The staff are so courteous and respectful I loved the place so much I came back. The pool is brilliant. Got to be one of the best pools in Bangkok. And the steam room is fantastic. A daily dose of both for me every day. The cigar lounge is next level too. Total luxury here. Made to feel special here too. The buffet breakfast and dinner are both beautiful. So much food. So much care. Thank you Recommended big time.

Excellent service and charming staff. The hotel itself is a bit older, but perfect clean and in good condition. The staff is the key and all people are perfect skilled and friendly. This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Probably my favorite Hotel in BKK. The pool area looks amazing, the breakfast buffet is extraordinary and overall the hotel has a great retro chic style. Staff is very friendly too and will give you all they got if you ask. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel! The location is unbeatable, being right next to BTS (subway station) and Terminal 21 (mall). The service is impeccable and the buffet breakfast is delicious (so many international cuisines and they change daily). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One of the most comfortable mattresses my family has slept on. Lastly, the POOL is a must-visit. It gives off Bali resort vibes and is a great place to relax in the heart of Bangkok. You can even enjoy breakfast here on weekends. Highly recommend!

Generally just ordinary. However no one wants to get a normal service for 5 stars hotel. There's so many choices in Bangkok for this cost. Do not waste your valuable hours. Especially swimming pool So sucks. Staff too rude. Too crowded of people.

Loved everything about our stay! The room was spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. That staff was extraordinary in every encounter. Special thanks to the concierge for helping me replace my canceled tour (by another vendor) with one she recommended that ended up making for a perfect day. Wait staff in the restaurants and lounges were all so accommodating and professional. I enjoyed the oasis pool, it was lovely and well run. The hotel location makes for easy access to the BTS, shopping and everything else. Just great!

Such a great experience at this hotel in a great part of Bangkok. The staff were so attentive and seemed to know exactly when to be there and when to not. Even coming in when we were out to tidy the room and line up our toothbrushes. We had room service for breakfast, which was the Thai luxury set breakfast and it was amazing. Highly recommended for a treat. It was also our honeymoon and they left us a little treat of a chocolate gateaux to share and some fresh red roses. Such a lovely place and the pool area is amazing, too. You would never know you were in the heart of Bangkok.

Sunday April 3 - Had a late lunch ordering spaghetti with king prawn. Totally a disappointment. Lack of taste and pasta was not cooked well. However the staff was very professional as they recognized the issue and deduct this dish from our bill. Monday April 4 - Came for a meeting and ordered a Thai dish and the taste and quality is excellent!! Average over 2 meals I am giving it a 3 star rating.

Worst hotel ever. Breakfast que took an hour and their excuse? It’s a public holiday! I mean how stupid can you be. 1. You know the amount of people who checked in. 2. You know very well it’s gonna be a holiday. 3. It’s definitely not your first holiday. So should the hotel close on holidays? You pay big money for hotel like this but your service is worst than 2 star hotel. Never coming back!

Cannot comment on the rooms. I went there for the massage. Nice people. Great service. For a luxury hotel, the concierge treated me, who was dressed in athletic clothes, with respect and was not uppity about it. The massage was great. Nice place to go for professional massage.

The staff took care of everything here and went out of their way. Extremely attentive and professional, they've earned 5 stars. Restaurants were great, the room was fantastic. The orchard is the place to be for breakfast! It's right across from a large mall with tons to explore and eat. The train is super close for access elsewhere and a large park sits nearby behind the hotel. Small but beautiful pool and lounge area. Great experience, thank you!

Have been to the jazzy brunch here many times but was left slightly disappointed today. The food selection is good but not quite as varied or interesting as it used to be. But the main disappointment was the service which was really lacking. They had trainee staff working - on New Year’s Day - who were really sweet but completely out of their depth. A shame because it’s a lovely place.

One of my favourite places to stay when in Bangkok. Service is second to none. The managers here are always fantastic. Had the amazing Rama and then penthouse suite earlier this year. The cocktail hour or hours for elites is excellent. Pool is nice and cool and gym is well equipped. If you’re in the area, this is usually my go to.

We spent a couple nights here before heading to Samui. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were traveling in a group with two other families with two young kids, and this was a perfect place for all of us to stay. Great amenities and dining in the evening by the pool was a must do.

One of the highlights of my two day stay in Bangkok was the Sheraton Grande! Absolutely exceptional service, a prime location, and spacious, pristine rooms made my stay at this hotel an absolute delight. It's a good hotel. But I didn't get room cleaned at the end of the stay. I was at the pool side from 10am-15pm expecting my room cleaned. When I returned to my room, it was just the same as when I left. I am checking out tonight for a midnight flight and paying for a extra day because of late check out. I have been enjoying staying here. But at the last moment, I grade down one star.

The service, the staff, and the facilities are simply superb. I can not say enough good things about our experience here. Bangkok is an exceptional city to visit. However, our stay was made special because of the hotel and all of the amenities that we used throughout our stay!

My favorite Bangkok hotel! This is a lovely hotel in a great spot. Convenient to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and public transport. We frequent this hotel and the staff has always been warm and welcoming, and we haven't had any problems with cleanliness. The library is a wonderful spot to relax and have a beverage. Of the many Marriott Bonvoy properties we have tried in Bangkok this is the one we have stayed at multiple times for good reason.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. All services included were perfect. If you plan to stay at the Sheraton, we recommend that you use the sauna. Dear. It was really good... love the dine in breakfast... we stayed for 1 week and each and everything was very delicious. Rooms was very spacious and clean with all facilities. I must say everyone in staff was very kind and helpful. Will must visit again

Great to see the Sunday brunch upstairs again. It's a pity they have cancelled fruit juices from the buffet and now only offer a single alcoholic option. I believe they should offer a non alcohol package. Its not reasonable to pay an extra 1,300 baht ++ on top of the buffet price to drink fruit juice

Even though the rooms are a bit old, this is one of the best Marriott hotels in Bangkok. Staff excellent, buffet breakfast, lounge great. Own bridge to the BTS / Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Really great hotel at nice location. It's right next to the BTS station and has a great walkway to travel to the many shops nearby on foot. The breakfast and dinner buffets provide lots of options and the staff is super friendly and always looking for ways to assist you. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, as it's now become our go-to place anytime we visit.

Loved this hotel. It’s got a classic feel and elegance, from the interior design to the food and service. The Sunday jazz brunch was wonderful - a fabulous band playing live music and the most extensive buffet I’ve ever seen! A real treat. The pool area is covered with lush trees so it’s great if you don’t want to get burnt, and feels like you’re in a Balinese villa or something. We had a room on the 33rd floor which had amazing views. We had nice room service and enjoyed a half bottle of Italian wine from minibar. The staff were all so polite and spoke English really well.

I love this hotel, any concerns and everything could be solved, just tell them! very impressive from the entrance through the room, and I love their Thai Theme Suite with the fabulous bathtub, huge and comfortable when you're soaking, The bed is always comfortable when you're sleeping, Breakfast is also the best ever! Sheraton Grande is about luxury and they keep delivering well, from check-in meals and everything. The room is large and spacious the bed is very comfortable and the work area is also very useful and easy to work at, the free WiFi is sufficient to watch movies online and do work. some things that particularly impressed me about this stay were: At Check-in, I was asked if I wanted an upgrade for 500 a night and I would get free Breakfast and 1000 a day of Food and Beverage, this was excellent value as the breakfast alone is just over 600. The Breakfast, it is clear the Sheraton has gone to great effort to make sure the experience is excellent, it is a full menu breakfast and I could not think of anything that I would wanted not on the menu, an excellent breakfast served in a hot-box direct to my room - this is a huge plus, as the Sheraton has gone to the extra effort. The Attitude of the staff is excellent also. Everyone at all levels had a great attitude and made me feel very welcome, this was the entire staff from the Guard in the carpark, Check-in the Duty Manager and staff cleaning the rooms, in all an excellent experience. I used to be a regular guest here until 14 years ago, and luckily I can stay again, I think even with the pandemic, the experience is better, mostly due to the fantastic attitude of the staff.

Beautiful place. Being the current issues in Thailand with covid my experience may have been even more enhanced. I was allowed to check in around 10am which was perfect. My room was upgraded to one of 3 rooms with a nice balcony. Wasn't a typical balcony. Had a cover, shower, small table and an area to gather some sun. Every day I was treated to small bites that were delivered to my room. The room itself was stunning. Very comfortable and had everything you could imagine. The staff was amazing and was anticipating my arrival and was ready to great me and was curiously through my entire stay. A very big thank you to the staff :)

Even if not brand new hotel, everything is sophisticated. The quality, staffs are one more high ranked compared to other five star hotel. If the person looking for classic luxury experience, this hotel is highly recommended.
