Easy free parking. Good prompt service and friendly staff. Food cooked nicely, lovely and hot.

I went today to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Terrible experience. Horrible and cold food. Everything test like frozen food to be honest. The calamari was swimming in oil. The pizza was soggy and inedible. Was that bad that we prefer to go rather get ill and sick. The waitress said that many clients are complaining about the quality of the food. Never again. It’s not the same quality as they use to be unfortunately.

I passes through the area many times and decided to go for dinner at this particular place although all the times I went by it looked like it never was busy. Well, am I glad I did! The place has the benefit of ample free parking, which is great. As I went in, at about 7pm there was no one at the restaurant, I felt I had to ask if they were serving, which they gladly said they did. I was given the dinner menu, but people: be aware, there's a separate menu for the 2 & 3 dish deals, you have to ask for it as it works out a lot better for you. I had the bbq wings as first, carbonara as main and brownie with ice cream for dessert. The bbq wings were absolutely finger-licking ( you may need to consider a wet tissue) the brownie was amazing, perfect sweetness, gorgeous surface and deliciously warm chocolaty core. Carbonara was not something standing out as a dish but next time I will know better. Two - three more tables got busy after me and even a company of late dinners. The service was very good and although the actual restaurant was not busy I could see the staff were busy preparing take out bags. I definitely recommend the place.

Salmon dry with curled up corners, rice hard in places and stodgy in others. Only 4 tables taken in restaurant so not busy but focusing to much on delivery orders and not people in the restaurant. Had a replacement after complaining but no discount offered. Used to go here often but now not sure we will return.

Went here this evening with my boyfriend and our dads for a treat, but was quite disappointed with the food overall, the food was bland and some of the portion sizes did not match up to what we would’ve expected from the price. My dad ordered New York bbq chicken which costs almost £20 and the size was ridiculous. Our server was nice and overall the service from the staff was pretty good but the food wasn’t up to par

Happily changed each thing I didn't like to things I do. Always great service and good food for breakfast. A really good vegan range for breakfast and dinner and even a couple of pudding choices!

We choose this place due to a birthday get together and thought it would be a fantastic idea. Unfortunately that was a big mistake.. Menu has changed for the worse, the background music also changed and very high price for poor quality food. Over cook kids pizza, chips all stuck together like it’s been warmed up in the microwave, tomato jar sauce on top of over cook pasta, calamari full of oil like it’s been sitting there for ages. The list goes on and all the food was cold, very disappointed. The only thing that was good was the service of the waitress who was so kind and polite. She look so embarrassed and said you are not the first customer to complain about the food!! Definitely not going back 🤢

This restaurant had great service.The waitress that served us was very friendly and attentive.Our food had come quickly and everything was very tasty.Our children had enjoyed the experience. We had booked the table on their app and it was prepared on time for when we had arrived.

We had Matt as our waiter, lovely young lad, polite and attentive. Nice place for children, only improvement could be to the kids vegetable options on the menu! Very limited.

Haven't been here for a while now, restaurant has been revamped and looked the part, unfortunately I personally was disappointed with the menu choices and the food we ordered was mediocre, for £12 - £14 a burger & fries I was expecting a proper burger, sadly I didn't feel I got my monies worth, no sides on the plate unless you paid more, onions missing and bbq sauce on a chicken burger, wasn't impressed and probably won't go back, or recommend, staff were friendly enough and the service was good, but that's all... not great and definitely not reasonably priced in my opinion, compared to a steak say, shame

Service was speedy and food tasted lovely, especially the biscoff waffle! Laura served us and was very lovely and attentive, and Becky was also super sweet and made the evening a great experience!

Service from Becky was fabulous, she was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Food was quick and of a decent quality for the price. The unexpected BOGOF was a nice touch!

We went for lunch 3 course meal. At £15.50pp, it is quite cheap. All the food was tasty. Good sized portions(other than mozzarella sticks). Service and atmosphere and waiting time were good. Sporadic crowd.

Enjoyed a super b,b,q platter which was plenty for my wife and I, including an 8oz sirloin, perfectly cooked and superbly tender. If ordered separately, this alone would have accounted for most of the price of the platter. So our choice represented excellent value. We were very well looked after by the lovely Caroline, and, as an aside, on our return home, my wife found she had lost an important item but, returning to the restaurant the next morning, Caroline had found it and kept it safe. Only disappointments were being sat under a too loud speaker punching out unsuitable music, and that there was no disabled toilet or bars on the walls of the ladies' toilets to assist with rising.

Amazing amosphere and service. Caroline gave amazing service and was quick, welcoming and kind. Becky also served us and was also very lovely, they both made my meal experience that much easier and better with their hospitality. Visiting again soon for sure.

Nicely presented food service with a smile, seating was fine we couldn't get a pushchair near the table and a high chair was slight too big for my sons child. Everything else was fine.

Lovely staff were very attentive to me and my daughters. The vegetarian menu felt a bit limited on this visit, compared to my previous trips. The only vegetarian pizza option is plain Margherita with the option to pay for extra toppings. The food was good though and myself and my girls enjoyed our meal.

Went for a date night with my husband, on the Coronation evening. Surprisingly quiet in the restaurant. Excellent service by Martina, who was so lovely and chatty. It's so nice for a server to take the time to chat with customers. We talked about our children, so I'm sure we'll be back with them soon! Brilliant food, as we expected.

Myself , and family went in for dinner ... The food was really disappointing and the service wasn't much better ... The food was cold and looked like it had been slapped dashed and wacked on the plate ... A five year old probably could of cooked the food better ... We sent the food back once when returned it wasn't much better ... Me and my mum complained, with a reply of oh well sorry .. I'm sorry but my mum paid over 80 pound for our meals and it tasted disgusting no flavour and poor service .. will not be returning. I would not recommend going .... wish we had gone to Macdonalds would of tasted better and hot .

Had lovely service from Becky today. A most helpful waitress, who did what she could do to help. Unfortunately the food was poor, I ordered Spaghetti Bolognaise, I tried very hard to find the Bolognaise sauce, the pasta was bland & tasted watery. The chef even managed to burn the children's sweetcorn. Becky again was helpful, she served some extra sauce & some cheese, to add some flavour. I was not charged for my meal, but it spoilt the family meal out. I will not rush back, sadly 😤

Gets busy at dinner times good food not the cheapest though convenient for the cinema.

We were done shopping but had to wait for my daughter. The intention was to grab a drink. It ended up waiting a bit longer. They have a bar to the right of the entrance with beer on tap and wine. We ordered calamari and meatball appetizers. Service could have been a smidge faster. We had to flag the waitress just to get a menu and our drink. Overall, pretty good if you are in the area.

Me and my partner of 9 years came here for our anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed. Despite the young male waiter flirting with my husband numerous times, the service was exceptional! At one point the waiter even “dropped” a piece of cutlery in front of our table and had to pick it up. Me and my husband are no longer together.

Fast, Polite, Professional but friendly service, came quickly. Plesent atmosphere, very clean an all round nice experience

Turned up Sunday night with the other half restaurant wasn't busy shown to a seat quickly made our choices of their vastly reduced menu to be told my choice they couldn't make it run out of ingredients needed?? So picked the vegan hot dog my other half's drink had to be changed (postmix had run out) begrudgingly restaurant was busy preparing takeaway orders the whole time seems that is the way its going? Overall food 5/10 service 6/10 value for money 2/10 nearly £60 for 2x drinks 2x mains 2x desserts and a coffee don't think we will be rushing back anytime soon
