Remarkably, the wall is built from coralline slabs than solid rocks; the coral networks so very vivid. It has been slowly re-inhabited since the 1900's as the dwellings are restored. Today, it is a great walk through history. There are many quaint shops and eateries, as well as historically identified monastery and homes. It is all a great respite from the summer heat as one meanders through.

A very good place from different sides: This is a beautiful historical area, and numerous restaurants and eateries, and numerous shops and souvenir shops. There is also a kind of flea market here too. A walk along the port itself is especially pleasant and authentic. You can come here many times and still it will be interesting to walk along the streets, stairs, sit in a local restaurant or go to the local flea market.

This place feels magical. It takes you to a different time in the past. It's beautiful. It's also free. It wasn't crowded when I went in the evening.

Old Jaffa is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv and the oldest part of Jaffa. A neighborhood with art galleries, restaurants, theaters and museums, it is one of Tel Aviv's main tourist attractions. It is the best part of Tel Aviv. There are also olf Ottoman mosques and churches as well. You also should see the Ottoman clock tower in the center of Old Jaffa.

My favorite area to spend a day, or two or three! Historical, beautiful, lively and with great restaurants straddling both Arabic and Jewish life. The flea market was awesome but the views from the top were stunning too. Every bit of it is wonderful!

Beautiful well kept city with such a deep history! I did love the architecture of the place, the atmosphere and of course it was so clean and well kept! Just some of the people's treatment wasn't that good. So it took away a little from my experience! recommended

I like visiting this district. Its narrow streets have something special no words can describe. The architecture is charming and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are unforgettible. It's a great place to wander around and soak up the local culture and history.

The old city is well preserved and is full of history. Although not all attractions are marked, it is advisable to read a tourist guide effort going so that you will not miss attractions such as the watering station for the camels caravans that left from the Port of Jaffa to Jerusalen in the 18th century. Adjacent to the old it you will find the "Clock Tower Square" with many Arabic restaurants and food shops and "Shuk Hapishpeshim" which is the local Flea Market with its many restaurants and coffee shops.
